最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的`发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

我们要关注食品安全，要为了我们的健康而努力，要为了我们的文明而努力。

我们祖国有悠久的历史，有着许多传统节日，还有一些各具特色的民风民俗。但我最喜欢的传统节日是：春节。除夕过了，春节也就到了，新的一年开始了。

今天是军训的第二天，今天感觉比昨天累了许多，原因很明显，就是我们不听话。

上午，进入操场整理好队伍，先是围着操场跑了一圈，进行热身之后，开始20分钟的军姿训练，站军姿时，身上痒，却不敢挠，一直咬牙坚持。练习了跨立，踏步，稍息，立正。这几项中跨立和消息总是弄反，我们的位置也变动了一下，调到了第一排，所以要更加严格要求自己。后来，因为我们总动教官生气了，蹲了好长时间的蹲姿，而且不能换腿乱晃，站起来后，腿和脚都是麻的，最后跑了两圈步，上午的军训结束了。

下午，主要练习了停止间转法和跨立，稍息，立正。一开始教官主要让我们把跨立稍息分清，以免弄混，反应不来。再一个是做。后面是停止间转法，靠脚总不齐，有快有慢，向左向右还是算齐，但是向后转时，总是节奏不一致，为了整齐，教官让我们口中喊着＂一，二＂经过一次次的训练，我们才齐了一些。后来老师又教了我们规范的蹲姿，下午的训练也比以前更累了些。

这次的军训，累，也是因为我们的不听话造成的，希望以后不再犯了。
