第五天，令人激动的一天来临了，那不仅是我们回家的一天，还是站向我们五天训练的成果。在我们一起努力下，我们以团结的力量获得二等奖它让我明白团结力量大，一个人比不上一个团体，所以我们要成为班集体做事的人。每个班都是一个集体，在未来的三年里，我们要一起努力、奋斗，为班级体增光、为校增光!

从那五天里，我们不在是以往体质差的学生，而是身体健康的学生。不管是早上跑多少圈、训练多久、顶着太阳站在草地上，不管训练有多辛苦，我们都没有一次喊过“累”。从中，我感受到：辛苦是值得的，健康才是最重要的。这就是我这五天军事训练的感受与收获。

I am a student who studies in a school which is located in Harbin. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems. For me, physical recreation is necessary for good health but intellectual pursuits such as reading stories provide the most pleasure.

I really enjoy my school life. School life should be interesting and colorful, just as the saying goes, "The school life is everyone young men, the source of happiness."

我告别了小学那天真烂漫的生活，即将步入紧张学习的初中生活。然而开学的前几天就是艰苦的军训生活。

军训的第一天，我们排着整齐的队伍走进操场，我站在哪里心想：“我们的教官是怎样样的严厉还是和蔼。”这时只见教官们排着整齐的队伍向我们走来，教官们向我们展示了我们这几天训练的资料。只见教官们向前走着，我心里不仅仅感叹：好威风啊！下头开始分教官了；我们班的教官下王，高高的个子和那双炯炯有神的大眼镜。

开始训练了，第一天上午教官教我们站军姿，同学们立刻站好了，等待教官指点一开始5分钟，同学们站着不动，可后5分钟就开始同学们开始东倒西的，教官就大声喊：“不要动！”可是我们的身体像是不听使唤似的。

站了大约半个小时的时候。教官让我们休息，只见同学们一个一个躺在地上不能动弹。脸上的汗珠不时的流下来。

一天的军训生活最终结束了，明天还要继续，我们所要做是仅有坚持。

经过这次军训让我们明白做什么事都要坚持，仅有坚持了才会取得胜利，同样我们在日常的学习生活中遇到什么难题也不要轻易放弃，仅有这样我们才能在知识的海洋尽情的遨游！
