下午一般两节正课，在高二之前一般三节课后就放学了，后来加上了晚自习。就变成了四节课，多了一节自习课。两节课后还有一个眼保健操时间。我们都是两点半开始上课，夏季就改成了三点。

我们的课外活动时间好像不是每天都有的，记不太清楚了。一般都是在体育课上活动，后来高三因为要考体育，每天下午都有一定的练习时间。但是高三前一般在两节课后会放一些外文电影，看完了也差不多就到了晚自习时间。

迪金森把人生比喻成篱笆内外。事实上篱笆上面缀满荆棘，当我们通过时，往往遍体鳞伤，身心俱损。唯有风在篱笆外千萦百折，不屈地呼啸而过，在空气中留下一道道不屈的痕迹。趋行在人生旅途上，我们在坎坷中奔跑，在挫折中涅盘。忧愁缠满全身，痛苦飘洒一地。我们苦，却不可以停留;我们累，却不能回首。烈日高温来过，狂风暴雨来过，我们都无所畏惧。可是之后还有一片漆黑的荆棘林，唯有风可以越过。卢梭说：“我可以听到河水的喧声。”那失去名字的远古的风，飒飒的越过那河流，向人们展示着它那坚强的意志。苏轼看到了风，那个曾经辉煌的文人因乌台诗案开始落迫，流落四方。

原本他还做着自己那神鹤翩跹的梦，但不曾想，也会一朝落难。于是在一个深沉的夜晚，在无人的赤壁，他看到了“江上之清风，山间之明月”。同时，他感受到天地间从远古到现在的一股不屈的意志。于是他看到了风，看到了那在山谷间盘旋，在山峰上呼啸而过的风，心中的垒块顿时冰释。于是，他开始离开世俗，寄情山水，真可谓陶公的“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”。在金色的向日葵中，还有一个人看到了风，他就是用画向世人表达了充满活力的金色向日葵的伟大画家凡高。在凡高被世人所抛弃时，他四处流离。当他经过一片向日葵地时，一阵清风徐来，他惊讶了。他惊讶于世上居然有如此美丽、如此有活力的花。于是，他开始充满信心地画。

当他忍受了孤独、世人白眼及排斥时，拿出自己的画，可是却无人问津。这是对一个艺术家来说无疑是致命的打击，于是他选择在自己热爱的向日葵地开枪自杀了。他不知道的是，他死后不久，他的《向日葵》就被拍上天价。可惜只有他留在画中的意志才能看到，而他却无法感受了。

风，可以越过荆棘。不要随便的放弃生活，我们应学习风，不惧任何坎坷、挫折。相信自己的明天会更好。唯有风，可以越过荆棘。生活如风。

人一简单就快乐，一复杂就痛苦。

别把悲伤当借口。

从古至今，有多少人因悲伤而逝。人心太脆弱，受不起生活的起生活的打击，便选择一走了之。别把悲伤当成是你生活的借口。你生活的好坏是由你对生活的态度决定的。生活就是一面镜子，你对它笑它就对你笑，你对它哭它就对你哭。为何不选择微笑面对生活?乐观使人开朗，使人豁达，使人从容。多对自己笑一笑，多鼓励鼓励自己，多相信相信自己，人生就会变得美好，至少你的人生是这样。

我们一步一步走过，有悲伤，有快乐。在悲伤时，我们是怎样做的呢?大哭一场还是胡乱地发一通气呢?有没有人平静下来想过，为什么自己会悲伤?是别人的问题还是自己的?如果是自己的，就应该反省一下，然后找一个较好的方法宣泄，乐观地看待悲伤。如果是别人的问题，那就不值得了，你这是在用别人的缺点来气自己。不要动不动就落泪，你不是林黛玉，要让自己快乐一些。

简单生活，拒绝烦恼。

比较一下两类人：一类是整天忙忙碌碌皱着眉头，一类是每天轻轻松松笑容常伴。你是愿意做哪类人呢?肯定都想做后者。可是偏偏就有很多人把自己困在那些简单的事里，忙忙碌碌，这是勤奋吗?不是，那是蠢。简单的事情会思考的人一遍就做好了，而不会思考的人就每天围着那件事情转啊转，忘了自己该干什么，从而滋生出许多复杂的问题。

一个人要懂得欣赏别人，发现别人的优点、长处，而不是找别人的缺点来慢慢“享受”。把自己的思想包袱放下，你再往前走，你会觉得轻松许多，因为你的心灵已经简单。

简单生活，让快乐多一些，悲伤少一些。

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.
