到了晚上，我模仿妈妈的样子，先把菜洗干净，再切成片。我把锅里倒上油，开火，慢慢的油突然地蹦了起来，我吓了一跳。我的心情有点害怕，拿起菜放进锅里，我就急忙跑出厨房。在外边听着油噼里啪啦的响着，我的心情又开心、又紧张、又害怕、又好奇。等到噼里啪啦的声音变小的时候，我进厨房翻炒菜，撒调料。谁知道，一不小心，手抖了一下，调料放多了。我不在意，我发现有一罐盐，我就往里放了一些。

我慢慢地走进厨房，看见厨房里的菜架上有芸豆、西红柿、辣椒这三种蔬菜，我想平时妈妈叫我做过炒芸豆，所以我决定作炒芸豆。我拿起芸豆，先把两头拔掉，然后洗干净，把它切好，把肉拿出来切成肉条。一切准备好后，我开始炒了。

我把锅放好，点起火，倒好油，等油热了之后，放八角，再放肉跳，放甜酱。等肉慢慢由甜酱的颜色后，我就开始放芸豆，我学着妈妈的样子小心翼翼的放芸豆，当我刚放进去的时候，油花四溅，从锅里出来的烟熏得我直咳嗽，这时我才把油烟机打开，过了一回眼慢慢的散开了，我用铲子翻了翻菜，然后盖上锅盖让他慢慢的煮。

下一步，我开始淘米，然后让它开始熬饭，这是芸豆也差不多了，我掀开锅盖，撒了两勺盐，我又翻了翻，关上火，把芸豆乘了出来。过了几分钟我把熬稀饭的火关小了，用微波炉波了一些馒头，过了15分钟，稀饭熬好了，我乘好，放在桌子上。看着我辛辛苦苦做的饭，心里有说不出的高兴。

我叫爸爸起床吃饭，爸爸看到这一桌美味佳肴都惊呆的，他拿起筷子尝了几口，夸我做得好，我非常高兴，像吃了蜜一样甜。
