（1）我们在背单词的时候要学会“重复和积累”。大多数人的记忆力都差不多，我们每天背单词，都会有一定比例的遗忘。所以，我们每天要尽量多背一些单词，增加积累并及时复习。

单词要“随时”背。我们可以把生词做成手抄本，有空就拿出来看看，这样既很好的利用了时间又不觉得枯燥；人的记忆周期是7天，一个单词经过7天的记忆，会掌握的牢固。也就是说，我们前一天背过的单词要在第二天复习，同时“装进”新的单词。第三天复习前两天的单词，同时再“装进”新的单词……直至记牢；我们在背单词的时候，不仅仅要记住拼写，同时还要掌握它的意思及词性。在复习的时候，可以用汉译英或英译汉的方法来考察自己，背下来的单词可以一带而过，但一定要“扫一眼”，重点放在不会的单词上。

（2）语法在小学阶段并不是考试的重点，但语法却影响我们读书的质量。同学们要“多听、多读”。我们没有英语语言环境，只能自己创造。每天抽出一定的时间听和英语有关的东西，听不懂没关系，重在提高“语感”，要养成习惯。此外，“开卷有益”对学习英语同样适用。读英文小故事、小短文，有助于我们掌握句子的结构；虽然我们学习英语没有母语一样的完美环境，但每天坚持大量的听，大声的读，也是非常有效的方法。看过的文章，要争取在读熟、理解的基础上背下来。

（3）作文，不仅考察单词量，同时也考察同学们的写作能力。较强的写作能力，要靠长时间的积累。坚持每天写日记是提高作文水平的重要因素之一。掌握的单词，背诵下来的优美段落，我们可以通过日记来把它变成自己的语言。在这个过程中同学会真正的体会到“温故而知新”的真正含义。

妈妈说，开学以后就没太多时间去书店看书了。前天，妈妈带我去图书城又新买了一些书。

三重新写日记本

妈妈说，这一学期我还有一个重要计划——重新在日记本上写日记!

我以前曾经写过满满两个日记本，可自从去年暑假开通校信通博客以后，我习惯了在电脑上写东西，妈妈新给我买的日记本上就缺少了我的文字。

放假我有时间在电脑上写博客，现在开学了，我又没时间上网写博客了。

所以，从明天开始，我只能写在日记本上，然后有时间再往电脑上校信通博客上抄。

以上我的新学期计划，我一定要坚持做到!

光阴似箭,日月如梭。仿佛就在昨天，我们还在兴高采烈地迎接暑假;仿佛就在昨天，我们还在喜气洋洋地欢度中秋……而现在，我们就要重新系上那光荣、鲜红的红领巾，重返美丽的校园了。想到要和分别二十多天的同学相见，我的心情十分喜悦。然而，我也要为我新学期做打算了。

上个学期，刚刚开学的几天，我认真听讲，积极举手，认真完成老师部置的作业，处处做到最好，很快我就成为了教师心目中的骄傲。可是到了后来，我并没有坚持，我松懈了。老师看在眼里，急在心里，及时和我家长联络，我才得到挽救。在这一个学期，我不会像上个学期那样了。要坚持才能成功。所以，我为自己制定了计划。

首先说说语语文，上课时，老师在讲台上传授知识，要将重点知识记下来，回家可以温习。回到家，先把当天学的课文反反复复至少读三遍，加固对课文的熟练度，如果觉得还是不熟练的话可以读上四、五或者更多遍。等做完老师部署的家庭作业以后，如果还有条件的话，可以再找一些与这一课有关的题来做，接着，第二天早上起来再朗读一遍课文，毕竟“一日之际在于晨”嘛!

接着说说数学，上课前先要预习一下老师即将教的知识，打基础。上课时，认真做好笔记，还要完成课本上的习题。等到做完家庭作业以后，背背刚学的公式。然后，再找一些与本课有关的题来做，如果时间允许的话，可以再做几篇速算，奥数也不能放弃。周末时，要把本周学的知识统统再温习一遍，巩固一下。然后，单元试卷发下来时，要从头到尾看一遍，错题要多看两遍，改正错误。

最后说说英语，课前要将老师将教的课文先读三遍。上课时，黑板上的知识与习题都要抄在课练上，回家温习。然后老师的每次听写都要认真对待，四会句四会词都要会认会读会拼会写。等到完成作业以后，还要在电脑上听音跟读，要做一下《英语开放式阅读》，巩固一下英语阅读的本领。假如有能力的话，这样对学英语有帮助。

我认为，只要坚持按上面的计划去做，就可以达到我的目标：把学习学好，把成绩提高，不辜负老师和父母对我的期望。

相信我，我一定会成为一个品学皆优的好学生的!

One day during the summer vacation, my father and I agreed to play

badminton, so we went to guolin park with badminton and racket.

The scenery of the park is picturesque, there are colorful flowers, and

some flowers are fragrant and beautiful. We came to a clearing and put the bag

on the lawn. Starting to play, the father said, "take the ball in your left

hand, take the beat in your right hand, and throw the ball gently at the beat of

as I am concerned, to solve this problem, we need to begin with the following

First, limiting the number of private cars is a significant step to solve

the problem of heavy traffic. Private car occupies a larger space and it is

responsible for traffic jam to a large extent. Less private cars will accelerate

the flow of traffic. Second, it is also a good means to open up the special

roads for buses. By doing this, the phenomenon that the buses block the street

when passengers get on or get off the buses will not occur again. At the same

time, it will upgrade the efficiency of buses. Finally, reinforcing punish

toward the over-speed cars and drunk driving so as to reduce the rate of traffic

accident, and then decrease traffic jam.

To put it in a nutshell, only we put the above advice into practice

计划一：上课前，准备好上课的书本，喝好水，上好厕所。迎接上课，争取以最好的面貌上课。计划二：上课时，积极回答老师的问题，认真思考，尽量多举手发言。不讲空话，就算别人来跟我讲空话，也不理睬他，并提醒他不要再讲了。不做小动作，不开小差。

计划三：认真完成老师和家长布置给我的每一个作业和任务。并且成为老师的得力助手，爸爸妈妈的乖乖女。

计划四：改掉斤斤计较和马虎的毛病，学会取长补短，更好的完善自己。争取每一次都靠一个好成绩，并成为“三好学生”。

计划五：不打人，不骂人，礼貌用语，友好的对待他人，成为每一个人的朋友。帮助学习困难的同学，提高他们的成绩。

People always believe that when there is pressure, there is motivation, it

seems that pressure equals motivation. We need pressure, it makes us keep move

on, with pressure, we know what to do and how to fulfill our targets. Without

pressure, we are just like a child, never grow up, having no idea of

responsibility. It is pressure that makes us become mature, we should have

pressure, it indeed equals motivation at the certain level. While having too

much pressure is bad for our mind, it is just like a burden that presses our

mind, making people hard to take a breath. Nowadays the case of people commit

suicide is increasing, the reason is that people can’t take a breath from much

pressure, they feel there is no hope in life, no matter what they do, life just

frustrates them. We should have the right attitude towards pressure.
