在记忆中，菱角也是另外一样稀罕的食物。倒不是因为特别贵，而是因为菱角难剥，要先掰去两个尖角，然后在当中一咬，技术和力道掌握得好，才能剥出一个完整的菱角，否则多半都是零零碎碎的粉末，吃起来很不过瘾。

不过现在菜市场的菜品越来越“半成品”了。看到有现剥好的菱角卖，可以一买一大把回来，做菜煮粥都行。但不知道为什么，又觉得没记忆中那么好吃了。难道，菱角非得自己动手剥才好吃？我一直觉得，菱角代表着长辈对我的爱，帮我剥最难剥的食物，原来，菱角确实承载着长辈对孩子的祝福。中秋节吃菱角，取其谐音，祝福孩子聪明伶俐。当然，除了名字外，从食物搭配的角度，用剥了壳的菱角加米煮成咸味的白稀粥，刚好能中和了甜腻的月饼。

说到端午，我们立刻想到的是粽子，这个周日上午，我们小组支行举行了一次包粽子活动!

周日上午，我们浩浩荡荡的出发了包粽子对于我们这些衣来伸手饭来张口的小朋友来说，无疑是件新鲜事。

粽叶和糯米在头天晚上已经泡好了。开始包了，先取一片粽叶，把一个角折到中间，再把另一边折过去，一个“漏斗”就形成了，再在里面放大半糯米，把蛋黄或枣子放进去，把上面的叶子盖上，留下的绕粽子几圈，再去一根绳子(毛线)绕粽子几圈，打个结就好了。但是说简单，做难啊，不是“漏斗”变了形，就是米放太多了，撒的一地都是，在家长的帮助下，我们艰难地完成了一个个奇形怪状的粽子，有长形的，有圆形的，有五角的，就是没有好看的三角体粽子，虽然不好看，但我们一个个很开心，很高兴。毕竟这是我们自己亲手包的粽子。过了半个小时，粽子煮好了，我们品尝自己的劳动成果，美味极了，比店里面买来的要好吃多了。
