Last Saturday I joined a voluntary activity which was organized by the students union of our school. My classmates and I took a bus and went to the Animal Rescue Center in our city, where some stray dogs and cats are kept. As soon as we arrived, the workers told us how these animals were collected and what they did to help them. Then we were divided into small groups and helped them clean the cages. We were given some food to feed these animals.

I learned a lot from this activity. Animals need our care and attention, so we should devote our time to taking care of them.

今天下午的第三节课，是课外活动。我们要去操场活动。

到了操场，老师先让我们跑一圈，跑好了就可以玩。我们就跑了一圈。到了原先站的地方，老师说我们跑的不好，让我们练五分钟。几分钟之后，我们练好了，老师就派两个同学拿六个球和四个呼啦圈。他们就把呼啦圈和球拿了过来。老师就把两个呼啦圈放到左边，把剩下的两个放到右边。老师把我们分成了四队，让我们站到呼啦圈的面前，拿了三个球放到左边的一个呼啦圈，再拿了三个球放到了另一个圈里，让我们开始玩抱球游戏。最终的结果是我们赢了。我高兴极了。

我最喜欢课外活动。

每当下课的铃声响起我们就一扫疲惫，都兴致勃勃的到操场上活动。

沙坑前，几个同学在跳远。一个运动正在作准备活动：只见他一会弯腰，一会压腿，轮到发他时，他轻松地走到离沙坑十几米远的地方，接近沙坑，他双脚用力，如一只敏捷的飞燕，稳稳地落地。赢得观众的一片喝彩。

活动室里，校运动员正在你拼我杀，激烈争夺：一方同学在发球，一会正手，一会反手，还发了长球，让对方摸不到规律，另一方也毫不示弱，用力扣杀，打到发10比9。一方方可能心急，一个球过去，竟出界了。另一方赢了。

音乐室内，“小红花”宣传队要排练节目。舞蹈姿态优美，歌唱组精神抖擞，每个人排练得都十分认真，节目一定精彩。

操场正中，一场拔河比赛正在进行：首先一班对三班，裁判员费了好大劲才条块结合找到红线。一声哨响，比赛开始了，同学们使出全身的劲，互不相让。啦啦队队员的加法声更高了。在三班的猛烈攻势下，一班乱了阵脚，脚下不稳，三班抓住机会，使劲一拉。“嘟”一声哨响，一班输了第一轮。但他们并不气馁，在想下一轮的比赛方案。

这次课外活动的内容真是丰富多彩呀。

“噢耶！可以玩了！”只听，有人喊道。

秦晨溪拿着毽子，对我说：“齐茉溪，咱俩一起玩毽子吧！”我爽快的答应了，就这样，我和秦晨溪一起玩起了毽子。

只见秦晨溪右手拿毽子，右脚准备要踢的姿势，手一松，毽子在半空中飞舞，右脚的侧面直击毽子，毽子一下子飞到了我这边。我站在了毽子落脚的地方，准备“迎接”毽子。就在毽子快要落地时，我用脚尖顶了一下毽子，毽子“嗖”地一声飞到了地上。这时候，我和秦晨溪同时笑了起来，秦晨溪一边笑一边说：“哎呦！齐茉溪，你太能了！”我冲她笑了笑，然后，我就去拾毽子了。

接下来由我来发毽子。我习惯性的右手拿毽子，右脚准备，刚把毽子松开，脚还没来得及踢，就已经落到地上了。这时候，秦晨溪又开始“咯咯”地笑了，我对她说：“你笑什么？你有本事，你来啊！”谁知，她对我说了一句：“来就来，我还怕你不成！”我把毽子给她。

她做好了一切“准备工作”，一瞬间，毽子从她的手中掉了下来，你们才发生什么了？她竟然也没有踢中，“好了好了，我们接着玩吧！”她把毽子给了我。我们两个接下来欢快的玩了一节课！

这期间，我们一直哈哈大笑，笑对方那滑稽的模样，笑对方踢了好几次也踢不中，笑对方……

这节有趣而快乐的课外活动，真令人难忘！我真想让时间停止在这个时间段里。

虽然这次比游戏过去了很久，但我还是忘不了。

那是一个星期五，老师突然让我们玩丢手帕游戏。我们一下子就沸腾起来，兴奋地跑下楼去，等待老师的下文。

老师简要地说了一下规则，就让我们猜拳决定谁先丢。是何卓航！只见他一个劲儿地转着圈，只顾若无其事地转着圈，可能是见人人防守严密，个个严阵以待，所以怕一丢就被抓了吧。突然，他悄悄的将目标瞄准卢思帆，全然不顾他的“缓兵之计“--大喊“不要丢给我！“何卓航一个箭步冲去，把手帕扔在卢思帆的背后，随后就像小偷遇警察似的，拔腿就跑。幸亏卢思帆早有准备。他飞速捡起手帕，站起来，在同学们的鼓励声中起程“抓捕“何卓航。只可惜，何卓航已跑二丈，卢思帆才起跑，结果可想而知，何卓航已坐下了，卢思帆才跑半程路。

虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟。但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

I think reading as the most rewarding entertainment activities in my spare time.

Not only does reading provide me with a wide range of knowledge, it also broaden my mind towards the world. Different sorts of books contain various thoughts of life, work, relationships and cultures. When reading a novel, I can experience joys and tears of the characters through one story after another. When it comes to a biography ,I can even speak to the great person as if he stood towards me. Don’t always regard reading as tools to prepare for exams or show off how knowledgeable the person is.

A true reader is the person who shows knowledge naturally while communicate with others. Reading indeed has an important impact on people’s behavior, which is the reason why I will never give it up.

上周，是我们学校的第二届英语活动周。在这一周里，英语活动内容可谓是丰富多彩：手抄报比赛、指手画脚猜单词、书写比赛等大大激发了我们学英语、用英语的兴趣。可令我最难忘的要数周五下午的游园活动了。

中午吃完饭，老师们把精心准备的各种道具准备好后，游园活动就开始了。同学们个个兴奋不已，笑嘻嘻地穿梭于各个教室。刹那间，整幢教学楼变成了欢乐的海洋。

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

后来，我又去玩了“跳麻袋”、“金字塔”、“踢足球”……每项活动都很好玩，都带给了我不同的体验。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

今天的第三节课，是课外活动，老师带我们去了操场玩游戏了。

我们先练队列，练了20分钟以后，老师就让王子乐，张耀冉和石广盛拿器材去。张耀冉拿了2个呼啦圈，王子乐拿了2个呼啦圈，石广盛拿了6个篮球就回来了。老师先讲清楚游戏规则，然后告诉我们不要犯规。就开始了，女生被分为了两队，男生被分为了两队，男生的第一队和女生的第一队一份为一队，女生的两队和男生的两队分为了一队。两队比赛。我是在第二队，一喊开始，我就抱着三个足球往前跑，最后我们给赢了。第二次，我跑的有点慢，我们队就输了。第三次，我奋力的往前跑，我们队就赢了。我们队赢了两次，所以我们队赢了!

今天，我太开心了!

“铃铃铃……”下课铃响了，我们象风一样地冲出教室，来到操场。同学们三个一群、五个一伙，有的在跳绳，有的在拔河，有的在踢毽子……最南面的同学在跑步，是西面的同学在踢毽子，上下翻飞的毽子好象降落伞一下一下，好看极了。最东面的同学在跳绳，一甩一跳，一甩一跳……跳得可快了，都看不到绳子的影子了。最热闹的地方要数操场的北面。一大群同学在进行拔河比赛。同学们分成两组，每组都用力地往自己这边拉，谁也不服输。助威的同学不停地喊：“加油!加油……”操场上可热闹了。

Spending too much time and money on these activities will seriously influence people’s normal lives. There are also some on-line games which is great appeal to the young generation. Those who are indulged in the games may waste too much time to study and exercise.

As far as I am concerned, people should take part in meaningful recreational activities and try to benefit more from recreational activities. Only in this way, can they become more energetic and creative when they work and study. When it comes to those addictive, and less meaningful activities, I think to stay away from them is a wise decision.
