从那五天里，我们不在是以往体质差的学生，而是身体健康的学生。不管是早上跑多少圈、训练多久、顶着太阳站在草地上，不管训练有多辛苦，我们都没有一次喊过“累”。从中，我感受到：辛苦是值得的，健康才是最重要的。这就是我这五天军事训练的感受与收获。

记得五年级的时候，我们学校终于举办了一个像样的活动军训。军训的前一天，我们整个五年级都沸腾了，在说你要带什么，我要带什么，因为军训是为了晚上。几分钟的车程后，我终于到达了目的地万平，到了军训的地方，先和教官见了面，然后去宿舍分床。我的床是靠窗离门最远的那张床。因为是双层床，一个宿舍睡十几个人，吴锦江在我上面。

到了吃午饭的时间，我们整齐地排好队，来到了食堂。教官说可以吃了之后，我们就开始吃。晚上一个房间十几个孩子都不打算闹。果然，我们宿舍晚上10点才睡。睡到凌晨3点多，我们醒了，叠好被子又玩。军训的时候，我们宿舍有个阳台，可以上锁。我们的大力士周俊杰经常在这个阳台抓人，然后把他们锁起来。军训的时候因为我们班表现好，最多只做了60个深蹲。至于其他班，五次就差不多了！

军训这是一次难忘的经历。

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

基地大门前是一个大大的圆环，四周都是大炮。我们一下车，这里的教官就立刻把我们带到宿舍区，一栋四层，一层五个房间。房间都非常小，床还会摇，好像快塌了似的。我们大家就陆续把行李放好，在宿舍里暂作休息。

我们屁股还没坐热，忽然楼下传来一阵哨声，要集合了，我们一骨碌爬下床，冲到楼下集合，开始站姿训练。太阳炙烤着大地，我们的额头上，背上都挂满了汗珠。到了中午的时候，教官带我们到食堂前，教我们唱军歌，做了俯卧撑后，我们才走进食堂。本以为这里山边吃的都很差，没想到样样俱全，有肉有菜还有汤，同学们看着直流口水。估计是我们训练时消耗了太多的能量，等教官一声令下，同学们三下五除二就把一桌子的菜解决了。吃完后，我们心满意足地回宿舍休息。

下午，我们去打cs枪战。我们穿上防弹背心，手里举着枪，看起来真是酷毙了。我们的敌人是六年四班。大家都玩得不亦乐乎，你一枪我一枪，很多同学都被“枪”中，我一共射中了两个人，最后我也被敌人击中，真是太刺激了！

日子就这样一天天过去，上午练习军姿，体能训练，下午我们还举行了拔河比赛、乡间农作、折叠被子比赛……到了最后一天，我们班级走队列获得了第一名的好成绩，晚上我们还举行了联欢会，同学们都度过了一个愉快的夜晚。

My Spare Time

人生大多会游历过潮平潮浅，也会看尽花开花谢，在那些落败的处境中，我们若尽己力而不能达，不妨随遇而安，放下执念。

军训中我总是深深刻刻体会到作为一名预备军的荣誉，那是我的一份热情，一颗报效国家的赤诚之心。可塞勒斯说过：“凡事在成熟之前，都是有苦味。”终于，我还是与军训大阅兵无缘，伴随眼眶中的苦涩跳动，体会到失败和挫折，想到无缘那场盛大场面，唯有苦涩伴我时时刻刻。

可是，每一次结束都意味着一次新的开始。军训阅兵无缘，既然无处可逃，不如喜悦;既然没有净土，不如静心;既然没有如愿，不如释然。我想我应如丰子恺先生以一颗释然之心继续接下来的军训生活，坚持而勇敢，勇敢而乐观，友好地支持留下来的伙伴们，做好一切准备军训之作。

旧年美人已去，可墙头桃花依旧笑傲春风。世间千般万种虚虚幻幻，变化种.种，若不以一颗释然之心去面对，又如何游弋人世，笑傲春风。有那么一些人，美国总统林肯落选多次，最后却成功当选美国第16任总统;拥有亿万资产的商业巨人施刑华在97年的金融危机中破产，可一年之后又东山再起。这一切的一切终是因为他们拥有一颗释然且乐观的心。

军训仅仅剩下短短的3天，跟训的我依然会坚持到最后一刻，我知道还有那么多的人在挥汗如雨，我又如何能无愧地享受树下一抹清凉。所以，小伙伴加油，我们在支持着你们，默默却无声休止。

一切幸福都并非没有烦恼!而一切逆境也绝非没有希望。加油吧!军训!

军训的滋味你们知道吗？我知道。自从这个星期学校组织我们去了劳动基地后，我就明白了：军训的生活就像一个五味瓶，有酸，有甜，有苦，有辣，有咸，还有涩。

酸，是一种不舒服的感受。一来到基地，我们就要接受许多磨练。每当余教官又命令我们进行“一个口令十个动作”时，我就非常非常想家，想念妈妈温暖的怀抱，想念奶奶用心良苦的劝告，想念妹妹用稚嫩的嗓音喊的那声“姐姐”……每想到这，我的鼻子就酸溜溜的。

甜，那种滋味是温暖的，是快乐的。在宿舍，当有一位舍友因为辛苦而哭泣时，其余的十一个人就会来安慰她，关心她，对她嘘寒问暖，没有一个人置之不理。每当这时，我就会为这种关怀友爱的舍友而骄傲、幸福。

苦，是比酸还不开心的感受。当我们训练得好苦的时候，腰酸腿痛，脚都要断了，好象我也要成为聋哑生的一员，说不出话时，就十分期待稍后的自由活动。哪怕是坐在地板上伸伸腿也好。可是，理想是丰满的，现实却是骨感的。教官一句“不能去玩”，就可以让我们那种想要暂时得到放松的期盼打了水漂。我的心里就会飘出一行字：宝宝心里苦，但宝宝不说。

辣，让我的心里涌起一种不想见人想躲起来的感觉。一天晚上，许多教官聚在一起打球，其中有基地最帅的教官---火狼教官。当他们在球场上挥汗如雨时，大部分女同学都跑出来加油助阵。我的舍友们喊了一会儿加油后，突然停下来，嘀咕了几句，竟然对着操场大叫：“火狼教官你好帅！”然后她们立刻跑回宿舍。那时我刚好在场，当火狼教官闻声望向这边的时候，我往左右一看，人都跑光了，只剩下我一个人傻傻地站在那。当我反应过来，顿时觉得我的脸火辣辣的，真想挖个地洞钻进去，唉，无辜躺枪！

咸和涩是比酸或苦都难受伤心一亿倍的感受，每当夜训时，我就会滋生出这种感觉。夜训的原因很简单，就因为部分死性不改的猪队友，看电影讲话，吃饭不洗碗，训练不好好站，集合不快速……最蠢的时候，教官要求不准说话，提问只能点头摇头，教官问：“明白了？”竟然还有人大喊“明白了”！然后我们被罚无数个交叉腿、上下蹲、俯卧撑……各种整人的方法教官都会，折腾一下我觉得身体都快散架了，还不许哭！即使回到宿舍了还得摸黑写心得！幸好只要四次，要不然，我估计我会当场晕倒！

虽然军训很辛苦，但辛苦归辛苦，其实收获也挺多：比如，学会了叠被子，洗衣服，洗碗……特别是第二天，舍友间的相互关心爱护让我感受到了人间真情。所以，宝宝心里痛并快乐着！军训生活确实令人难忘！
