“团结就是力量，团结就是力量……”在嘹亮的歌声中，军训生活在周二的早晨拉开了帷幕。

我们在老师的带领下走到训练的场地。一到室外，一股热浪扑面袭来，火辣辣的太阳像要把你融化一般，太阳把茂密的大树照得垂头丧气，阳光直指我们，还没走多远，大家都已经汗流浃背，衣服湿透了，仿佛可以拧出水来。

迎接我们的第一个挑战是站军姿，我原以为站军姿十分简单：“不就是立正嘛，有什么难！”可是，当我真正体验了站军姿的威力后，我不禁开始后悔起来。教官给我们讲解动作要领：“站军姿首先需要抬头挺胸，拿出良好的精神风貌，两眼目视前方；大拇指要贴于食指第二指节，双手紧紧贴于两边裤缝。”教官边说边来回走动，给我们调整姿势。“接着，腿一定要伸直，脚后跟并拢，脚尖微微张开60度！”

我才站了两三分钟，脚就已经酸痛无力，就像有千万根钢针扎进脚里，又疼又难受，喉咙也直冒烟，渴的不行，痛苦至及。我不禁在心中暗暗叫苦：军训这么辛苦，我还是趁早放弃吧。我用余光瞄瞄了四周的同学，他们也像我一样备受煎熬，但他们还是咬紧牙关坚强的站着，丝毫没有动摇，丝毫没有怠慢。我为自己感到愧疚，同学们都坚持了下来，我也不能说放弃就放弃，加油！

我们站了十分钟，教官让我们休息，终于可以喝水了！我们都像离弦的箭一样“嗖”地飞了出去，把水瓶抄起“咕咚咕咚”畅饮，像是大侠饮酒，好不潇洒。

过了几分钟，集合了。整好队后，我们又学习了四面转法与齐步走。齐步走对于我们这些“新兵”来说，可就没那么容易了。整个队伍乱成了一锅粥，教官只好一列一列地教我们。功夫不负有心人，我们都学会了，而且，在阅兵仪式上表现十分优异。

when i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. 从迈进中学大门的那一刻起，我就荣幸的成为了一名中学生。升入初中后，首先迎接我的就是那五彩缤纷的军训生活。一开始军训，我就感觉苦

军训嘛，肯定会练习齐步、正步和跑步了。每次我们练习的时候，走着走着就会走到阳光下。教官特别的“狠毒”，我们一到阳光下，他就让我们“立定”，而他自己却躲在树荫下幸灾乐祸的看着我们，真是气人!时间一长，全身都火辣

有次，我们有一个动作总是做不好，做的不齐，于是教官生气了。教官很生气，后果很严重!他两眼一瞪，大喊了声：“蹲下!”我们都被吓到了，乖乖的蹲了下来。时间一长，腿都蹲麻了。最后他终于发了善心，让我们起来，一起身，腿都酸

军训结束后，我们还要举行评比。比赛那天，我们一个个都穿得很整齐，精神抖擞的上了“战场”。虽然我们很认真，但还是有了好多地方没做好。比赛结果出来的时候，连前五都没排上。虽然没有取得好名次，但当我们回味起训练的过程时，也是非常快乐的。

军训的时光给我留下了深刻的印象，它将是我记忆长河中最闪亮的.一颗星星。军训时的回忆，将会永远印在我的心中。
