In the grave yard of Africa, there was an old gentleman that seemed just

like a normal garden, but yet it didn’t seem like it at all.

When the time had passed in order to make the world’s life come true, some

website; I have a funny story.

One day I was going out on the road, I found out that I had left my wallet,

and so I had to go back and fetch it; after that I started away again. But I

found out that going on foot my feet was like very sour, then I had to go back

and ride on my bike. When I road it almost half way to school, I figured out

that my project was at home, I had to go back again; that made me exhausted, but

I prefer that way since my teacher is going crazy the past few days. I went home

and got my project, then I hopped on again; I knew that all of my stuff was

packed up, but my bike tires were out of air; at that time, I was full of anger

and stamped my feet.

I had to walk home and park it, after that I walked to school. When I was

walking and walking, I was wondering what time it was; since I had my watch on

my wrist, I know what time it is. But, when I just lifted my wrist to my face to

see what time it was, Ah! Time gave me the answer that: There was only two more

minutes until school starts!

I rushed to school as fast as my legs could carry me. When I arrived, the

咖啡您没喝过，这是我觉得您最亏的地方。当年，李白好酒，写得一手飘逸的好诗，是一个超然脱俗，名满天下的文艺青年。 当然，我们后人读点历史的，也知道那都是浮云。李先生的日子其实不好过，他不太会搞关系，这点你俩差不多。但他有酒，“但愿长醉不愿醒”。您呢?您选择的是长年清醒。不喝咖啡，清醒着多难!您把世事写那么明白，都不带猜的;感情交代也很到位，忧郁的您还带点小啰嗦。我真想说：您是人民的诗人!(这是层次比较高的赞扬)。所以，既然诗仙好酒;诗圣就该好咖啡。有人有物，真人物。

我们和闫奇兴一起被成为“三杰”，别人以为这一称号来得有多容易，但我们自己知道这背后付出了多少汗水。

在那最后一次英文演讲大赛中老师让我们去，但我们都知道那篇稿子的难度系数最大，为了荣誉我们必须拼一把。

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

很久以前，淮河边上有户姓吴的人家——吴老爹和他的儿子吴孩。一天，他们出去打鱼时，吴孩救下了一只被鸬鹚啄住的河蚌。这只河蚌为了报答吴氏父子的救命之恩，便化身一位美丽的姑娘，与吴孩相亲相爱，结婚生子。有一年，淮河发了大水，姑娘因帮渔民们打鱼而得罪了龙王，被龙王杀死。人们遵照姑娘的嘱托，将一颗美丽的珍珠放在坟头上，渔民们每次都顺着珍珠的光去打鱼，回来时都在姑娘坟上添土，坟越来越大，成了一座小山。人们把它取名为“蚌山”，再后来，蚌山周围兴建了城市，便叫做“蚌埠”。

蚌埠市是安徽省直辖市，蚌埠因古代盛产河蚌而得名，有“珠城”的美誉。

蚌埠港是千里淮河第一大港，可四季通行江苏、上海、浙江、江西等省市，还可以借助已开放的港口通达海外。蚌埠是纵贯我国东部地区南北的大动脉—京沪铁路的一等客站，并经淮南线与京九线相连，铁路日接发能力320余列，拥有中国华东地区一流的大型货物编组站及最大的集装箱货场，并拓展了铁海联运业务等。蚌埠市地处淮河流域，四季分明，气候温和。农副产品资源丰富，盛产粮、油、蔬菜、肉类和水产品等。其中，固镇花生产量居全国前列，怀远石榴在国内享有盛誉，五河螃蟹蜚声海内外。

Dear Sir,

I would like to apply for the post of Works Manager, which was advertised in The Guardian of I2 October 2004. I feel that my qualifications and experience are ideally suited for the position.

I was born in 1968, and I went to school from 1973 to 1988. In 1987 I took the General Certificate of Education, and I got good grades in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. After leaving school, I attended the Orient Technical College, where I first studied Fiber Technology and Color Chemistry; later I studied other subjects related to textile manufacture, and in 1991 I obtained the Diploma in Textiles.

After completing my studies, I joined the Top Clothing Company where I worked until 1996. In that year I moved to Prior Productions, who was pleased with my work, and as a result, in 1998, I was promoted to Assistant Works Manager there.
