虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟，但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. “叮铃铃，叮铃铃”下课了，同学们飞奔出教室，来到操场上，做自己喜欢的活动。有的跳皮筋、有的打乒乓球、有的打羽毛球……但我最喜欢的还是玩沙包。

我看见不远出有我们班的同学玩沙包，我也参加了。男生一组，女生一组。俗话说：女士优先，男士靠边。所以，我们女生先上场。

比赛开始了，我们上场了，男生便开始攻击，我们左躲右闪，可还是被男生一一打下。

最后，只剩下我自己了，我有些害怕，在场的女生都为我加油，我慢慢平静下来，课男生也没有放松，只听见“刷”、“啪”的一声，我被击中了，我只好下场。

由于女生失败了，现在换场，该男生上场了。他们一个个得意洋洋，于是，我们女生合计起来：一定要给男生点厉害看看。

第一个沙包猛得发出去，课男生个个眼疾手快，一下子抓住了沙包，我们女生气得直跺脚，男生却哈哈大笑。

一直到上课，我们也没消灭一个男生。

虽然我们输了，但我们玩儿得非常开心。

Last Saturday I joined a voluntary activity which was organized by the students union of our school. My classmates and I took a bus and went to the Animal Rescue Center in our city, where some stray dogs and cats are kept. As soon as we arrived, the workers told us how these animals were collected and what they did to help them. Then we were divided into small groups and helped them clean the cages. We were given some food to feed these animals.

I learned a lot from this activity. Animals need our care and attention, so we should devote our time to taking care of them.

今日是星期二，是我们二年级的课外活动时间。李老师微笑着说；“一会儿，我们要参加跳跳球接力赛。”话音刚落，同学们就不约而同的欢呼起来，我也高兴极了。

我们来到操场，首先映入眼帘的就是那几个又大又圆的跳跳球，有黄的、红的、绿的，特别引人注目。我兴奋地跳了起来。心想：跳跳球一会我们就和你一起玩！

比赛开始了，每个班的第一个同学都奋力向前，不甘示弱。从前面看他们就向大海上的浪潮一样齐头并进、不分胜负。可没过一会，我们班稍微有点落后，同学们的加油声更大了，我们一起努力又赶了上来。只见，张艺铭用力地跳，每一次都跳得又快又远，我们的脸上露出了满意地笑容。快到我了，我特别激动，心砰砰地跳。可我默默地告诉自己要沉着，我紧紧地盯着迎面来跳跳球，我跺着脚、摆着手，嘴里还不停地喊着：“快点，快点！”终于该我了，我飞快地抓住跳跳球的“大耳朵”，急忙坐上去，屁股往下一压，双腿向后一蹬，在往前一跳，感觉自己跳得好远啊！就像在飞一样。就这样向前跳啊，跳啊。可是好景不长，我刚跳到中间，不知怎么的，我从球上滑了下来。可是我不灰心，立马站起来又继续往前跳，到终点了，我紧张的心情一下子平静了下来。

比赛结束了，我们回到了教室。我想今日的课外活动真有趣，以后还想参加这样的活动！

Spring festival is the most important festival to Chinese people.

It always lasts for 15 days.Before this day,all the family members eat dinner together.Last spring festival,my parents and I had a wonderful time. We had the most delicious dinner. After dinner, my parents watched the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV together.But my cousins and I went outside and set off fireworks.

They were so beautiful. The next day, we got the lucky money from the elders.We are looking forward to the next spring festival.

学剑桥少儿英语是我的课外活动。我在电视上看到有的小学生把英语背得滚瓜烂熟，心里非常羡慕，就下了决心要学好英语。从此以后，我就喜欢上了英语，再说，英语老师经常和我们做游戏，发星星，还比谁是班上的星星大王哩!在这种竞争激烈的环境下，我更加喜欢上了英语。

每个星期六的早上9点30分，爸爸带我去青少年宫学英语。一去刚好是10点。叮叮……上课了，老师面带微笑地走进教室，开始用英语和我们问好。然后开始讲新课。同学们个个睁大眼睛认真听着。老师一出题，我就抢着回答，当我用流利的英语回答出老师的问题时，老师非常高兴，我决定要把英语学得更上一层楼!

上了这么多节课，我有很大的收获。现在我已经能用一些简单的词语和句子与同学们交流了，英语给我带来了快乐，同时又增长了知识。我深深的感到我的课外活动是多么的有意义呀!

When the bell rang, the students stepped out of the classroom and went to the playground to take part in their favorite activities. The campus is boiling up immediately.

On the west side of the campus, there are four basketball frames. The basket sitting next to some of the students, from time to time came the cheers and laughter. Look, how hard the basketball players are! A decision win, but often play a long time end neither in victory nor defeat.

The basket around the East, some of my classmates. They are skipping rope. One of the students just stopped, and another student picked up him and went on.

The football students play the most. On both sides of the ball, the students worked closely to keep the other team from getting the ball. The ball flew over the air. One of the students came to the air and kicked the ball into the other teams goal. "Oh! We won. " The winning player cheered.

Our extracurricular activities are really colorful. Some jump rubber band, some shuttlecock, some running. The most interesting is the children of the kindergarten.  Under the guidance of Big Brother Big Sister, they are playing the game of catching chicken with the eagle!

一声清脆的下课铃后，同学们陆陆续续走出教室，来到操场上。操场上一下子热闹起来了。

看，操场西头，两个同学在奋力地摇绳，几个同学正在表演“珠跳”和“鱼贯跳”。他们一个接一个地跳，中间从不间断。好多同学在为她们鼓掌加油。我不知不觉的也参与到他们的活动中来。可刚上去就被绊了一跤。我并没有灰心丧气，而是一直跳、一直练。终于，在经过无数次的练习和摔跤之后，我终于练会了!

再往东北角看，几个同学正在跳格子，“单，双，双，单……”一个扎着蝴蝶结的女生正在快乐地呼喊着，旁边的小伙伴正在为她加油助威。

整个操场上，同学们三个一群，五个一伙。你玩老鹰捉小鸡，我玩贴膏药，他玩捉迷藏……我们的课外活动内容可真是丰富多彩啊!

叮铃铃、叮铃铃……下课了。

宁静的校园一下子沸腾起来，到处都是欢声笑语。同学们冲出教室，玩着各式各样的游戏：有跳绳的，有踢键子的，有跳皮筋的，远处还有许多小朋友在跳舞、唱歌，还有的在打篮球，有的在看书……他们都玩的可开心呢!

先看跳绳的：他们三个人一组，绳子两边有两个人牵着，只见五颜六色的跳绳在她们的手中舞动，上上下下，左左右右，像一个个圆圈穿过小朋友的身体。有时候会绊一下，不过她们配合的非常好，一般不会绊倒。你看，她们笑得多甜哪!

再看踢键子的：只见五彩缤纷的鸡毛键子在小朋友的脚尖上来回飞舞，上上下下，像五彩的蝴蝶在空中成群结队的飞舞，看不清是谁在踢哪只键子，似乎是在开键子会呢!

最后看跳皮筋的：只见他们左蹦蹦、右跳跳，不一会儿就逃出了“敌人”的手掌心，看他们有多开心啊!

叮铃铃、叮铃铃……上课铃响了，校园里一下子安静下来了，不时传出了朗朗的读书声……

In our English Class, we often have group activities. There are usually three or four students in one group. In my opinion, the group activities help us study English better. First of all, we should know what the task is all about and how we will do it. Second, we have to make ourselves understood that what we try to conevy.

We should know that each group member should play a different role and students should work together.

If we have any questions, we should turn to our teacher for help.

At the same time, we should have communicate with our group members. Last but not least, we must preform our activities in front of the whole class. It helps us to learn English better.

I have a lot of extracurricular activities: reading, playing computer, playing chess and so on. But my favorite thing is to play ping-pong. 学校还邀请了刘志老师为我们讲课。老师先对我们讲“教”这个字，说：“什么是教育?先学会孝顺，再学知识，顺序不能颠倒。”这时的同学们，好像对刘志老师讲的内容所着迷，都在津津有味地听着，不会发出一点声音。

刘志老师又给我们讲了一位聋哑小姑娘成为世界名模的小故事。大家听后，热泪盈眶，有的还会发出哭泣的声音来，我也一样。这时的我，想：与我年龄一般大小的小女孩都没有了父母，而我的爸爸妈妈每天都关心我，我却身在福中不知福，真是惭愧啊!

听完这节生动的感恩教育课，我觉得不懂得感恩的人，就不是一个活生生的人，就对不起这个“人”字称号。

这次，我们又上了节课外活动，玩的非常高兴，我玩的是投沙包。

我搞完值日，借了赵清博一个沙包，到了操场，我们几个搞值日的，看见全班在跑操，就赶紧跟了上去，不然，被老师发现了，可是要重新跑的。我们几个马上跑了起来。全班都解散了，我们在踉踉跄跄的跑完。然后开始了活动。

我大声地喊：“谁玩沙包！”不一会儿，便有了回应。但是，人少的可怜，我让他们剪刀石头布，谁赢了谁在另一边投沙包。

开始了，我拿起沙包猛的扔了过去，他们一个个都躲开了，数刘佳欣动作最慢了，被打中了好多次，他已经在我的“慈悲”下，“血量”到达了玩沙包的最高纪录，-5！我只好无奈的请他下场。中间的人换的非常快，不一会儿，就只剩下汪丙鑫和刘佳欣了，由于他们都没有挑战性，我就对他们说：“我给你们5条命，要接住哦！”。五次过后，唉，可惜啊，可惜。他们一个也没有接住。

不久投掷员变成了史盛鹏。我当时并没有想起来他有个表妹，还是玩的很开心。我每次投的沙包，姚少森都能接住，所有的人都“阵亡”了，就他没有，我便对史盛鹏说：“专扔姚少森！”。唉，别看他胖，两条小腿儿倒腾的还挺快，笑的还挺欢。姚少森总是接住好多次，旁边的人都嚷嚷起来，我只好无奈的让他们进来。过了不一会儿，史盛鹏表妹来了，还带着他们班的几个同学。我把沙包投给史盛鹏，谁知她们却冲过去抢走了，不会儿，他们班有陆陆续续来了几个男生，于是我让史盛鹏赶紧抢，先下手，被让他们抢到。在这种该情况下，他们终于走了一大半。稍稍安静了一下，张一鸣又不小心投到她，他便说：“刚才谁扔我的？我给你们老实说吧？”我非常生气。

由于沙包破了，我们只好停止，我又去玩了篮球，谁知，李姿熳和魏冰雨把球投的太猛，可怜了我的两个指头啊！

虽然有时候事情有点不顺，但是玩的还是挺开心的。

这一天下午的第三节课是我们一年级、二年级三年级和其他的年级，这一节课就是我们这几个年级的课外活动的时间。这届课外活动让我很开心，开心的原因是我们玩了，玩得很开心。下面我给你们讲讲吧。

在这一节课之中我们先围着操场跑一圈，如果跑好了就可以玩了。我们跑完之后，老师说我们跑得什么都不是，但是老师还是让我们玩了。玩的游戏是抱球。在玩的过程中，老师先把我们男生和女生个分成两队，意思是男生两队，女生两队。器材是是四个呼啦圈，和六个足球，两个呼啦圈里各放三个足球。游戏规则是把一个呼啦圈里的三个球有一个同学抱得大概差不多抱两个小同学，是瘦的同学的腰围那么大。游戏开始了第一组的同学开始了，第一个同学抱到对方的一个同学的呼啦圈里。然后对方的第二个人就抱到对方的那里，我们就这样一直玩了下去。

这就是课外活动。

After going to the middle school, I have less time to play outside the school, because I always have a lot of homework to do. Though my leisure time is shorter, I still keep on after-class reading. Many years ago, my Chinese teacher introduced many classic books to us, I bought them and read them all, I fell in love with reading these books, I would be immerged in the stories. Reading these books helps me a lot, I have improved my writing skill. When I saw the topics, my mind will come out a lot of ideas, I have things to enrich my paper. 今天下午，我们有一节课外活动，下午的时候，凉风一直向我们吹来，让我们直打哆嗦，手都无法伸出来，主任讲了件事情后，就像以前一样，让我们开始跑步，听到跑两圈的时候，我们的心里都很不高兴，两圈是一个都么少的数字，可是跑起来，我们班的学生都气喘吁吁的，感觉我们班的体质很差，我感觉，我们应该在平日生活中，多运动运动，整天呆在屋里，就会身体很弱，跑圈，运动一下都会气喘吁吁。

跑完了，我们都很散慢，累的喘不过气，老师让我们散开，也不知道要干什么，就在那里站着，为了早点能玩，体委就让我们站军姿，老师来了，就不用站了，我们还一直在看老师在干什么，后来，老师拿了五个铁圈出来，老师讲了几句重要的话，马上就解散了，我们感觉很无聊，突然，有一个人说想转呼啦圈，老师同意了，她们高兴极了，可是这两项我什么都不会，就在那里站着，走来走去，感觉很无聊，可是别人玩的却很开心，脸上充满了笑容。

呼啦圈，在以前我们都会比赛一下，看谁转的久，这个可是不缺的“风俗”，马上就开始比赛了，首先是几个女上在那里比，感觉没有意思，就想尝试尝试好几个呼啦圈弄在一块，让一个人转，我们班里的一个女生，她的腰功夫可是很棒的，一会儿弄两个，一会儿弄三个，越来越多，最后都弄到了五个，开始她也在慢慢的尝试，没想到她都转了起来，到了五个，她感觉自己弄不起来，老师就让她转过三秒就行，她才敢尝试一下，结果她转了四秒，真的很棒，最后女生和男生开始了比赛，这比赛可更加激烈了，看着他们男生，转的还很猛劲，赚得越来越快，他也喘不过来气，因为女生这边的呼啦圈断了，她就停了先来，男生看她停了下来，也就马上放弃，他还气喘吁吁的，自己都说快喘不过来气了。

这节课外活动很精彩，有的人感觉很无聊，可是还有朋友陪她说说话，这也是很好的。

Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. For instance, many young students are addicted to online games, which will generate bad effects on their studies and might lead bad consequences.

In my opinion, we should keep a balance between amusement and study or work. Of course, we should join some recreational activities after study, but we need arrange our time properly. Only in this way can recreational activities provide more benefits for us.

每一次的教研活动都是对前一阶段教学的反思，反思我们的教学常规，反思我们的教学理念，反思我们的教学基本功。反思的同时探究更好的，适合我们的孩子的教学方法。因为我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识，感受学习英语的乐趣。通过这次的教研活动，让我受益匪浅，体会颇深。

一、提高自身的专业素养。每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。如提高口语表达能力，驾驭课堂的能力等等。只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。
