苦中自有乐，经历过军训生活的同学们都知道，最能代表军训感受的只有一个字————“苦”字

这次我们去的是位于白云区的穗华心军训基地。带着紧张带着期盼的心情7月13号我们来到了穗华心军训基地开始军训生活。军训的感受像个五味瓶，酸，甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。军训的酸。“站好!不准动!还有十分钟!”教官大声喝道。一清早开始，我们就开始站军姿。站军姿要二十分钟，虽说时间并不是很长，但是对我们来说，要站满二十分钟是那么难。汗流下来了，在身上流淌，痒痒的，但不能擦;喉咙干了，火在心中燃烧，很难受，但不能喝水。阳光直射在我们身上，热极了。我望着毒辣的太阳，它似乎并没有一点要离去的样子，反而似乎在向我们__，仿佛不把我们烤干它誓不罢休，热气不断地从地里面往上冒，脚底又酸又烫。这时，我有点想打“退堂鼓”了。但是我没有这样做，我一直告诉我自己：一定要坚持下去，时间快到了，再忍一下就行了，要是现在放弃的话，那一切辛苦不就白费了吗?于是我就咬着牙，硬撑了下来。终于，在教官的严格要求下、在班主任黄老师的鼓励下，我凭着自己的毅力坚持下来，攻克了军训的第一关。军训也有苦。每天早上六点起床，从六点二十分一直训练到十二点。烈日当空，酷热逼人。一二一，向右看，齐步走，预备跑，广播体操……一遍一遍地反复操练，我们的腿站酸了，脚磨起了泡。很多人都叫苦不迭，都想放弃，但是教官的威严、班主任的尽责，还有训练场上紧张的气氛使我意识到：人生能有几回搏?苦并不可怕，关键是在困难面前：不气馁，永不言败，这才是最重要的。

两天的军训里，我学到了很多，比如感恩，坚持，等等。最后，我可以自豪的说出：我已经为初三生活做好准备了!

The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double FifthFestival, is celebrated

on May 5th on lunarcalendar.It is a folk festival widely spread with ahistory of

over 2,000 years, and is one of the mostimportant Chinese festivals as well.

There are variouscelebrating activities on that day, among which the customs of

eating rice dumplings anddragon boat racing are quite important.There are many

legends on the origin of the DragonBoat Festival.Some people think it is to

commemorate the poet Qu Yuan, while others say it isto be in honour of Wu Zi_u,

a famous general during the Warring States period. However, thelegend of Qu Yuan

spreads most widely. People appreciate highly the noble sentiment andprominent

talent of this patriotic poet and are very sympathetic with the ending that

hecommitted suicide by drowning himself in a river.

端午节(the Dragon Boat Festival)，又称重五节，于每年农历五月初五庆祝。

这是广泛流传2000多年的民间节日，也是中国最重要的节日之一。端午节当天举行各种庆祝活动，吃粽子和赛龙舟(dragon boat

racing)是其中的重要习俗。关于端午节的起源，有很多传说。一部分人认为端午节是为了纪念诗人屈原，另一部分人则认为是为了纪念战国时期的著名将领伍子胥。然而，屈原的传说流传最广。人们非常欣赏这位爱国诗人的高尚情操和出众才华，更对他投江自尽的结局深表同情。

Living in a city has both advantages and disadvantages. It is often easier to find work. There are always many choices of public transport. Besides, there are a lot of interesting things to do and places to see. You can eat in good restaurants, visit museums, go to cinemas and go to parks whenever you want to relax. However, living in a city is often very expensive. You must find a well-paid job, otherwise, you will not be able to afford the things you will do. Whats more, the city is always crowded, noisy and dirty. It is very difficult to find a good place where people can enjoy peace and fresh air as in the countryside.

初中毕业的我经历了一个暑假的两点一线生活--围绕着电脑与电视团团转，早已经迫不及待地等着参加高一前为期6天的军训了。

我们军训的地点是湖南省消防总队教导大队，作为第一批前去军训目的地的学生，清晨7点钟我就挑着小部分家当去学校集合，来接我们的是10几辆军用敞篷车，经过一个多小时的漫步我们到达了军营。一进大门面前立即呈现出一个宽阔的排练场，像是特意为我们1300多名高一新生准备的。班主任老师带我们来到各自的寝室，起先看到8床16人的安排不禁吓一大跳，不过在前提是可以开空调看电视的情形下我马上“妥协”了，不就两人一张床嘛，小CASE!行李安顿好后我们便排队去领小板凳，那时已是上午10点多了。分到我们连的两个教官给人的第一印象就是“逊”，当别的连队的教官都开始指挥学生们进行热身活动时，我们却是坐在小板凳上玩石子。

显然连教官也看出我们的急噪，便让我们练了几个最基本的动作，就这样练练停停，很快第二批军训的队伍也浩浩汤汤地到达了。

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I cant do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It time for me to begin to learn how to work.
