Some people love to change, and they look forward to new experiences. For them, following routines is tedious, they always want to do something new to have fun; while some others like to stay the same and make no change. 我把肉倒入锅中，手握炒勺不停摇晃，肉在锅中坐着空中飞车来回翻滚，玩的不亦乐乎，我发现肉从稀稀的变成了条条，我心想：“要不起锅了，不行！万一没熟那就不好了。万一糊了呢？算了，还是再烧会儿吧。”在来回翻滚，手有些酸痛，头上已大汗淋漓，快快把莴笋拿来我叫到，因为肉已经变成了肉色，突然一股浓烟侵入了双眸。

“啊，救命啊，我的眼睛快要失明啦！”我痛苦的闭上双目，泪水不争气的从双角了下来，如同数万只蚂蚁啃噬着双眼，绝望的使劲的搓眼，我沾了水使劲揉，疼痛才得以终结，明明只是失明了一会儿，可我感觉如同一生的漫长，浓烟的攻击我深刻的记在心里。

倒入莴笋，与肉充分融合，再到下一点儿盐，散发出的香气已经进入五脏六腑，打通任督二脉让人陶醉其中，我赶紧把盐搅拌均匀，不然等会儿一边没味，另一边酸掉人命，我用锅铲按一下莴笋还切不断，我心里打起了疑问，“这个就不能看颜色或形状了，那该怎么办呢？万一现在就已经糊了呢？万一又没熟呢？唉，还是问问家长吧。”我拍了拍黄爸爸疑或的问“还有多久啊？”黄爸爸笑着亲切的说：“大概一分钟吧。”我心里默默数起了数。“1、2、3……”等到60时，我端起盘子盛菜，浓烟似乎跟我作对，又调皮的入侵双目，但我早有防备，头迅速向右一倒。“哈哈，小妖怪同样的招式我不会再犯啦。”我得意的说，把菜铲上盘子还热气腾腾呢。

我拿起筷子，夹起香菜，一口下去，哎妈，真香！我眼疾手快夹上几下，“啊”张开嘴一口咬下，心满意足的吃着。

但有立马飞奔而去，嘿嘿，知道我去干嘛了嘛，蹭饭去啦。

人生有许多第一次，比如第一次走夜路，第一次去买东西······但令我至今仍然记忆犹新的就是第一次动手做饭了。

说来也巧，那天正好妈妈加班，爸爸又出车，家里就只剩下我和哥哥两个人。我们这两个向来是衣来伸手饭来张口的“小皇帝”在那天居然动手做饭了。（话外音：那是实在饿得前肚皮贴后肚皮了，要不然一定坚持到妈妈回来。）

由于本“检查官”经常“检查”妈妈做饭。（就是妈妈做饭我看着）所以做米饭这一关难不倒我的。我先把两碗米洗干净，放入电饭煲里，倒入一些水。这个倒水可有讲究，要求水位没过大米大约小手指一节，看到没有，这就叫做“经验”。在本人“精湛”的厨艺下，香喷喷的大米饭就完成了。

不过，接下来的炒菜可就不这么顺利了。要说这人倒霉，真是喝凉水都塞牙。这不，倒霉事就接二连三的发生了。

炒菜炒菜，最主要的原料就是菜了。可是这几天家里的菜奇缺，我和哥哥找了半天居然才找到4个辣椒和几根葱。可是这两样也不能在一起炒呀。唉，真是的，哪怕再多几个土豆也行啊。

接下来便是本“大厨”大显身手的时候了。平时看妈妈做菜都是先热锅，再切菜，等妈妈把菜切完了，油也开了。于是，我也决定按照妈妈的步骤做。

可是，没想到我把油倒锅里，去切辣椒，这笨手笨脚的等油都开了我连一个辣椒都没切完呢。平时看妈妈切不都是挺快嘛，怎么到我这就这么慢了呢。这是我就想热锅上的蚂蚁——急得团团转。

说到端午，我们立刻想到的是粽子，这个周日上午，我们小组支行举行了一次包粽子活动！

周日上午，我们浩浩荡荡的出发了包粽子对于我们这些衣来伸手饭来张口的小朋友来说，无疑是件新鲜事。

粽叶和糯米在头天晚上已经泡好了。开始包了，先取一片粽叶，把一个角折到中间，再把另一边折过去，一个“漏斗”就形成了，再在里面放大半糯米，把蛋黄或枣子放进去，把上面的叶子盖上，留下的绕粽子几圈，再去一根绳子（毛线）绕粽子几圈，打个结就好了。但是说简单，做难啊，不是“漏斗”变了形，就是米放太多了，撒的一地都是，在家长的帮助下，我们艰难地完成了一个个奇形怪状的粽子，有长形的，有圆形的，有五角的，就是没有好看的三角体粽子，虽然不好看，但我们一个个很开心，很高兴。毕竟这是我们自己亲手包的粽子。过了半个小时，粽子煮好了，我们品尝自己的劳动成果，美味极了，比店里面买来的要好吃多了。

今天的包粽子活动真有趣，自己动手，其乐无穷啊！

我慢慢地走进厨房，看见厨房里的菜架上有芸豆、西红柿、辣椒这三种蔬菜，我想平时妈妈叫我做过炒芸豆，所以我决定作炒芸豆。我拿起芸豆，先把两头拔掉，然后洗干净，把它切好，把肉拿出来切成肉条。一切准备好后，我开始炒了。

我把锅放好，点起火，倒好油，等油热了之后，放八角，再放肉跳，放甜酱。等肉慢慢由甜酱的颜色后，我就开始放芸豆，我学着妈妈的样子小心翼翼的放芸豆，当我刚放进去的时候，油花四溅，从锅里出来的烟熏得我直咳嗽，这时我才把油烟机打开，过了一回眼慢慢的散开了，我用铲子翻了翻菜，然后盖上锅盖让他慢慢的煮。

下一步，我开始淘米，然后让它开始熬饭，这是芸豆也差不多了，我掀开锅盖，撒了两勺盐，我又翻了翻，关上火，把芸豆乘了出来。过了几分钟我把熬稀饭的火关小了，用微波炉波了一些馒头，过了15分钟，稀饭熬好了，我乘好，放在桌子上。看着我辛辛苦苦做的饭，心里有说不出的高兴。

我叫爸爸起床吃饭，爸爸看到这一桌美味佳肴都惊呆的，他拿起筷子尝了几口，夸我做得好，我非常高兴，像吃了蜜一样甜。

这次做饭，我不仅体会到了做饭的乐趣，还体会到妈妈做饭的辛苦，所以以后要多帮妈妈的忙，而且妈妈做什么饭我都要吃，不要挑三拣四，因为妈妈细细苦苦做的饭，你说不好吃，妈妈会寒心的。这就是我做饭的感受。

需要准备的材料有:4张绿色正方形纸，边长约6厘米，最好用有硬度的纸张。再准备6张粉红色正方形纸，边长也是6厘米。还需要一支香味荧光笔。

先将两张绿色的正方形纸卷成一个细细的棍棒形状，把它们各自粘好后，黏在一起，形成一个长长的棍棒形状，这就是花枝。另外两张绿色正方形纸则做成玫瑰花的叶子，把纸的四角向内卷，卷成一个个棱形，叶子就做好了。花瓣呢，把6张粉红花色张方形纸的四角都向内卷，组成一个三组对边平行的六边形，再翻过来。然后将这6片花瓣黏在一起，组成玫瑰花的形状。把玫瑰花粘在花枝上，粘好花之后，叶子粘在玫瑰花的下面一点就可以了。

最后用香味荧光笔在花边涂上，涂好后，纸玫瑰就完成了。闻一闻，虽然不是玫瑰香味，但也有一股水果香味，真是与众不同啊!

这一次的自己动手，让我明白了:自己劳动的果实是香甜可口的;即可以丰富自己的课余生活，还可以锻炼自己，也会多一样东西让自己娱乐。虽然我做这朵玫瑰花用了不少时间，但我也很高兴。

(II)书面表达

期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

在今后的教学中，我们将继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语;在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。在培优辅差上下功夫，大面积提高学生的优秀率和合格率。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第二、认真统计学生成绩。在批阅完学生试卷后，认真统计学生的成绩是很有必要的。统计的项目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在统计出平均成绩后，可以参照其他班的情况分析，确定该班的成绩位置。平均分较低，就说明该班的成绩较差。如果平均分较高，那该班的整体情况就较好。另外，还要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之间的差距。差距越大，两级分化就越严重，教学的难度就越大。在排列学生成绩时，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中间位置考生的分数，并把该成绩列为全班成绩的中位数。在评讲试题时，要特别注意中位段的学生的反映和效果。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

在学生分析错误类别后，可让学生互相讨论解答的方法或依据等，让学生达到初步了解解答出错的根源，并试着改正自己的错误。对于学生猜对的题目，也要要求学生诚实地标出来，一并作为错题对待，设法杜绝学生答题的侥幸心理。在学生讨论分析试卷后，教师就可以开始评讲试卷了。对于学生错误率较高的试题，教师必须详细的评讲。评讲时不光要书写答题的根据，还要多举相关的例子，最终要让学生能正确解答这些题和相似的试题。对于错误率较低的试题，蜻蜓点水般的评讲就可以了。当然，这部分错题的分析可以让成绩优秀的学生来完成。既可以从分发挥优生的能力，又能给其他学生提供鲜活的榜样。最后，就要解答学生的疑问了。

在评讲试题时，教师最好不要全部评讲，而是留一些小的疑问给学生。这样便于引导学生学会提问和思考。在教师评讲了主要错题之后，可以让学生之间互相讨论，让他们尝试相互探讨相互学习。在讨论和研究的过程中，激发学生学习的激情，启发他们思考和解决问题。在学生提出疑问后及时有针对性地给予解答，并随时肯定学生的质疑能力和探讨精神。

今天我做了一件非常值得做的事情，尽管开始我被误会了。
