Whenever I remember my grade school days, I tend to be wistful over. Though no more are those days, I will never forget now wonderful they were. Firstly,there is no doubt that most of the people tend to spend almost entire life in just one familiar city.They know every street,every corner and every store.If they have something repaired,they know the right place to go.But now,everything changes in the new place.So it is hard for emigrants to adjust in physiology and psychology.What is worse,there is even no friends who can provide enough support.In this situation,naturally the instinct drives them to live with others of their own ethnic background.Because the same race always means similar diet,similar language and habit.Under the circumstances,emigrants are able to adapt to the new environment easily.Otherwise,the conflict resulting from the complete contrast certainly arises.It results in the bad influence on the quality of life.That is what we do not want to confront.Why do we desire to emigrate? We just expect to lead a better life.

Secondly,the emigrants always go with the whole family including the elder.As we all know,after retirement,it is usually that the aged chat with each other about things in the past.For them,talking about trivialities is an essential and necessary way to enjoy themselves.However,assuming that persons around them are different ethnic in the new community,how can our parents or grandparents communicate with neighbors.After all,in accordance with the statistics,over seventy percent of the elder cannot speak foreign language especially in Asia.In addition,the fact that the majority of emigrants coming from Asia is well-known.Therefore,how to help the aged avoid loneliness is a serious problem which should be solved in time.I reckon that the best way is to live with people of the same race.Thus all old men benefit from the familiar language.Or,if they have nothing to do but to stay at home all the day,the harmony of the family will be affected sooner or later.

All in all,in my opinion,the more familiar,the better.So emigrants ought to live with others of their own ethnic background.

参加全国乒乓球少年赛的小队员们，按理说平均年龄只有13岁，绝对属于90后范畴，说他们是95后也没有任何问题，但是他们却遭遇了不属于这个年龄段的经历。

在259名参赛的运动员中，骨龄检测不合格的达到90例，不合格率达到了34.7%；换句话说，20个人测骨龄就有7个人不合格。乒乓球贵为国球，出现这种事情，孩子们在心理上受到的打击要远重于处罚或者禁赛带来的影响。

乒乓球在国内的竞争实在是太激烈了，为了能够将来在国家队有一席之地，地方上的运动员必须使出浑身解数，这还不能够确保一定成功。国家队功成名就的例子太多了，这成为各地方队造假的原动力。

其实，造假背后最苦的莫过于我们称之为90后的孩子们，从进入专业队后就改掉了自己的年龄，明处和别人一样大，实际上却比人家大两岁，这种心理上形成的落差一直伴随着小运动员长大成人。如果造假成功，出了成绩还算值得；造假失败，小运动员的前途将毁于一旦。

前不久，有媒体爆出易建联改年龄，阿联从人们心里的21岁一夜之间长大到了24岁；好在这并没有影响到他在NBA的前程，实力仍然是起决定性的。

人总是要成长的，尽管生活这样不近人情。记得我上小学的时候，班上有一位同学参加学校的田径队，她每天下午最后一节课都要去训练。为了方便，她总会把书包带去操场，训练完直接回家。作为她在班上最好的朋友，我的任务就是把她不在时老师讲的重点做成笔记并且把回家作业记好送给她。有一次放学，我跟老师打好招呼，像往常一样去给她送东西。到了操场，我四处张望，在人群中看到了一个熟悉的身影。我跑去一看，果真是她。我伸出手把纸条递给她，“放……那……吧。”她指了指自己的书包。我好奇地朝她看了看，明明是不冷不热的季节，脸上却出了如此多的汗，衣服也被汗水浸湿了。我没说什么，转头回家了。

隔天，因为爸爸公司有事，所以他早早把我送到学校。路过走廊时，我看到了一个熟悉的身影趴在水池边，走近一看，是她!她两眼红润，刚才应该是吐过。她向我打了声招呼，随后向操场走去。后来我才得知，田径队的队员们每天很早就要来学校训练，之后再去学校食堂吃早饭。不久，她开始跟我抱怨，她说她不想去训练了，每天都很累，我试着安慰了她几句。

My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water? I went to swim every summer, but I didn t make a little progress. I was worried and blamed myself several times. When I watched people swimming freely, how I wished I had learnt to swim!

The story of how I learnt to swim is dramatic. One hot summer afternoon, my father and I went to the swimming pool to swim. While my father was changing his clothes, I was roaming along the bank of the pool. Suddenly I heard a voice, Look out! and then came a big noise and beautiful splashes. Just when I was admiring the swimmer s skills, I slipped into the pool! I was so afraid that I shouted at once! But the water kept coming towards me and I drank a lot of it.
