The Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Nowadays, pets become so close and friendly to our human-beings that more

and more people enjoy keeping them. Pets can bring them a lot of joys and

happiness, because playing with pets is a good way to communicate with the

nature. Besides, pets can comfort old people who live alone. With the companion

of pets, they won’t feel lonely. Nevertheless, I’m not interested in keeping

Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think

that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying

that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

生活中，处处有套路，亲戚买个房子也有中介黑吃黑，不过，俺还是相信有好人的，而且还很多，毕竟好人一生平安。

以前的俺，总是很善良，别人欺负我，总是很宽容他人，自己却以与为乐，说不上对，人嘛，总要经历过，才能懂得，一个人的强大，是他可以在任何时候弯下，就像俺们农村成熟的稻穗，你看，它成熟时，是不是弯下了那稻穗！

Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

今天，李老师在下午的信息课上让我们班上的两位同学在教室里体验了盲人的生活，就是在教室里走一圈，然后把教室门打开，别看这挺简单的，其实还要把眼睛蒙上的。这两位同学一个是顾墨轩，一个是聂安琪。

看，顾墨轩走出来了，一开始，顾墨轩走得还挺顺畅得，后来，绕过了二大组，接着，顾墨轩直接撞上了老师用得讲桌上了，之后原地转了好几圈才找到正确得方向，真是好不狼狈，接着顾墨轩来到一大组，在一大组和二大组来面有两个同学为顾墨轩设置了一个“机关”，幸好顾墨轩很明智，没有被这个“机关”给“害”到，顺利的来到第三大组，可是就在这一瞬间，顾墨轩走错方向了，有绕回了二大组，结果有撞上了讲桌，顾墨轩经过又一次的折磨，终于把教室打开了。

下面是聂安琪来挑战这个游戏，聂安琪用手来做自己的另外两只眼睛，果然，这个方法很见效，聂安琪经过了几次小磕碰，就把教室门打开了。

而到了今天晚上，轮到我自己来在家里面挑战这个游戏了，我家是复式，所以难度很大，要把家里面的每个地方都要走一遍，我蒙上了眼睛，我先从客厅开始走，我试着用手来帮我分辨方向，首先我先来到了我奶奶的房间，突然，“砰!”的一声，啊!我感觉我的被撞了一下，接着，我顺利的来到了我奶奶的房间和我的房间，也顺利的来到了洗手间，又经过了一些磕碰，我来到厨房，接着我接受非常难的考验，那就是爬楼梯，我接住我的手，一步一步的上了楼梯，那样子真像一个刚出生的小婴儿，不会走路，废了我九牛二虎之力，我终于上了楼，之后我靠着墙壁，来到了二楼的房间和洗手间，我试图来到我家二楼的阳台，我就让我爸爸把阳台的门打开，因为这个门是要用钥匙打开的，所以我就需要我爸爸的帮助，刚好，那时刚好下起了倾盆大雨，我被淋得马上就回到了房间里，我真一只缩头乌龟。就这样，这场体验盲人的生活的游戏就这样结束了。

中学英语教学大纲中明确指出：“写是书面表达和传递信息的交际能力。培养初步写的能力，是英语教学的目的之一。”在近年的高考中英语写作也占有相当比重。因此，在高中阶段教师应在指导和组织学生进行英语写作上下功夫，在平时教学中应有计划有目的地去训练和提高学生的写作能力。

一、学生能充分认识英语写作的重要性是写作能力提高的必要条件。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。

在平时教学中，老师要经常性地有意识地对学生进行写作重要性的教育。学生一进入高中就要让他们了解初中和高中英语教学要求的异同。

我给学生找几份中考和高考题，帮助他们了解中考和高考英语试题对基础知识和基本技能要求的相同之处和不同之处，引导他们转变观念，更新和完善学习方法，要让他们了解到英语写作在高考中、实际运用中以及对将来继续学习英语的重要性。

我还联系在过去高考中英语取得优异成绩的毕业生，用书信介绍学好英语的方法，特别是在英语写作方面的成功经验和英语写作对他们当时及后来英语学习的重要性。这些毕业生有很大的感召力，很有说服性，尤其对那些有逆反心理的学生。

二、指导写作应注意的几个问题：

1．教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。

2．帮助和要求学生养成积极主动地坚持英语写作的良好习惯。

3．坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……

4．分程度要求。对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举垂手可得，而有些学生又可望而不可及的情况发生。

5．注意讲评。要经常指出优点，以利模仿，指出缺点，警示避免。

6．鼓励优秀，耐心帮助差生。充分利用板报、专栏进行优秀作文展览，或者也可采用传阅方式进行。但不能放弃或岐视差生，要经常帮助他们树立信心，掌握写作方法和技巧。

7．基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。教师在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

8．要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的风气。

三、训练写作的常用方法。

写作训练应考虑循序渐进的原则，采取逐步提高的形式进行。

1．用学过的词、短语或句式，模仿课文中的表达法造句。2．换课文中的人物、时态、语态或体裁等改写课文。3．看图作文。4．填补式作文。5．写课文复述材料或写心得体会。6．将打乱顺序的句子按事件发展的时间顺序或逻辑关系等整理成一篇完整的短文。7．教师给出题目和提纲让学生写作。8．写日记或周记。9．材料作文。教师给出汉语提示让学生用英语表达。

四、注意纠正学生英语作写中容易出现的错误。

学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

总之，学生英语写作能力在老师有计划的组织和耐心帮助、正确引导下，在学生长期积极密切的配合下是能够得以逐步提高的。

古有三国演义，“今有两国演义，”古有世界大战，今有“寝室大战。”我们

寝室里的同学都很调皮，上铺组成了“上铺国”，下铺组成了“下铺国”，经常寝室就会出现“两国之战”

这件事发生在“公元”2008年9月某日，中午我和王梓旭都急着去上厕所，让我们意想不到的是，上铺的同学早已做好了埋伏，当我和王梓旭走到王柯皓的地盘时，王珂皓便拿出他的“绝世传宝”—枕头，把我们打了一下，我没有反抗就直接去了厕所，我心想晚上再找你算账。

很快地，晚上到了，我和周鑫宇出了“打仗”这个主意，没有人反对，我们便进入了战争中，一开始还没多少人加入，只有我和周鑫宇在打仗，正好周鑫宇是上铺，我是下铺，正合我意。

寝室大战开始了：我慢慢地站起来，我心想，这次周鑫宇可惨了，哪知道那个“死哨兵”—谢海涛大叫：“敌人来了，敌人来了。”我已顾不得从我那“登天梯”——床前让我借以向上铺进攻的凳子上下去了，只好猛地站起来，哪知周鑫宇拿出他的“尚方宝剑”刺了我几刀，我惨叫了几声：“啊！啊！”，只见我倒在床上动了几下，心想：嘿，这次模仿得像吧！我心里早想把那死哨兵杀了，可惜没有机会，他在东我在西，王梓旭就像我的脑细胞一样，像是知道我在想什么似的。他急忙说：“我去打谢海涛，把他的注意力转开，那时你趁机去打周鑫宇。”我心里一乐，周鑫宇这次总应该被我打了吧！哈！哈！哈哈！我又学着乌龟爬，正当我准备拿着“冲锋枪”射击时，那哨兵不顾一切地大吼：“敌—人—来—了！”哨兵的话音未落，我就又被那尚方宝剑给刺了一刀。我心想我是活不成了，周鑫宇每次都击中我，把我打得晕头转向的。大家看我们打着很有意思，也都参加进到了我们的大战中。

打了一阵后，我们都累了，大家都歇了下来，这才发现聂仲黎没有参加，在我们的吵闹声中他仍然在看书，顿时让我觉得很是惭愧，我们不但没有像他一样抓紧时间学习，还打扰他读书。从那以后，我们便没有了寝室大战，也没有了两国相争。每天晚上我们的寝室都弥漫着浓浓的书香气息。
