When I grow up, I want to be an artist. I want to use my colorful pencil to

draw this wonderful world to everyone.

Some years ago, I did not know how to use the pencil to draw the picture

for my mother and my father. One day, I found I could draw animals, people,

mountains, seasons with the colorful pencils with teacher’s help. As a result, I

want to be a artist. Even though this dream is very small, but I still make my

effort. I can study drawing hardly from now on. An then I think my dream will

come true.

When I grow up, I want to be an artist. What about you? What’s your

dream?

I lived with my grandparents before I was six years old. I remembered all

the things when I lived with my grandpa. He is very lovely, though he is more

than 70 years old, he is never old in his heart. My grandpa is interested in all

the fashionable things, including the cellphone and the TV. He is as young as

me. I love my grandpa.

We all like to make friends, because no one can survive without a friend.

If you ask someone how many friends do they have, most will answer a lot.

Indeed, we make friends in different stage, even we are old, we still make

friends. But not all friends are as honest as they are, some friends we made

What is the real friend, a real friend is someone who you can talk about

There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You

must wear warm clothes.

The most exciting thing is playing with snow. Skating is also very

interesting there.

According to The General Office of the State Councils Notice on The Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2019 (No. 15 [2018] of The State Council) and the requirements of Longhua Education Bureaus Notice on the Arrangement of The New Years Day Holiday in 2019, the arrangement of the "New Years Day" holiday in our school is as follows:

One, the overall arrangement of the holiday

New Years Day: December 30 - January 1 holiday, a total of three days. Teachers will return to work on December 29, 2018, and students will return to class on Wednesday, January 2, 2018.

(Note: Class on Tuesday, Week 18, on December 28; Classes will be held on Friday of the 17th week on December 29th. Cadres and teachers on duty will be arranged according to the corresponding weekly schedule. Evening self-study will be held on January 1st and Sunday.

Ii. Matters needing attention during holidays for students and parents

1. Parents should guide their children to make reasonable holiday plans and spend time with them watching TV programs and news reports about New Years Day, so as to know about folk customs and get familiar with traditional culture; To understand national achievements and enhance patriotic feelings; We should expand our cultural horizon and cultivate our national feelings.

As you know, Nanjing has many places of interest to see, to discover, and to enjoy. Among its historical sites are stone city wall, the Confucius Temple with its magnificent night view, and Dr. Sun Yetsens Mausoleum. With all its universities, Nanjing is a cultural center, offering an abundance of artistic and musical performances. Its also a city of beautiful gardens and parks, such as the Xuanwu Lake Park. With all these features, we will have a fun-filled week, especially that in early-October, there are many sunny and mild days for outdoor activities. Everybody loves reading right, well here is a story that tells you how a

little boy didn’t like reading; at last became so nervous in his show that he

had to read a book that soon became a famous writer.

There was once a little boy that loved to play, but the only thing he

didn’t like was to read a book. When he was bored of playing, he did not go to

read a book, but to play video games. One day his parents became sick of this

habit and so thought of a plan to make him like reading.

And so one day when school was over, the boy’s parents went to his school,

and found his teacher and said, “Dear teacher, I am wondering if by any chance

you could help us with a little small problem.”

The teacher agreed, and so they told them their problem. The teacher

remembered all that she needed to do, and waited until Friday arrived. When it

was the last class of the day, she told the whole class that each one of them is

going to put on a show for the whole school. The little boy thought that that

was a great idea. After he had finished school, he immediately ran home to get

materials which were toys and prepared the other things too. When he was ready,

he began to make up a routine. But he couldn’t think of anything except playing;

when it was the day before it was time to put on the show, the little boy still

didn’t come up with any routine; and so he thought and thought. When his parents

said that it was time to go to school to put on the show, the little boy was as

nervous as a chicken in a forest with a wolf beside it.

His parents said that if he couldn’t think of any routine then he will just

have to read a book. The boy had no choice, when he finished he came up with a

routine he went to school just in time for the show.

He loved making a routine by then, from that time on he loved reading, and

when he was bored of playing he began to read.

After and few years he became famous and was very proud of that day’s

lesson.
