每天保障做一小时的语文或数学作业;

每天保障一小时的无负担课外阅读;

每天保障一小时的英语自学;

每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动。

2、计划与非计划

把三年级和四年级的学校课本系统复习一遍，每天坚持听剑桥英语的磁带，时间不限;

假期把以前记得的英语单词都记在小本子上，分类汇总;

若有兴趣、有机会，可以把语音和音标接触、巩固一下，尽量保证发音标准。

三、活动安排

1、随父母至少省内出去旅游一次，争取省外旅游去一次;

预习下学期内容起码也要三个星期因为下学期内容重点多难点多，光把概念记下来效果也不大，还要消化、理解、做题等。但我不烦我只是把我不会的知识看成我不认识的人，我要和他交朋友一样简单。并且不能忘记他，我希望我的朋友可以多一点。

除了以上内容我还要上学习班、看名着来增加我的知识，还要在学习之余买过年的东西。一天学习时间常常在10个小时左右。总之我每天都很忙碌。

啊!这是最忙的假期，这是最累的假期!可是这个假期是比我以前的假期更充实!更满足!更快乐!

新的学期又将开始了，我和爸爸妈妈一起制订了新学期计划，让大家来看看我是怎样计划的吧。

语文方面，我决定每天课外阅读一个小时，一周看一本课外书，增加我的课外知识，扩大我知识面。我还决定报读一个作文班，要使作文提高到一个我理想的程度。上语文课我要积极举手发言，要多发表我自己的理解和想法。

数学方面，我觉得自己在这方面是强项，但是我仍然要努力。这学期，我还是会继续奥数班的学习，提高奥数能力。我决定每天坚持做奥数题5道，争取今年的竞赛能得到二等奖。上数学课认真听讲，不讲小话，且也要积极举手发言。

电脑是我最喜欢的方面，我对它的兴趣最大，所以我早和爸爸提出，这个学期我要参加电脑班的学习，学网页制作。而且自己尽量控制玩电脑游戏的时间，做到不影响学习。

英语是我的弱项，我对它最感吃力。我妈妈给我报了剑桥英语班。我也要多阅读，多记英语单词，争取英语有所进步。

体育方面，我准备进行魔鬼训练，每天吃完晚饭就去室外活动，打羽毛球，踢足球等等。晚上在家也要多锻炼，做哑铃操，和仰卧起坐等。早晨我也要早点起床，最好跑跑步，做做操。最好能报一个田径队。

计划是做好了。但是爸爸右边些怀疑的问我：“这计划你能照做吗?”我肯定的回答：“行!一定行!我一定要完成计划!”

暑假来了，在暑假里，我要做的事情就是要制定好我的暑假学习计划表，让我的暑假做到不浪费时光，不虚度时光，有玩耍的时间，也有学习的时间，因此，我为我自己制定了一份详细的暑假学习计划表。

1、早上起床时间控制在6点至6点半左右，然后马上去做一下运动，大概持续到7点钟(适当的运动有助于大脑血液循环)。然后你吃一下早餐等等的。

2、上午时间大可不必疯狂地做作业。你可以先看一些英文的书(课外的，但是适合初中生的)，那样有助于培养语感、积累词汇;然后(大概10点)你可以看一些文学类的课外书(当然不是英文的了)。适当地让自己有一个闲适的生活状态。

再说一下，你可以有针对地看书，上午你也可以看一些自己较弱的学科的书。

3、下面说说下午的任务(忘记说了，午饭之前你也可以去运动一下)。下午，人的一般注意力不太容易集中，那么你可以做一些暑假作业，注重理解。因为下午背的东西，一般都不太容易记住。

4、晚上，你不必太紧张，如果稍微勤奋点的话，你可以再做做作业;但我觉得晚上大可以看一下课外书，看一些新闻，或许去散散步。到8、9点时就可以睡觉了

5、总的来说，你一天要有9-10小时的睡眠时间，劳逸结合，才可以有较好的状态去迎接初三。我们一起努力吧!加油!

要放假了,真是期待呀.想象暑假没有约束的日子,那叫一个爽啊,不要上课,不要写作业,不要上自习.呵呵.

不过我不打算回家了,为什么呢?想学点东西啦,所以就要牺牲自己逍遥自在的时间了,哎!么得办法啊,就要毕业了,要抓紧学点有用的,给自己充点电,不然什么都不懂,是吧?
