一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

二、背单词从科学方法入手，避免走弯路

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

总的说来,今天是难忘的一天.我去看了亲戚也帮助了他人。

暑假到了，去乡村拜访爷爷。看到鸡棚里有几只可爱的小鸡，我说“这些鸡这么可爱，让我喂它们几天吧！”妈妈说，喂鸡要负责啊！是非常辛苦的。我点了点头，心想：我肯定能把鸡喂好，你们放心吧。于是我当鸡妈妈的日子开始了??

第一天喂鸡时，我兴趣颇浓。我手中捧着饲料，小鸡门争先恐后的扑过来，生怕抢不上食物，它们用力地啄着饲料，又是还会啄到我的手，又疼又痒。我轻轻抚摸着它们的绒毛，他们高兴地叫几声便跑开了，我望着消极屁颠屁颠的身影不禁哑然失笑。

一天，我想为小鸡加一些营养，就逮了几只蚂蚱喂小鸡。谁知有一只霸王鸡，它一口叼起蚂蚱便跑了。跑到一边，它才开始一口一口吃美餐。吃完后，用爪子刨刨脖子，很满足的样子。可是其他小鸡不愿意了，叽叽叽叽叫个不停，表示抗议。霸王鸡用凶狠的眼神盯着它们，猛地冲过去，其他小鸡吓得跑开了。这只鸡的个头明显比其他小鸡的大。他毛色光泽，一副雄赳赳气昂昂的样子。显然像一个黑xx老大。

我站在院中，看见天边飘过来一些黑云，心想：最好晚上别下雨，不要把小鸡淋湿了。可是天有不测风云，半夜我在梦想中时，一个炸雷把我惊醒了，我立即翻身起来，冲到鸡棚，只见小鸡在外面缩成一团，惊慌失措，他们还没见过

下雨，因此非常的恐惧，浑身哆嗦着不停，这些傻鸡呀！自己不知避雨，在外面一直淋着雨。我急忙把它们抱到一个避雨的地方，才安心回去睡了。第二天我起床一看，小鸡死了一只，我心疼极了，觉得自己对不起小鸡，应该更加仔细的照顾小鸡。我怀着歉意的心情，把小鸡埋在了土里。

我当鸡妈妈的日子就要结束了。我每天都要替它们着想，自己还没吃上饭小鸡就先吃上了。我感到非常的辛苦。转念又想，我照顾几天小鸡就这么累，那母亲把我们抚养成人的辛苦可想而知。我心中对母亲产生了由衷的敬意。

Have a good plan for the future that can remind us which direction and road shoud be towards in the next step. In this second to the end of 2014 six, I have a short-term plan that has appeared in my mind. It is clear and simple.The specific content of planare as follows.

In a short time, I must have accounting certificate. I have to learn the accountingfrom scratch before I don’t learn about accounting anything. Fortunately, I have an elective course that is accounting. It maybe can help me take the accounting certificate. I need to be patient and diligent efforts to complete the plan.

The second program is the English four levels of tests. The June next year is the English four levels of tests’ time. I think it was the only one chance to take the level Four exam in my life, so I must pass the exam! In the short term plan, I must study hard English even if I dont like it. In order to I can passed band six in college English testin the future as well.

Its not easy to finish the work during these days.But I will forget the pain while I am running on the study road. And finishing my plan for my future.

Everyones holiday life is colorful and varied, and I went to the vast seaside with my family during the holiday.

Well, its a lot of trouble. When I moved the weight of a kilo to the beach, I was exhausted. The excitement of the time has gone away. I like the summer holiday every year.This summer I went to Beijing for my holiday,Beijing is our capital city.I went to the Summer Palace,climbed the Great Wall and went to many places of interest.I had a very good time.During this summer holiday,I went to Putuo and Xiangshan.I saw the beautiful sea.I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the moonlight.Its really "cool".

When I at home,I do my homework in the morning.In the afternoon I practise playing the piano.But in the evening I can watch TV after a long walk with my parents.

If you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like,traveling around the world is the only answer.I like travelling so much that l often meet different people and visit different places of interest in my dream.

我计划这个暑假独自去旅行。我曾经去旅游过几次，但是都是跟我家人或者朋友去的，从来没有自己去过。我想独自旅行一次，这样可以锻炼自己更坚强更自信。我把我的计划告诉了我的父母，他们非常支持我，还认为这是帮我成长的一个号机会。他们还告诉了我许多旅行要点，并帮我准备行李。我非常感激父母的理解以及他们对我的决定的尊重。我不会让他们失望。

I plan to go to travel alone this summer vacation. I have traveled several times, but gone with my family or friends, never did it alone. I want to do it once, so I can train myself to be stronger and more confident. I told my parents about my plan, they supported me very much, and they thought it is a good opportunity to help me grow up. They also told me many tips of traveling and prepared the package for me. I am grateful that my parents understand me and respect my decision. I won’t let them down.

终于结束了期末考试，接下来就要度过“漫长”的寒假了。但是在这个大家喜闻乐见的假期里，大家肯定没有在学校过得那样充实，所以我要好好计划计划，过得有滋有味的。

“民以食为天”但在大家这样的六年级小学生眼中就是“学生以学习为父”。所以，首先得把老师布置的寒假作业写起来，日记写起来，书本读起来。

每天早上7：30起床，花15分钟收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分钟听英语磁带。

8：00就是我这个小孙悟空大闹天宫的时候了。先是花30分钟听音乐做运动，这样是不是有劳逸结合的感觉呢？

然后做一个小时半的家务。比如：浇浇花、扫扫地、擦擦窗户、整理整理东西。

等到10：00就要吃午饭了，我就帮着奶奶择择菜、淘淘米，顺便还可以和奶奶学上几手。

11：：30到12：30当中的一个小时就当我休息的时间，这个时间不被纳为计划。

12：30到2：30写两个小时的作业。

2：30到3：30我要看一个小时的书，看完之后到外面走走，往远处望望，这样能保护视力。

3：30我可以打开电脑写写博客，看看微博，誊写誊写作文。

4：00到6：00是休息的时间，不被纳为计划。

6：00到6：30是我晚饭的时间。

6：30到8：30我可以看两个小时的电视。

9：00我就要睡觉了。
