作为一个高中生，必须要学会自立，所以我选择了住校。我们女生寝室是倒数第二个楼，我所住的寝室是一个八人间——一个不同于家里的新环境。更重要的是，我的七个室友性格都很好，我与这七个小伙伴每天都嘻嘻哈哈的，相处得十分融洽。在报名的时候，我选择了文科，所以我被编入了四班。在这个新的班级里，几乎都是新面孔。由于刚来到这个新环境，一开始都有些拘谨。但是一个班的同学哪有互相不说话的，一个星期后，我们都放开了自己，同学之间相处的都很好。

未来的高中三年，我相信我们一定会更加团结友爱，相信高一四班一定会变得越来越好。

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

last week i went to mount emei in sichuan province with my family. early in the morning, we took a taxi to beijing west railway station. the station was very lively.
