第四天我们练习正步走，当教官喊口令时，我们明显听出教官嗓子沙哑了。不一会冯教官突然走了，总教官走过来说：“冯教官嗓子哑了，说不出话来，我先代替他给大家上课”。我知道是这几天来教官在给我们训练时喊坏了嗓子，同学们都很感动，训练越发的的认真刻苦。冯教官休息一会后又回到了训练场地带领我们训练，为了明天的汇演他顾不得休息，我也暗下决心明天的汇演一定拿出好的成绩。

第五天上午冯教官带领我们复习动作要领，带领大家一遍一遍的演练。下午汇演，我们第六个上场，上场时我们全班都精神抖擞，完成了各项规定动作表现的十分出色，没有辜负教官对我们的希望和付出的辛苦。

五天的军训生活眨眼间过去了，但这让我收获很多，如坚强、奋斗、与不屈不挠的精神，这次军训让我终身受益，我将永远铭记这次军训生活。

先说说酸吧！

那是来军训的第一个晚上，教官让我们原地坐在写了：沐浴阳光快乐成长接受磨练永远坚强的广场上，然后播放影片给我们观看，影片的名字似乎就叫——洞穴之光，让孩子影响孩子。那是一部感人的片子。九个从大城市里来的的孩子，被安排同那里的一个孩子一起住在洞里，他们一起经历了上学、放学必经的山路还有平常吃不到的苦之后渐渐的长大，我还记得，那几位从城里来的孩子才走了两三天山路脚底下就起了一个又一个大水泡，这才走了两三天啊！住在洞里的孩子可是天天都要走这样的山路啊，看到这，我的心酸酸的的。

要说甜啊，当然就是开饭的时候了！

每当刻苦训练完的时候，就是我最开心的时候了，因为开饭的时间到了。不知为何，尽管这饭是多麽简单，是多么难吃，现在吃起来总是那么美味！可能是因为太累了的原因吧，每当开始吃饭的时候，心里总是甜滋滋的！

说到苦，那可是令我久久不能忘怀啊！

苦，自然就是残酷、艰辛的训练了！被罚站，走好远的路，比赛……心里都难免有些苦。你可知道，要是照这样训练下去，不过三天，我们都会崩溃的！早晨6：30就奉教官之命起床了，那时候，可是我睡得最香的黄金时间啊！残酷的比赛，有着不公的同学、老师。就说说我们动手制作那条用报纸来比赛的路吧！那是第二天的下午，教官从一个房间里抱来一堆不用的废报纸还有两卷胶，让我们用这些制作成一条很长很长的路，要供20名同学在上面走动，脚不能离开报纸。听到这个消息后，我们全班齐心协力，终于制成了一条很长的桥。后来，我们派了20名女同学去代表我们班参加比赛。开始比赛了，第一轮我们班表现很出色拿到了第一。紧接着，第二轮开始了，我们表现的还算可以。第三轮，也就是最后一轮，就发生了一点点小意外，刚开始进展的还算顺利，后来，不知为何，后面的同学开始往前面不停地挤了，有许多同学都因受不了而出界了，因此，我们班错失了第一。这并不能怪我们啊，但前面的同学不听我们解释，一个劲的说都怪我们，她们可知道当时我们心里有多苦啊！

要说辣，当然就是现在的心情。

进入校园，整洁、美丽两个词出现在脑海里。来到班级里，班主任交代了纪律生活等方面的事情。最令人兴奋的是第二天的军训，在初中开学时就体验过一次军训，但军训期间并不是特别严厉，通常都是边玩边练，充满着欢声笑语。

到了高中，也许是为了证明我们长大了，所以军训也随之变得更加正规、严格了。军训的第一个动作就是站军姿，一站就是半个小时，军姿的要求就是要挺胸抬头，精神抖擞，双手紧贴裤缝线；然后就是第二个动作，消息立正跨立，这还不是最难的；第三个动作是蹲下与起立，不管是蹲下还是起立，都要保持上身军姿状态；第四个动作是敬礼；接着就是比较难的齐步走和跑步了，这需要整个班级配合起来；最有趣的是最后一项，歌咏比赛，每个班级都会准备一首军歌或红歌，唱出班级风采。

军初期间还进行了一次远足活动，我们来到美丽的白沙滩，欣赏湿地公园的迷人风景。这些天的军训就要结束了，同学们也终于可以回家放松一下，准备开始高中生活了！
