第三天我们练正步，每听到教官的“抱腹准备”的命令，我们一个一个着抱着肚子，伸直腿开始抬高腿往前迈。我们如此辛苦，我们确实是祖国的花朵，像向日葵一样被晒得中间黑，外边黄。

第四天练着口号“十二十二，奋勇拼搏，一展雄姿，再创辉煌”。然后练原地踏步走变成齐步走再变成正步走，最后变成跑步走。练这些就是为了明天军训结束仪式。我们都有集体荣誉感所以我们很努力！晚上，所有的十八个班都在唱1234歌。

第五天，功夫不负有心人，我们班得了第一是“优胜班级”。

回忆军训生活，耳边总是隐隐约约听着一二三四歌，想起那段滑稽又熟悉的场景。军训让我们知道了什么才是真正的累，什么才是苦。老实说，我们只军训了四天半，那么军人得需要多少年才能练出挺拔的身姿呢？一年吗，两年吗，三年吗？我们也不知道，但是我们知道，军训生活真是很有意思的！

进入大学，军训便是必修的一门课，9月8号早上每个人怀着不同的心情坐上了开往汤山xxxx部队的车。

经过了两个小时的漫长旅程，我们终于抵达了目的地。进了宿舍，我的心便凉了半截，一个很小的房间里面要住八个人，而且只有一张桌子，最头疼的是蚊子飞蛾满天飞。我预感这次军训将会非常的辛苦。

果不其然，第一天便站了近四十分钟的军姿，那个太阳也很眷顾我们，用它那“温暖”的阳光“温柔”地照在我们的身上，让我们蒸发的汗液比平日里十天还要多。一天下来，怨声载道，每个人都筋疲力尽，尽管食堂的伙食很一般，可每个人都狼吞虎咽的，完全不顾平日里好不容易树立的淑女形象。到了晚上洗澡的时间本以为可以好好地舒服一下，可是连洗澡居然都只有十分钟的时间，弄得跟打仗一样。我终于明白了辅导员所说的军训就是去吃苦的真正含义。

接下来的几天更是一天比一天辛苦，我们每个人也逐渐地变成了小黑炭，可是尽管很辛苦，但是这些平日里家中的小皇帝小公主都是咬着牙坚持下来了。

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

Lantern Festival is our traditional festival, the Lantern Festival every

year to eat dumplings, fireworks.

Mom cooked dumplings, I cant wait to pick up the one in your mouth, mom

元宵节是我国的传统节日，每年元宵节要吃汤圆，放烟花。

元宵节可少不了观花灯。吃完元宵，我和爸爸来到阳头广场。这里的花灯可真多啊!有“奔跑”的老虎。“吃草”的兔子。还有在“游动”的鱼儿。真是五花八门!都成了灯的海洋。光的世界!爸爸给我买了一个兔子花灯。只要一按按纽。兔儿便会唱起欢乐的歌。我连忙拿起我的老虎灯加入闹花灯的行列，之后我和爸爸去放烟花。

放烟花可有趣了。烟花的种类真多!有的还有的在放甩炮……人们正看得起劲，忽然，一个淘气的小朋友扔甩炮，人们吓得四处躲藏;我跟着爸爸放礼炮它喷着火焰天空冲去，“啪”的一声爆炸了，放出五彩的鲜花。

元宵节真有趣!

2018年8月19日，我开始了人生中的第一次军训生活。

报名之后，我先回到家里准备。等到回学校后，班主任就叫我们去领军训服。领到服装，我就按学校的安排来到宿舍，准备换上军训服。刚进宿舍时，看到那些新面孔心里难免有一些不自在。换完之后，我就立刻下操场来集合，经过老师和教官们的一通训话后，我们就进入训练了。

训练时，教官先教我们一些简单的动作。我还以为军训不会让我们的身体受折磨的，可到后来才知道军训的厉害。

又是一个睡不着觉的夜晚，我静静地躺在床上聆听这窗外蟋蟀们的叫声，仿佛是一曲轻音乐。月光斜射入窗户，窗外的星空特别好看，偶尔还有星星向我眨巴眼睛。突然一声哨声打破了安静的夜晚，这时才知道已经要集合了。我立刻翻身起床，抬头一看许多同学都已下了床，我匆匆洗漱完后就冲向操场集合。

才集合不到几分钟，跑步的音乐就突然响起。看到眼前这个场景，我联想到了将士们即将上阵杀敌的情景，空气中弥漫着严肃的味道。总教官一声令下，我们就开始围着操场跑步。刚开始跑时同学们都还跟得上脚步，跑着跑着，有些同学就开始吃不消了，队伍也开始涣散了。同学们脸上的汗珠，在晨光的照射下显得格外晶莹剔透，像一颗颗璀璨的宝石，更是努力绽放后结出的果实。

跑完之后教官和指导员带我们回到教室，开始吃早点。教官和指导员三申五令地要求我们每一位同学必须吃早点，不然会晕倒。吃完早点，休息几分钟后我们立马集合，准备开始训练，时间被安排得满满的。

刚开始教官向我们发令时的声音是洪亮的，可到后面几天就变得沙哑了。我听到这样的声音，心里还是挺难过的，挺心疼我们的教官。

吃完午餐，就开始了一天当中最难熬的环节——站军姿。这时候的太阳当空照，教官训得我们叫。当我双眼平视前方时，只觉得连空气也热得躁动起来了。就连身上的衣服都像蒸笼一样，全身似乎充满了蒸汽，影子也越变越短，这时间像被凝固了似的，每一秒对我都是考验。过了很长一段时间，有些同学快坚持不住了，一声哨响打破了我们的疲惫。安静很久的操场再次热闹起来，风声也消失不见了……

就这样终于撑到了最后一天，这也是我们最后一次和教官在一起。在道别时，教官和我们都泛红了眼圈，大家都低声呜咽说不出话来，教官左右叮嘱后离开了我们。很可惜，在我们的军训留影上没有教官的身影。

这为期一周的军训生活教会了我许多东西，使我的心灵得到了洗涤，让我们学会了团结友爱和互帮互助，军训中的一帧帧画面将会永远定格在我脑海里，并时常的放映着。

Low carbon life is popular nowadays. Its aim is to reduce the energy in our

daily life, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. It is well-known

that the air pollution is more and more serious. So we should do something to

protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

在我参加军训的七天里，有一天是我最难忘的。因为，在那一天，我懂得了珍惜。

那是军训第二天。等啊等，总算听到了开饭的哨声，同学们争先恐后地拿着饭盒往前冲，队站好了，我们排着队到吃饭的地方，教官把队整好，我们就进去吃饭了。

我们在操场站队时，教官把我们带到食堂，面对地上的食物站着，教官狠狠地批评了我们，给我们讲道理，讲着讲着同学们羞愧了，有些同学还流泪了。教官说，我们今天不珍惜食物的错误应当受到惩罚。
