为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

As the saying goes, "the New Year will have a new look." its good to speak this word, in this New Year, I have a lot of things want to do: to learn to learn, a successful ` exercise the body, let oneself body getting better, dont partial eclipse, should eat what eat what, also can not to waste money... Say learning first, first put in front of winter vacation homework conscientious finished, although have a little arrangement diary teacher six chapters, but I want to do a few more, one is to exercise their writing level, the second is to allow yourself to practice patience, I also want to read more books, let oneself of the rich knowledge, I often read books, but like watching gobbledygook, dont take notes. This is no good, so in the end not enriched knowledge knowledge, it is a waste of time, a waste of time. Such as in the past winter vacation, I must study hard last term, in elementary school when miyoshi students, dont understand to ask, Im sure can do it, also please believe me!

As for exercise? I think Im too have no confidence, for instance said shooting, because I so small basketball in my hands touch the basket, I practiced for several times without success, feel oneself always shot, try a few times is useless. Later, I think learning anyway, dont go up, its no use, so, I have achieved in the final exam is not ideal. I will be patient ` confidence in doing anything, because only in this way can succeed in doing things.

新年到了，又过去了一年，接着迎来了一个新年-2016年，在这一个新年里我们要干一些有意义的事才可以度过这一个漫长的2016，让我们大家一起行动起来吧!

俗话说得好"新的一年要有新气象."这话讲得真好，在这一个新年里，我有许多想干的事：要把学习学好，成绩理想`把身体锻炼锻炼，让自己的体质变好起来，不要偏食，该吃什么就吃什么，还有不可以乱花钱......就先说学习吧，首先把眼前的寒假作业认认真真得作完，日记老师虽然只布置了六篇，可我要多做几篇，一是为了锻炼自己的写作水平，二是为了让自己练练耐心，我还要多读书,让自己的知识丰富起来,我经常读书,可却像看天书一样,也不做笔记.这样是不行的,这样到头来知识知识没有丰富起来,却只是浪费时间,浪费光阴.等寒假过去以后,我一定要在小学的最后一个学期努力学习,争取当三好学生,不懂就问,我相信一定可以做到的,也请大家相信我吧!

至于锻炼身体方面呢?我觉得自己太没有信心，比如就说投篮吧，我因为个子小所以篮球在我手上连篮筐都碰不到，我练了几遍没有成功，就觉得自己永远都投不进，再练几遍也是徒劳。后来，我又觉得学习反正搞不上去，没有用的，所以，在期末考试中我就取得了不理想的成绩。我以后做任何事都要有耐心`信心，因为只有这样才可以做成功的事。

以后，我一定要按定的计划去做，因为这样才可以取得大进步。
