Well, when I was still a little girl in a kindergarten, I wished that I could become a teacher. My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

我从不随便批评我的学生，即使是调皮的学生惹我生气，我也会耐心的与他们交流，做他们的良师益友。

作为老师，仅教给学生课本上的知识是不够的，还应该教他们欣赏诗歌、阅读名家名作，以增长课外知识。这样既能培养学生的学习兴趣，又能提高学生的写作水平，开阔学生的视野。唱歌、跳舞、弹琴......一样可以充实学生的课外生活。我会充分利用课余时间与他们唱歌、跳舞，给他们将将怎样做人的道理，多方面培养学生，使他们成为各方面都优秀的全才。

我爱我的学生，在学生需要我的时候，我会毫不犹豫的给予帮助和支持。花儿最懂得春雨的无私，月儿最理解阳光的慷慨，老师的厚爱，我最能体会，慈祥是爱，严厉是爱，充满希望、关怀的爱!

愿我永远是春的使者，把希望洒向人间。

I am studying in a middle school now, it is my second year. If you ask me

what my occupation is, I will answer you that my occupation is student. I have

studied for many years, many students don’t like being a student, but I am not

of them, I enjoy being a student. For me, I don’t have to worry about the money

issue, I can go to play with my friends, the most important thing is, I like

reading all kinds of books. I especially like to read the books about travel. I

have a dream, when I earn enough money, I must travel around the world. So I

must work hard to realize my dream.

人生无时不寻找。每个人每时每刻都在寻找。有的人在寻找自信，有的人在寻找快乐，有的人在寻找希望……每个人寻找的事物不同，寻找的方向不同，但人们都会不停地寻找着。

那我呢?我又要寻找什么?是否是在寻找我的梦想?我喜欢画画，喜欢唱歌，喜欢弹琴。这些都是一点一点从小寻找出来的爱好。到现在一直坚持下来的，也只有画画了。

“长大了我要以画画为职业，当一个设计师。”或许这便是现在的我的梦想。

如果把人生看作一片困难重重、前途末卜的森林。梦想便犹如一小盏灯，它为你的人生道路指明方向，引领你朝着自己的人生目标不断前行;而通往梦想的路注定不会是一片坦途，它会蜿蜒曲折，它会布满荆棘。我想，在这寻找过程中，“兴趣”和“坚持”便是两个最不可或缺的因素。

如此想来，之前我的寻找仅仅是一个开端而且显得始此的肤浅。很多时候，画画对我而言只是有别于他人的一项特长;画画过程中我更多在乎它让我受到更多人的关注，赢得更多的掌声和赞许。它是我的兴趣所在，它是我的爱好所然。现在想想当有了梦想，当梦想成为了人生奋斗的目标，而实现这个目标，需要的便不断地“坚持”。而这种“坚持”需要付出很多很多的辛劳。之前得到过的种种成绩只能说明你只是经过了人生丛林的最初阶段，之后的森林会更加茂密，更加困难重重。而这时要的便是“坚持”，便是持之以恒。我想，我会努力的，我会坚持的。

当然，很多人都会说小时候的梦想，长大了都会变，甚至变得与原来的梦想差之千里。我想说，对梦想的寻找不仅仅在于最终的结果，更多的是过程。寻找过程的快乐远胜于梦想真正实现时带来的成就感。

如果人生是一场旅行，那寻找便是一条道路。你在寻找中成长，在寻找中感悟。在寻找中欣赏沿途的风景，偶尔会遇到绚丽的彩虹，偶尔会遇到危险的风暴……但到达终点之后，蓦然回首，发现“寻找”给予了许多惊喜。人生无时不寻找，让我为了这一路的精彩，不断寻找。

思绪冲刷着记忆的河床，找寻着已过往的记忆。回忆、定格、搜寻、播放，这才发现，原来，我已不是孩子，原来，这就叫成长。

从童年到少年，这其间包含了我最稚气的回忆，也包含了我最渴求的向往。

童年，梦想是一团棉花糖，甜甜的，却不知如何去实现;少年，梦想是一片天堂，远远的，却没有了童年时那份最可贵的希望，取而代之的是一份执着的努力。哦，原来，这就是成长。

童年，梦想是一个小小的心愿，幼稚的，不好意思拿出给大家分享;少年，梦想是一片广阔的天空，远大的，不知如何同大家说起，只好，把它写到日记里。哦，原来，这就是成长。

童年，梦想着自己可以像小鸟一样自由的去飞翔，自由的去游荡，这时候，梦想是甜蜜的;少年，同样梦想着自己可以飞翔，只是，我要的飞翔，不再是能在天空的云海中飞翔，而是能在梦乡的云海中飞翔，这时候，梦想是遥远的。哦，原来，这就是成长。

童年，梦想是能够下糖果雨，是喷泉能喷出可口可乐;少年，梦想是能够适应现代化社会，是能承担起繁重的负担。梦想，不再幼稚，却更加的现实。哦，原来，这就是成长。

一路走来，不断成长，我学会了沉默、我学会了等待，唯一不曾学会的是放弃;我忘记了停留、忘记了想象，唯一不曾忘记的是梦想。我相信，总有一天，我会真正的成长，真正的翱翔!
