二、站军姿让人脚酸。

我们有一个训练项目是站军姿，10秒中调整军姿。“开始”只听得一声令下，同学们手贴裤线，站得跟松树一样挺拔。而且要保持十分钟，同学们脚酸的受不了了，只听见老师吹了一声口哨，大家总算松懈了下来，脚都抬不起来了，还好，老师让我们休息了一下，我在站军姿时，我一直是站不直，摇来?e去的，还好老师没发现，不然老师一定会很凶的。

三、就寝纪律让人烦。
