到了放长假的时候，我就会去游泳，我最拿手的一项运动就是游泳，很喜欢游泳，但是一开始练得时候可是吃了不少苦头，我对水不是那么的热情，一开始洗澡我都怕，可是后来练得多了，快乐就来了！偶尔心血来潮跑跑步做做仰卧起坐也是有的不过因为太能睡觉都没怎么坚持，所以体重总是减不下来。

还有的假期出去玩，去迪士尼，长白山之类的地方，游乐场啊，我虽然不是小孩了但是很喜欢小孩子喜欢的东西，喜欢小孩子喜欢的地方。

起床记

“起床啦！”早已起床的我走进寝室。

靠窗的位子

在学校里呆的时间最长的应该是教室，它是我们学习的场所。班长就坐在这个场所的边缘部分，也就是靠窗的位子。坐在最前排的我逆时针旋转60度就可以看到她了。常常头转过去时看到的都是她的经典坐姿。她喜欢把脚架起来坐，但位子太小，不得不让她侧着放脚了。因此她的脚时侧着的，身体却是正着的。

学习中的她是聚精会神的，也许是位子的原故吧，她总不能对着窗说话吧！

洗脚

不知什么时候起，我和她天天是在一个脚盆里洗脚。有一晚，我先把脚伸进了脚盆。“我没立足之地了！”班长大喊。哦，对哦，脚盆里的四只脚要打架了，赶快把脚提了出来。

古人的智慧被我们所折服，他们所向往的生活也是我们心之所向的。古往今来，有多少文人墨客拒绝于官场之中，不愿披戴官帽，内外勾结。根据自己内心的所向之处，找寻属于自己内心的一方净土。闲暇的田园生活带给了他们太多太多的快乐，早耕晚归的习惯是自己所向往。可以在一个闲暇的午后，一张桌椅，一杯美酒或香茶，饮酒颂诗，感叹眼前的这片美好，他们的这份心境，让我心生敬佩。

在现在的社会上，有多少正值花样的年轻人，每天为了工作加班加点，不止一次的挑战自己身体的极限。在家或许要扛着一日三餐的压力，在工作中或许顶着上司每天给的压力和每天加班加点做不完的工作。虽然这是为了生活，但这并不是他们最想要最向往的生活。于是便有了，烂醉与街头，被不堪生活所迫做想不开事情的这一类人了。反过来说，虽然他们现在达不到他们想要的那个生活，但是可以通过调节身体和心态来适应更好的生活。不要想着在放假的时候为了几百块的加班费而变得没有精神，十分的颓废，倒不如在这个时间给自己的身体放一个小长假，自己独自旅行或者陪着自己所爱的人，去看春天的花儿，夏日的清风，秋日的麦田，冬季的白雪，感受一下这个世界的善意，让我们知道，这个世界不仅有烦恼和压力，还有美妙与美好。

曾几何时，我们何曾不想过，在一个下雨的周末，睁开眼屋里便是昏暗的。转过身去，身边躺着的是自己最爱的那个人，用手轻轻的抚摸着她的脸颊，将她抱在怀里。电视上播出的是你和她最喜欢追的那部剧，窗外的雨点有规律的拍打着的窗户，眼前的一切是那么的温馨和美好，是心中所向往的生活。

以后的我不会随随便便而感到悲伤，因为我会一直在向往的路上，我们常说的人生意义其实很简单，自己所向，自己所往。

With the development of science and technology, our lives have changed a

lot in the past century. Many things that wouldn’t happen before have come into

reality now. Therefore, our lives will change as well in the future. Our pace of

live will greatly speed up, because we will help many machines to finish our

work. Many things can be done autonomously. Therefore, people will have more

朋友知道后，说：“你这又何必呢?既来之，则安之嘛!”可是，面对一个新的开始，内心怎么可能会平静的下来呢?有了新的开始，自然会想要做些准备，以一个新面貌来对待将要来到的一切。

就这样度过了几天，开学的日子终于到了。

有一个新的开始，自然会有一些改变。原来的教室不再属于我们班了，我们高二了。于是心甘情愿地搬到勤学楼三楼的高二(17)班去了。黑板不一样了，由传统的黑色，变成了墨绿色;教室也比原来更亮了，四面墙中有两面有窗户;墙上也不再有我们曾经熟悉奖状和学习版块……

当然，变化还不仅仅是这些。三门主科，有两门换了老师，由陶老师和丁老师代替了冯老师和钱老师。这意味着我们将要重新开始适应老师的教学方式，原来的所有习惯都会改变。

各位同学也有很大的变化。当然这不仅仅是指各位同学们都长高了许多。更多的是由于压力大和心理年龄增加等多种原因，使大家都不再像初一时那么爱玩了。可是爱说话的毛病还是没改，大伙儿叽叽喳喳说个不停，像是多年未见的好友。有的说假期去哪儿了，有的在抱怨假期太忙，有的在打听作业时怎么做的……更有甚者对我说：“我终于又听到你的声音了!”看来，虽然老毛病没改，大家还是准备好了以新面貌来迎接新学期的。

The first day of high school life, I have some thoughts and feelings. The passage of time can always give people some special things.

In the new environment, I feel a bit excited. Be able to recognize the new students and teachers is my greatest gains. In the next three years, we will learn、work and progretogether to make our dreams come true. I will have new friends, and share the joy and sadnewith them. The proceof learning is also a growing process.

Similarly, I will also face many difficulties. I might have difficulties in learning and getting along with classmates , bearing some pressure in life. However, I will get stronger and get through every step of high school three years.

College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

As we enter a new school, we first have to adapt a new environment and meet new people.As we leave home and move into the school dormitory, we need to learn to live and get along with other people who have different living habit. And as we start a higher level education, we need to adopt a new way of study. Teachers are no more like the ones in high school that will push us to learn.

Instead, we have more options and spare time to do what we want.

First of all, I have made new friends who share the same hobbies and met new teachers who inspire me in all way. Secondly, I have become more independent. Oceans becoming more acidicThe worlds oceans are slowly getting more acidic, say scientists.The researchers from California say the change is taking place in response to higher levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.The lowering of the waters pH value is not great at the moment but could pose a serious threat to current marine life if it continues, they warn.Ken Caldeira and Michael Wickett, from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, report their concerns in the journal Nature.Increasing use of fossil fuels means more carbon dioxide is going into the air, and most of it will eventually be absorbed by seawater.

Once in the water, it reacts to form carbonic acid.Scientists believe that the oceans have already become slightly more acidic over the last century.But these researchers have tried to predict what will happen in the future by combining what we know about the history of the oceans with computer models of climate change."This level of acidity will get much more extreme in the future if we continue releasing CO2 into the atmosphere," said Dr Caldeira."And we predicted amounts of future acidity that exceed anything we saw over the last several hundred million years, apart from perhaps after rare catastrophic events such as asteroid impacts."If carbon dioxide release continues unabated, ocean pH could be reduced by as much as 0.77 units, the authors warn.It is not absolutely clear what that means for marine life, however.

Most organisms live near the surface, where the greatest pH change would be expected to occur, but deep-ocean lifeforms may be more sensitive to pH changes.Coral reefs and other organisms whose skeletons or shells contain calcium carbonate may be particularly affected, the team speculate. They could find it much more difficult to build these structures in water with a lower pH.In recent years some people have suggested deliberately storing carbon dioxide from power stations in the deep ocean as a way of curbing global warming.But Dr Caldeira said that such a strategy should now be re-considered."Previously, most experts had looked at ocean absorption of carbon dioxide as a good thing - because in releasing CO2 into the atmosphere we warm the planet; and when CO2 is absorbed by the ocean, it reduces the amount of greenhouse warming.

My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. At that very moment, I was impressed immediately by the beautiful campus, the enthusiastic students and the good learning atmosphere. I fell in love with the campus at once.

First, studying on the campus gives me lots of pleasure. After some very arduous military training, I became absolutely absorbed in my studies. Different from high school courses, the courses in university are specific and interesting. I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. To be frank, I had some difficulties in keeping up with my teachers at first, but later with the help of my teachers, I made remarkable progress. Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. But there are also some ignorant students who get together every day only to eat, drink, play computer games or date. I want to say that although there are lots of difficulties or setbacks during our college days, we should set our goals and achieve them. I do hope we can try our best to become productive citizens of the country and make great contributions to the nation.
