What is music, no one can explain.

Just imagine for a moment that you are sitting in a magnificent concert

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow. 第一、二天

最开始的一两天，主要以基础训练为主。第一天，军训启动仪式结束后，我们班就和17班合并成了九连。我们的教官是个女教官，姓刘，对我们非常严格。这一天，我们的上午和下午都在练习站军姿。何为军姿，就是指：两脚跟紧靠站直，脚尖分开60°，双手贴大腿两侧，中指紧贴裤缝，挺胸收腹，两眼平视前方的站姿。在晚上，我们练习稍息、立正，跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、转体和敬礼、礼毕。晚上，大家都在刻苦训练。有个小插曲，在结束训练的时候，发生了一个让人意想不到的事情。训练结束后有一个展示，我们九连被抽到了，本来一切都很顺利，可谁知道最后一个口令时，一大部分人转错了方向。我们的教官让我们以鸭子步走操场三圈结束了当天的训练。第二天，我们练习了齐步走，但也因为不专心而被罚了鸭子步。下午我们还迟到了，被罚的十分惨。

第三、四天

第三天时教官把连队分成了男生、女生两组，男生被分到了拳术方阵，女生则被分到了手语操方阵。我们手语操方阵转移了地点到达小学操场训练。第三天，上午我们学习了《国家》这首歌的歌词，下午我们学习这首歌的手语。这四天，我们排练了队形，分别有：菱形、党车、党旗。还有“70、2014、2019”这几个数字。在这个方阵的练习中，我们也因为一些原因受罚，也吃了不少苦，受了不少累，但都坚持了下来。

第五、六天

这两天相对前几天要轻松不少。第五天，上午，我们手语操方阵彩排了好几遍。下午因为下起了小雨，我们得到通知不军训。晚上六点半，我们准时到了训练场，天还下着蒙蒙细雨，教官说如果做得好排练一遍就可以回寝室。大家欣喜若狂，拿出比平常认真百倍的劲儿来排练。第六天，我们上午下午分别完整两遍彩排；晚上，完整的排练了一遍，相对比较轻松。

第七天

这一天，家长们来到了学校。我所在的手语操方阵表演的是最后一个节目。在表演时我突然心生一种不舍，舍不得教官，虽然我们的教官平常比较严厉，但她其实也很好啊！

军训只有短短的七天，我学习了吃苦耐劳的精神，明白了团结就是力量，也认识了许多的朋友，我将带着这些收获开始初中生活，成为一个能吃苦的，有时间观念的，爱集体的人。

“酸”

今天是个晴朗的日子，太阳公公也许是为了迎接我们的到来，欢快的露出红通通的脸蛋儿。中午吃完饭，下午我们就要进行三个小时的训练。到了下午我们都站好了队。这时教官来了，对我们说：“今天下午我们来站军姿。首先我们的教官做了一次，我们也跟着一起做。一开始同学们站得都非常好，一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……很快一个小时过去了，这时再看看同学们：一个个就像霜打的茄子一样 ，再看看一个小时前，如果比起来可真是一个天上、一个地下了。

“甜”

尝过了“酸”也该换一个口味了吧！星期四的晚上，我们班的教官教我们唱歌，歌名是《当那一天来临》那天晚上我们全校四百多人都很开心。我因此又学会了一首歌。

“苦”

星期三下午，我们学习走正步、走分列式。那天可真是够累的，晚上的时候我们的腿都不会动了，走路时左摇右摆的，不知道的还以为是南极的“企鹅”呢？

“辣”

星期五早上吃饭，由于吃得太急，没看到菜里有一块辣椒，我就把它吃了进去，给我辣得都喘不过气了。我可真倒霉！

第一个练习内容是站军姿五分钟。不就五分钟吗，你可能会这么这么想，我喝个水就过去了，最开始，我也这么认为。“立正！脚跟并拢，双脚打开60°。双手贴近大腿两侧！”教官在我们之间来回走动，所有人挺得像一棵棵白杨般不敢松懈。太阳毒辣辣地照耀着每个人，汗水像蛇一样在身上肆意乱窜，落在领口，滑进衣服里，一会儿领口就湿漉漉的，浑身像爬满了小虫一样难受。时而微风拂过，碎发乱飞，挠得脸痒痒。也不知过了多久，教官还没叫“停”，我却感觉已经到了几百年后，脚跟发痛，脚掌发麻，身体摇摇欲坠。

“听口令，坐！”大家纷纷边抱怨边不紧不慢地坐下，突然一声炸雷似的声音：“起立！”我们还没反应过来怎么回事，教官开始严厉地训话了：“军人要有军人的风度。站如松，坐如钟，左脚后勾右脚一秒坐下，坐下时两手放于膝盖，背打直，身体像后仰，不准讲话！再来一次，坐！”我们立刻坐下，不敢说话。

有时候站军姿时突然下雨，一阵一阵的，刚开始大家一窝蜂的躲进棚里，但是看看教官，像雕塑一样现在雨中，不怕风吹雨打，我们都被他的军人意志感染了，纷纷站好军姿，不顾头发被打湿，也不顾眼睛睁不开，以顽强的意志坚持着。

几天训练下来，我们不再是刚来基地没秩序的小屁孩了，仿佛成为了真正的军人，变得坚毅严肃了。训练中，最难的莫过于大家不够默契，齐步走总是歪歪斜斜。操场上，是教官洪亮的声音：“齐步走……”这一次，我们拿出了最佳状态，鼓足吃奶的劲呐喊：“挥动激情，展翅高飞，青春无畏，逐梦扬威……”那声音几乎要划破长空。会操结束了，我们班赢得了阵阵掌声，自以为挺好的，教官却也只含蓄地说了句：“没把脸丢尽啊！”

青春，是浸湿的迷彩服。在军训中，我学会了坚持，学会了团结，也学会了珍惜幸福。五天的大汗淋漓，诠释了青春的意义！

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and

dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior

high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved

deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can.

The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.

我喜欢许多类型的运动，比如游泳、跑步和跳舞。然而，我最喜欢的运动是篮球。当我还在初中时我就开始在学校打篮球。那时，我发现我已经深爱这项运动。现在，我想尽我所能观看篮球比赛。在我的生命中篮球比赛给了我最美妙的时间。

军训是一种磨练人的意志和生存能力的训练，从小爸爸就这样跟我说，因为爸爸当过兵，吃过苦。所以从小就盼望着初中那年的军训生活。

9月6日那天，我怀着激动又激动的心情来到了我新的学校——五中，因为今天是军训的第一天。老师带领我们来到操场，操场上的那些教官多么高大，并且文质彬彬，我想：他们一定受过很高的训练吧！教官那双严肃的表情让我们知道，我们一定要好好对待这次的军训。

军训开始了，我们由矮到高排着整齐的队伍，先跟教官打好招呼。教官先让我们在原地站立不动五分钟，如果有人动了就要加一分钟，我们一听，赶紧直挺挺的站在那，可还是有那么几个人不是那么听话，在那儿乱动，让我们又多加了三分钟，还好后来大家都十分认真，这才让我们不用站了，正当我们刚可以休息时，下一个任务就来了。我们站在那里配合教官，先把头用力的往右边转，然后用脚快速蹬地，这个动作叫做往右看，我们这次的动作并没有人捣乱，所以我们几分钟就OK了这个动作。

教官十分满意，于是就要给我们表演节目，要我们热烈鼓掌，其实爸爸小时候跟我说过，他们每分钟都是拍好几百次掌，很累的，所以我知道教官在训练我们的力量，于是我们都十分热烈的鼓掌，教官叫同学们上来表演，看谁能被同学的表演给逗笑，很多人都笑了，被教官给抓了上去，但我一直很镇定，因为我知道我一定不能笑，笑了就会让教官失望，教官在训练我们的意志力。

到了第二个教官训练我们的时候，我们明显有气无力，无精打采，我们已经在烈日下站了一个多小时了，有许多同学经受不了烈日的折磨都退出了，可还有大部分同学选择了坚持，虽然我已头晕眼花，可我也不打算退出，因为坚持就是胜利，我不能让老师失望，于是我又迷迷糊糊的在那坚持，有和教官一起把剩下的所有项目都练习完了，当军训完毕，我飞一般的冲出学校，大喊：终于结束了！

这次训练让我明白，军训是很苦的，不是轻易的就能熬过的，做什么都需坚持，不能半途而废。
