一、 身心健康

升入初中以来，你每周的体育课只有三节。由于作业量大量增加和我们家离学校较远等原因，你一周只有这三节体育课来锻炼身体，显然太少。所以你要非常珍惜这三节课的时间，好好锻炼身体。妈妈

二、尊重老师、父母和同学的意见，不要自以为是

老师、父母是过来人，有丰富的学习和生活经验。有些同学在某方面会强出你很多，值得你学习的地方也很多。向他们学习就是在寻找一条走向成功的捷径。特别是老师，他们有很多年的教学经验，懂得怎样学习才能有效。要尊重老师的决定，严格落实老师的提出的要求，对你来说，只有好处，没有坏处。要虚怀若谷，不要自以为是。

三、 学会用巧劲，提高学习效率

四、说话做事要多动脑子。话要好好说，惹人讨厌的话不说，伤人心的话不说。做事要圆满、周全。适得其反的话不说，适得其反的事不做。做事说话一定要克制情绪，只要多动脑想办法，任何问题都可以较为圆满地解决。

妈妈

这是我的妈妈，妈妈有个最大的特点，就是她跟我玩的时候对我很好，但是，在跟我讲数学的时候，她就对我特别凶。有一次，妈妈跟我讲青蛙爬井的问题。看似简单，对我来说挺难。妈妈跟我讲了好几遍，可是我还是不会。

然后妈妈说：“我很耐心地跟你讲，你为什么还没学会？你是不是又在看外面的小鸟？”

“可是我真的很认真在听啊！”

“看似认真听，其实在开小差！”

“哎，我又被你训了。”

“是你自己不努力，我才会训你！”

最后，爸爸给我非常耐心地讲了青蛙爬井的原理，我才终于学会了这个问题。

但是，妈妈不甘心，说：“你教儿子为什么能学会，而我教他没学会呢？”

爸爸说：“是因为你没有用温柔的态度去教他。”

可是，妈妈的老毛病还是没改掉。每次都是这样教我的，说了这么多，应该说些妈妈对我好的事情了。有一次，妈妈带我去买水果，突然我看见了一个游乐场。我对妈妈说：“老妈，那里有个游乐场，我可以去玩吗？”出乎意料的是，妈妈同意了。她还说要给我买很多的糖果。我高兴得不得了，开开心心地跑去玩了。
