记得，有一次弟弟生病了，妈妈带着弟弟去医院，我放学回家后家里空无一人，此时的我早已饥肠辘辘。于是，我就想妈妈平时都是怎样做饭的。我走进厨房仔细地“搜索”了一番，发现了剩下的米饭、还有鸡蛋和小葱。我把手洗干净，系上妈妈的围裙，开始操作。首先，把鸡蛋、葱末、调味料都准备好。然后，开火，放油，等油烧得差不多了，我就把鸡蛋炒一会，等鸡蛋炒得差不多后我把鸡蛋捣碎，再放入米饭继续翻炒。最后，撒点小葱，放盐出锅，再翻炒几下，一碗香喷喷蛋炒饭就做好了。我先给妈妈和弟弟留了一碗，剩下的就是我的。

正当我在享受自己做的美食时，妈妈回来了。妈妈抱着弟弟，满身的疲惫。我赶紧让妈妈坐下休息，给妈妈倒了一杯热水，然后，把我留给他们的蛋炒饭端过来。妈妈很惊讶：“这是你做的蛋炒饭？”我笑着说：“嗯嗯！请妈妈多给点建议！”妈妈摸摸我的头，也笑了！

只见油堆在锅里不停地乱转，奶奶用她那双布满皱纹的双手将油堆在锅里翻来翻去，眼见油堆越来越黄，终于，油堆在全身金黄时被奶奶捞了上来。

油堆一上了桌，我不顾满脸的粉，立刻拿起一个尝了起来，“嗯，真好吃！再来一个！”奶奶却开玩笑似的说：“你就是一个油堆！”“哈哈哈……”我一边吃着亲手做的油堆开心地笑了……
