I have read some parts of this nover when I was about thirteen years old,but the book was really too thick for me to read over patiently.It’s a pity that I haven’t finished it till now.But fortunately, I have watched the movie “Pride and Predudice”directed by an American film studio several months ago.

《笑着离开惠普》这本书中，很多地方作者不惜花较多篇幅去说明一点 – 惠普公司的以人为本的精髓及公司文化，甚至有时不惜以牺牲暂时经济利益为代价!在这一点上，是绝大多数其它在中国大陆的公司所不及的。

在这里讲讲台资公司(本人曾在一台资企业持续工作6年)：事实上如今在中国大陆的台资公司，很多都取得了不俗的战绩，最典型的要算鸿海了，短短十几年在大陆的发展，就从当初的一般规模做到如今的EMS全球最大!超过了旭电(Solectron)和伟创力(Flextronics)。台资公司之所以有如此迅猛的发展，事实上她们也是有非常完善的机制作为公司的运营环境，而且是不断地改进提升。但是就以人为本的宗旨上来讲，台资企业则显得有点打着旗号的味道了。

台资企业以军事化管理著称，以抓执行力为主，以低成本, 高品质，大规模为竞争力，因此相对来讲，对“人”就不那么看重了。在台资企业里，尤其是台资工厂(当然一般在大陆的台资企业都是工厂)，劳动力廉价是蛮明显的，作业员的基本工资有时低到每月就五六百块左右，其它就得靠加班了，然而超长的加班时间(不夸张地讲，加班180小时/月在台资厂里绝不会是什么新闻，也许现在有所改善)再加上低廉的加班费，确实使很多的作业员难以忍受。

以上只是谈工作强度的问题。事实上，在对员工的尊重上，甚至有更多的和“以人为本”相悖的。比如，早期在台资工厂，保安见到台湾干部要敬礼，同时大声喊：长官好!然后大陆干部却进出厂时要检查(甚至要被搜查行李)，还有这样不准，那样不允许，当然有些是为了员工考虑而设立，但其中蛮多是不合理，更不用说以人为本。同样在工作中，老板斥责下属更是习以为常，当然同时会冠以“下属不力，老板之过”。在处理上下属关系中，比较偏向像日本一样，绝对服从。也许是因为曾沦为日本殖民地长达五十年之久之故吧。不过近些年来，已有较大改善。

《红楼梦》这本书早已在我的书架上，可我一直觉得是女生读的书，不愿意读。妈妈说，它既然是《四大名著》之一，一定有她的可读之处。于是，我就拜读了这本书。

在贾府里，一个男孩出生了，这名男孩出生时嘴里含了一块五彩晶莹的玉，祖母对他爱如珍宝，取名为宝玉。一周岁“抓周”的时候，他的周围摆放了许多东西，谁知他伸手只抓那些脂粉，哈哈！真是一个假小子。

林黛玉的母亲生病去世了，无人照顾，也来到了贾府，她很有才华，可是她却非常爱哭，和宝贝一见钟情，但最后却含恨而终。

里面还有许多人物，薛宝钗稳重端庄，最后嫁给了贾宝玉；王熙凤精明能干，是贾府的管家……最后贾府也由盛转衰，最终败落了。

这本书注音版的非常浅显，我读的也似懂非懂，妈妈说等我再大些，可以读原著。我想，等读原著的时候，一定会和现在理解的不一样。

Despite I’ve not in my childhood yet, I still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. The tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. This summer I’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.

As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. “I”, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. 冰心在给《穆斯林的葬礼》写国际版的序言时，她说在读这本书之前，几乎对穆斯林一无所知。自己亲自看过之后，我深深表示赞同，我缺乏对其他民族和宗教的了解。小说大概讲述了一个北京玉器家族两代人的故事，章节交错的方式，让故事有穿越时空的感觉。讲述民国时的故事，让我想起了老北京的那些各行各业的老字号和文化;讲述北大燕园的景色，让我对北大和学生时代有些感伤;讲述避难伦敦，让我想起上个世纪的世界战争。当然，最最重要的还是主人公韩新月的命运和与楚雁潮老师之间的爱情。新月还是死了，带着遗憾走了。但是让我们明白了一个真理：爱情以及人性中美好的东西是可以超越宗教和种族的，虽然在现实中经常会被扼杀，而正因为现实的残酷，才越发觉得这些东西的珍贵。

在暑假里，我读了《呼兰河传》这本书，这是一本“回忆式”长篇小说。作者萧红用她那独特的文采描绘了呼兰河那个她小时候曾生活过的一个平凡、灰暗的小镇。

《呼兰河传》一共有七章和一个尾声，第一章主要讲东北小城呼兰河的卑琐平凡的实际生活，第一节引出呼兰河以后，主要写东二道街上的大泥坑;第二节主要写卖豆芽的女疯子;第三节写染缸房里的故事;第四节第五节主要写扎彩铺;第六节主要写小胡同卖麻花的;第七节主要写卖卖豆腐的;第八节介绍火烧云;第九节总写呼兰河的一年四季。第二章写了关于呼兰河人们的精神上的活动，有什么“跳大神”，鬼节放河灯，台子戏，庙会，跳秧歌等。第三章写了祖父与祖母。第四章主要描述了我家的荒凉。第五章写了小团圆媳妇之死，第六章写了有二伯的故事，第七章主要写磨房里“冯歪嘴子”一家的故事。尾声讲述了故事的结局。

通过萧红细腻而详细地描述，我看到了一个对我来说陌生的地方，陌生的年代的人们的生活状况。第一章中关于泥坑的描写用了大量的篇幅，看到了人们的自私与麻木，而所有的死猪肉都要说是泥坑里淹死的，又反映了当时们的自欺欺人的心理，而之所以那样又是因为当时经济落后的无奈之举。而其中我感触最深的就是小团圆媳妇之死，来的时候活蹦乱跳，没过上几天安稳日子，就走上了黄泉路了，她才十四岁，却早已成为人家的妻子，可她原本应该是个天真活泼孩子呀!而造成这一切最直接的原因就是她那个恶婆婆。幸好我们生活在新中国。那时的整个社会严重的重男轻女的思想，使多少小女孩失去了亲人的爱，本该像我们现在的上学年龄的却不能上学，在家里做这做那，还要饱受摧残。想想那时的小女孩真是太可怜了。而我们现在吃的好，穿的好，父母都把我们当宝贝，享受着科学文化的教育。

总的来说，呼兰河当时的人们的经济是很落后的，精神是愚昧的，人心是迷茫的，尤其是迷信害了很多人。而我认为呼兰河也许就是当时整个中国农村的缩影。这本书让我了解了落后时期的种种生活，也庆幸自己生活在当今高速发展的社会。
