现在回想起来，站军姿是多么辛苦啊！那炯炯有神的双眼，那挺起的胸膛，那紧贴裤缝的双手，还有一动不动的双腿，向我展现了军人的飒爽英姿。除了站军姿，我们还学习了其他内容，如：稍息与立正，蹲下与起立，齐步走，四面转法等，这些动作看起来简单，做起来却难。做每个动作既要整齐划一，又要注意牌面，为了规范动作，我们经过了几天练习。教官用沙哑的声音反反复复教我们动作。

最后一天，教官还严肃地给我们讲述他们当兵时的坎坷经历：“我当兵17年了，每天晚上起来训练，拆拼枪支，每天只睡两个小时，手都被子弹磨破了。后来我进了‘东北虎’战队，去非洲维和待了三个月，一个队三个月只有一斤水、四包压缩饼干，还不能生火。后来，我被炸药炸伤了，当场好几人死亡，我背部腿部严重炸伤，防炸衣都脱不下来，在医院足足睡了三个月。2005年我第一次参加阅兵式，在天安门城楼下站了六个小时，背着枪一动不动……”

听了教官这个故事，我深有感触，“扫雷、排爆专家，武警、上校”这些称号全是教官付出艰辛的努力才得到的。在他们身上，我找不到“苦、累”这两个字，不禁对他们肃然起敬，为他们感动与自豪，也明白了“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”的道理。

其实，军训就像是初中三年战斗前的预演。只要我们坚持不懈，永不言败，就能在三年后的中考时换来一声“无悔”。

“苦”

下午，主要练习了停止间转法和跨立，稍息，立正。一开始教官主要让我们把跨立稍息分清，以免弄混，反应不来。再一个是做。后面是停止间转法，靠脚总不齐，有快有慢，向左向右还是算齐，但是向后转时，总是节奏不一致，为了整齐，教官让我们口中喊着＂一，二＂经过一次次的训练，我们才齐了一些。后来老师又教了我们规范的蹲姿，下午的训练也比以前更累了些。

这次的军训，累，也是因为我们的不听话造成的，希望以后不再犯了。

我是在婆婆家过的春节。晚上，我照旧在看“春节联欢晚会”，当离12点越来越近时，主持人进行倒计时“10，9，8……3，2，1。”随着数字的接近，声音越来越缓慢，一直延续着，直到12点。当倒计时数完时，我们家热闹起来了了！妈妈高兴的喊道：“过年啦！过年啦！你又长大了一岁。”接着，我们一家下楼放烟火。前几天，舅舅买了许多鞭炮。有地陀螺，有小蜜蜂，有夜明珠，有天地响，还有许多叫不上名字的。鞭炮的样子也有许多。花脸，蝴蝶……有的天地响20发，有的天地响50发，还有的天地响100发。在这么多的鞭炮中，最引人注目的要数一种天地响。它的个头同一个小桌子差不多。能供四五个人吃饭。它的重量也很重，需要两三个成年人才能搬动。等了好久，终于把其他鞭炮放完了。当头好戏开始了！“嘭！啪！嘭！啪！嘭！啪！……”这声音惊天动地，好似雷公公发怒的巨响。

我虽然捂住了耳朵，当声音实在是太大，还是能听见。到了最后几发，“嘭！嘭！嘭！啪！哗哗哗哗哗！！”炸开的烟花如火焰一般向四周散去，那情景非常壮观！回到家，我的心仍然久久不能平静。谁来清理呢？当然是清洁工叔叔阿姨了。他们为了让南京更加美丽，不惜牺牲过年的时间，认认真真、仔仔细细、一丝不苟、无私奉献地打扫。还有，现在正值班的警察叔叔阿姨们，他们为了让市民们安全的过个年，在南京市的每一个角落，兢兢业业地巡逻着，想到这里，我进入了美丽的梦乡……

三天的军训结束了，这三天有酸，有苦，有累，有饿，但是最多的还是甜。

军训生活之酸

到了，到了，三天的军训到了，我们刚到寝室，就遇到了一个难题；一一套被套。这下，平常老实的被子变得古怪起来。几个同学每人抓住一个角还是进不去，怎么办呢？后来，我们发现先抓住棉芯的两个角，往被套里一放，再在外面抓住那两个角，这下，再顽皮的被子也只能乖乖就范了。

军训生活之苦

第二天，我们一起来，时间就开始紧促起来，我们忙忙洗漱完，把被子怎理好，就走出寝室开始了队列训练。慢慢地，三十分钟过去了，每个人的头上都挂着几滴晶莹的汗珠，脚后跟也疼了起来。可是，每个人都要把腰挺起来，仿佛大家都是木头人站那一动也不动。

军训生活饿

在骄阳下，不一会儿就过了一个上午，我作为桌长，每天用餐时间要把同学们的饭菜添好，想到这里，我连忙出列排队去餐厅。走到餐厅，我把所有饭菜添好以后，我坐在座位上看着一盘盘美味的烧鸡。小青菜，我的肚子“咕咕“叫了起来。这时，忽然有一个念头冒了出来：林勇强，快伸出勺子吃呀!你不是饿了吗？我被这句话打动了一下，正想伸出勺子吃的时候，又一个声音告诉我，你不能吃，同学们还没到齐。我把勺子放了回去。不一会，疲劳的同学们上来了，看到他们吃的这么香，我的心里也多了几分甜意。

军训生活甜

队列训练虽然苦，但是让我们明白军人的生活乐趣。更好的锻炼我们的意志。只要你放心去感受，你就会发现这一次军训有了一定的收获。
