1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

学累了，就休息一下，看看电视，打打电脑，或是和邻居玩玩游戏。当然，玩的时间肯定不能比学习的时间多喽!不然可不好。在我们这阶段里，最重要的就是学习，所以，不能太过于贪玩。

第二点，就是要帮助家长干活，我们的爸爸妈妈到外面上班回来又得忙家务，忙里忙外，都很累。我们做儿子女儿的，就应当帮他们做一些力所能及的事，帮他们减轻一些负担。这样一来，不但能锻炼我们的动手能力，增强我们的体质，而且能受到家长的表扬，不是一箭三得吗?

1、同做“周一至周四”中的1、2、3点。

2、将学习过程中留下的问题在“名师答疑”中提问。

3、有空时可以先放松一下自己，听点轻音乐、看些课外的书(通过平台或自己买的都可以)。

周六：

1、早上起来先做些运动，锻炼身体，然后朗读英语或语文的文章，把一些该记的内容记住。

2、继续完成老师布置的作业。

3、下午可打开“名师面授”，选择一些自己薄弱的知识点听几遍，适当地多做一些在线测试。

4、把一周所学的复习一遍，通过“在线测试”栏目来检查自己是否掌握。如果基础不好的科目，学习“知识强化”。

5、针对自己的学科状况针对性地选择“名师答疑”的“精华区”中的问题，把它当作自己的问题，先做一遍，再看老师的解答。

周日：

除做周六的内容外，早晨或下午到分校进行学习方法交流、测试、巩固，晚上预习下周一的课程内容。

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

时间过得真快，不知不觉一个学期又悄悄地从我们身边溜走，随之而来的是同学们向往已久的寒假!

在漫长的一个月里，我们可以不用上学，不用早早地起床，整天无忧无虑的，想干什么就干什么。不过好不容易才得来的假期可不能就这样荒废了，看来，要想过好整个寒假还得好好地计划一下。

相信很多同学都会有和我有一样的体会，那就是上学时作业很多，总是做到很晚才睡觉，早上又要早起，总是睡不饱觉。既然到了寒假，一定想赖床赖到很晚才起来，这样可不行，我们要做个勤劳的孩子嘛。早上起床虽不用像上学那样早，但也不能到太阳晒屁股了才起来。我认为在七点到七点半起床最好，晚上九点睡觉，这样才有规律。

除了有良好的作息时间外，还要按时完成作业。有些性急的同学为了寒假里没有负担，一定会在几天之内一下子把作业做完，可这也是一个不好的习惯。老师们布置作业是为了我们在寒假里要时时复习功课，每天都做适量的作业我们才能好好地复习。要是一下子全都做完，还不得全都忘光了?!所以，我决定每天寒假作业每科各做一个单元，隔几天写一篇日记，不仅轻松，又有条理。

我是一个非常喜爱看书的女孩，平时只要一有空就到新华书店去。到了寒假，休息时间多了，去新华书店的次数也越来越频繁。现在，我已经读了许多以前没有时间看的名著，知识更加丰富了。

一个月很长，也很短暂，我要努力把它过好，过得充实。
