俗话说得好：“自己动手丰衣足食。”从前我连字面的意思都不明白，再深入就更不用说了，但是今天通过这件事，我真正懂得了这句话的含义……

今天下午放学到家门口，我一如既往球。敲开了。家门发现爸爸妹妹已经穿好了衣服。妈妈在厨房切着蒜黄，原来他们要出去吃饭。我爸爸的朋友叫他爸爸要走了。妈妈。还刚切完蒜黄。还没炒呢，所以我只好揽下这个“重活”——自己炒菜。

说干就干，我拿了几个鸡蛋。先让两个鸡蛋相对一碰。其中一个被碰出外伤，一狠心把那个受外伤的。掰成两半。让蛋清和蛋黄。跳伞落入碗中，最后一个让他在碗边碰出外伤。再跳入碗中。加入适量的盐。使其充分溶解(就是把加了盐的鸡蛋搅散)再加入蒜黄与鸡蛋混合。然后开火，倒入适量的油。不一会儿油开了，把蛋液倒入锅中，我听着“噼里啪啦”“噼里啪啦”的响，我害怕的跑到了厨房门口，听着声音小了，才进来。我拿着铲子翻炒着，故意把铲子碰的特别响，就好像我是一位大厨师一样，神气！看着粘锅底了。我迅速用铲子翻着，又不停的用铲子铲锅底，试图把粘在锅底上的鸡蛋都铲下来，可是治本不治根，铲下去一些过一会又粘了一片，令我无可奈何。
