As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

Thus, it’s high time that we did something to improveour surroundings. Everybody should raise the awareness to protect our motherearth. Let’s appeal to more people to join us.

All in all ,there’s no doubt that keeping the balanceof human and nature ,we will benefit a lot.

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

高一开学，必定要经历一场“魔鬼式”生活，那就是军训，享受六天的日光浴，天天被太阳公公抚摸着你的每一寸肌肤，甚至每一缕发丝，每天感受太阳当空照。

六天，可以说是失去和获得并存，但谁大谁小，请听我道来：军训期间，我失去了我的秀发，我无法用手再去扎它，无法感受它在我指缝中滑过的柔软，我丢弃了我心爱的发带，留起了限量版运动短发，一点也不过份的说，我做梦都想让它回来。

六天来，我还失去了我用近半年捂白的肌肤，曾经的白皙也是一瞬间变黑啊，所谓“捂白千日，晒黑一时”。

但是在军训六天里，我改变了许多坏习惯，可以算是受益终生。原先我走路驼背，很不美观，但在军训站军姿，要求挻胸、抬头、收腹、开肩，硬生生的把我的背拉直，累是累，痛是痛，但我改掉了这个习惯，从此我可以堂堂正正的走路了。一时的难受，换来一生的挺拔，我觉得值得。

在军训期间每天都要整理内务，当时就想，一个内务有什么好整的，不就是叠被子，排排盆、铺铺床单、整整鞋;像这么简单的操作有什么可练的，有什么好练的。万万没想到，第一次整理内务就被点名批评。心里叹道，原来叠被子的学问这么大，“铺平被，左右起，前凸后凸，中间翘起”，听着简单，做起来难，一次又一次练习，终于有了成果，心中无限欣慰。

在操场上，每天都流着汗，感受暖风的洗礼，接受太阳的炙烤，还有在边缘徘徊的“灵魂”和体力。虽然听起来苦点儿，但感觉起来还挺不错的。在体息时，我们一起唱军歌，一起表演才艺，欢声笑语，其乐融融，确实是一段难忘的时光。

短短军训的军训生活给我们带来了真正的人生感悟和体会，做事不要只看短暂的眼前，我还体会到什么叫坚持，即使生病，依然不下火线。

高一，是对一切事物都好奇的时期。新学校、新老师、新同学……，什么都是新的，几乎所有的都是从零开始。回想高一开学，我担任学习委员与舍长这两个职务，班级里与学习有关的事务都是由我一手经办。课代表的工作怎样开展，学习的氛围怎样营造。这一切让我体会到了“白手起家”的“创业”艰辛。“事在人为，没有过不去的坎，没有解决不了的问题”，是我那时坚守的信念。伴随着成功与挫折，我学会了挑战困难，永不放下，也学会了承担职责。宿舍从刚开始的天天整改到了天天优秀，班级学习成绩由级部一般到名列前茅，其中经历颇为灿烂。

高二，是按部就班的时期。没有了高一的好奇，对一切事物都变得熟悉，生活的轨道就在这按部就班中向前延伸，一切事物都在按部就班中进行，没有了浮躁，多了些沉稳。与此同时，知识的积累也在突飞猛进。这是一个量变的过程，正如煤炭的构成，开始时用超多的木材，最后的结果却只有一小块。沉浸在积累中，虽然枯燥而艰难，但也正是在这一时期，我学会了沉稳和淡泊。非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远，生活虽然平淡，但思想却异常灿烂。

高三，是突破自我、挑战自我的时期。为了实现自我的远大理想，考入理想的大学，孜孜不倦地拚搏。原先的作息已经不足以适应新的生活，原先的习惯也不足以应对新的挑战。我与时俱进，跟上了高三的节奏，在两次大型考试中迈出了两大步，在激烈的竞争中勇往直前，不断攀登新高峰，实现一个又一个目标。在辛苦的付出过程中，我收获了成功，也收获了永不言弃、用心向上的人生态度。虽然要克服许多困难，但只有克服困难，才能完善自我，才能提高自我，发挥出自我的潜能，乐观地对待每一个问题，充满自信地去解决每一个问题，以用心向上、不畏困难的人生态度激励自我不断进步，最终到达自我的目标。有着成就感的陪伴，高三，也十分灿烂。

作为人生最重要的经历之一，高中三年，我收获很多。那些失败与成功，那些痛苦与幸福，酸甜苦辣，已经成为我最宝贵的人生财富，存入我的人生经历这个宝库中去了。

我的学校是一所普通高中，我现在正在读高一。

开学的那周，我对这里极其不适应，不适应新同学，不适应住校生活，不适应一天不自由被禁锢的生活，当时好烦好烦，每天就想着家，不过现在我基本已经融入了高中的学习生活了，不过高中生活还是那样的枯燥。

学校的建筑有保安室(入口处)，教学楼，学生公寓，食堂，除了这些基本上就没有其他东西了，我每天的活动路线基本就是这样：早上起床并洗漱后去食堂，再去教学楼，然后中午放学后去食堂，吃完饭后回寝室休息一会，再回教学楼，下午放学再次去食堂，然后回教学楼，下晚自习后回寝室睡觉。几乎每天都是这样的，好枯燥的高中生活。

学校的校规也很严了，住校生以前还可以偷偷从校内混出校外，但是现在不能了，被逮到就必须要请家长，啊!好枯燥的高中生活!

这几年，许多同学都在假期补课，而且从来没有补过，由于我喜欢玩，不喜欢学习。眼看着新的假期又要来了，我们班上的许多同学都在报名被课。有的同学喜欢补数学；有的同学喜欢补作文；大多数同学喜欢补英语，由于英语太难啦！对我来讲，英语好像从来没有及格过，看着同学们都积极学习的样子，我也有些心动了。

由于去年假期，同学们都在补课，没有人和我玩，我现在想还不如去和他们一起补课算了，那么选哪一门课呢？后来想了一想，我就决定补自己最差的英语了。那天，我报了名，英语老师说：“凤凤，你早就得补你的英语了，这次来一定要好好学，其实英语一点都不难！”听了英语老师的话，我的心里别提多兴奋了。

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

差不多一个月的时间，我的英语水平提高了许多，最后的测试分数不再是倒数第一，我终于进步了。当我拿着成绩让爸爸妈妈看进，他们一直夸我有进步，并要继续努力。当时，我的心里乐滋滋的，非常感谢假期补英语的生活。

How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." 一天，我走在公园里，口感到很渴，就到商店中买了一瓶可乐，一口气喝了半瓶。我一喝完就把可乐瓶扔了出去，看了看，可乐瓶正在地上滚动，便若无其事地走开了。我没走几步，一个五六岁的小妹妹跑过来把可乐瓶捡起来，向我走来，对我说：“大哥哥，这是你的可乐瓶吗?”我说：“是啊，怎么了?”“大哥哥，你这样是不对的。”小妹妹说，“我们应该保护环境，地球妈妈正在哭泣呢?我们应该让地球妈妈重新笑起来!大哥哥，请你以后不要再这样了，好吗?”我听了她的话，心中一震，像打碎了五味瓶，难受极了。我一下子脸红了起来，低下了头，说：“好……好……我以后再也不会这样了。”小妹妹听了，点了点头，把可乐瓶放进垃圾箱中后，就走开了。

现在地球妈妈正在哭泣中，我们应该保护环境，从小事做起，从自己做起，如果每个人都这样，不乱砍树木，不把污水排入大海、河水中等，这样世界就会变得更加美好!

来了又走，走了又来。

割舍不下的，是我淡淡的存在。

我知道，一场舞剧，无论如何华美，如何令人惊叹，都有落幕的时候。只是，有人站在台上，久久不愿离去。落幕了，即使再美，都已经是过去了，那人不是不知道，他静静地站在台上，周围人来人往，大幕已经落下，各种逗笑嘈杂的声音，隔着厚厚的幕布，传进他的耳朵。所有的声音混合在一起，组成了一个巨大的旋涡，再也出不去。

It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-netputer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

No netputer, I will not know to do what. I have no solution to the problem. So I sent my notebook-netputer to the Asus netputer netpany. I must have my netputer repaired. And the other one, it was thoroughly broken. It can’t be repaired again.The netputer netpany told me that my notebook netputer needed one week to repair. The electric led to all trouble. And many electrical appliances are broken. I don’t know when our country can solve the problem.

I have lost two netputers, but I had another one. I bought it about five years ago. It can be called curio. Though it was old. But it can still work. Although it works slowly, I was pleased. I can go on internet again. Chatting with my friends is a good relaxing. In the internet, one of my old friends invited me to tomorrow’s party. He told me that some friends would go, too. So I promised to go. A-ha! I can see my old friends. I was very happy and hopeful.

Today is New Years Day, the outside decorated, celebrate, extremely busy!

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

中考过后的暑假是闪光的，没有压力，只有用不完的活力。我带着这种激情进入了高中，幻想着每天都是美好的。但事实并非如此。枯燥单调的高中学习磨灭了我的热情，对家人的思念如潮涌般吞没了我。生活像坏掉的闹钟，滴答滴答机械地运转却不会有响起的一刻。教室，宿舍，食堂三点一线不停地奔走，路很短，心却很累。这种日子就像青春森林漫起一场大雾，没有方向，没有光亮。

这种迷茫的日子一直持续了很久。我不知道自己发生了什么，也不知道该如何帮助自己，我只知道如果不做些什么，我会在未来的某一天陷入悔恨的深渊。直到有一天，我收到一份朋友送来的礼物，里面的便条上写着“永远不要只看见前方路途遥远，而忘了自己坚持多久才走到这里。今天尽力做的虽然辛苦，但未来发生的都是礼物。”我攥着纸条，一遍遍回味这句话，我感到血液开始流动，重新温暖倦怠的身体。反抗，或许就只从那时开始，带着无助，努力地挣脱束缚。

我开始努力在听课时集中精神，在买饭的等待中安排接下来的任务，在紧迫的洗漱时间将自己收拾妥当以最好的姿态迎接新的一天。我开始努力在枯燥的生活中找到笑点，每天给自己一点正能量。我开始努力把对未来的憧憬转化为动力，完善自己的奋斗蓝图，让想要懈怠的心重新加满能量。这一切的努力，终于将我从迷茫的沼泽中拯救出来，阳光开始照进雾气弥漫的青春森林，一丝一缕的洒满生命。雾气消散，留下一片生机。

成长，就是漫长的破茧成蝶，挣扎着褪去所有青涩。成长，也是一刹那的顿悟，下定决心走出迷茫，迎接未来。我庆幸，收到了朋友的鼓励，开始勇敢面对自己的迷茫。时光微凉，这场迷茫的经历被春水浸泡，秋风吹拂，早已洗去铅华，清绝明净。在回忆里闪着光，时刻提醒我远离迷茫的漩涡，坚定自己的方向。

春光似海，盛世如花。或许未来仍有迷茫的日子在等待我，但现在，我已走过此次迷茫，让阳光照亮我前进的方向，请梦想为我收拾好行囊，带着希望，伴着朝阳，坚定地踏上通往未来的旅程，一步步接近我的梦想。

my secret worry

while fear of death is universal, my worry about death is so overwhelming that there is not a moment passing without my thinking of it. i never bring this up with any other, just because no one will ever realize the seriousness of this problem. i know it very clearly that as long as there is life, there will be death. in addition, though i am still so far away from death, i have been plagued by the thought of it for years. fortunately, the root of my fear of death lies in my overzealous love for life. i am too timid to think of the end of life, when every worldly affair should be thrown away. how can i carry on without friendship, affection, and joy of being alive? i really hate to leave all these behind. to ease my worry about death, i should make the fullest use of this life i now possess. concentration on this life can at least temporally make me forget about death. as a matter of fact, i really don＇t need to worry so much about death, for i already have too much to worry about this life.
