I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewagetreatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

开始想家了，开始厌倦了这繁琐，始终重复的基本军姿了，但我们没有放弃，我觉得我们长大了，变得坚强了，撒开父母的手，也能独立行走了。依然记得那天，那是第一次会操，我们班代表本学院参加了三连的首次会操，可是我们做的并不好，当走下场时，我能感觉到一种压抑叫自责，一种感觉叫伤心。教官被团长交出队列，挨骂了

原本承重的心情更加难受了，深深地自责着，当我们用歉意的眼神注视着教官时，他只是微笑着，依然很亲切，很淡定。他轻轻的说：“没事，忍忍就过去了，何况我觉得我们班实力很强，刚刚只是紧张了而已”。听似平淡的话语，却变得不在平淡，简短的几句话，我记得它是怎样从教官口中“蹦”出来的，断断续续的，但却很坚定，一种军人的坚定!

新的第一天

军训第一天，周围都是新鲜的空气，仿佛时光倒流，由初中的辛苦流回儿时的好奇与新鲜。认识了王教官，我们不了解他，却乖乖的听他的话，这也许是陌生的友情吧。王教官一开始就教我们站军姿，因为是第一次，同学们都乖乖的站好，给王教官留下了很好的印象。充满了新奇的第一天在王教官的教学下度过了。

苦和累的第二天与第三天

军训的中间两天，不再像第一天那么新奇。早晨一来，站半小时蹲十分钟，坐二十分钟……。这两天我一回家就想倒头就睡。多数时候都是在复习前一天学习的内容，新内容也只教了一两个，不再像第一天教三四个。充满了苦和累的中间两天在复习中度过了。

不舍的最后一天

军训的最后一天，上午是排练，下午就是汇报表演了。上午，我们正训练着，王教官和几名教官突然走了，我们的心也悬起来，生怕王教官走了，表演时喊不大声，走的时候走错了……。下午，王教官在我们担心之下回来了。我们表演时喊大声了，走的时候也没走错，大石头落下了，我们获得了第一名。但高兴之中还有一丝不舍，王教官要走了，军训结束了，充满着不舍的最后一天在离别之中结束了。

军训，教会了我们动作，做人和团结，只有“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，只有团结一心，才能最终胜利！

军训这个词，在我小学三年级时，觉得它是一件很好玩，很值得炫耀的事情，可是，到了四年级我去参加完军训时才知道，军训就像潘多拉的盒子——灾难。

去军训的第一天，我满怀希望，在车上窗外的景物显得格外耀眼有许多小花在微风的吹拂下飘呀飘显得格外有生机，我的心情也很高兴，到了社会实践基地，我看到四处的山拔地而起，中间有个很宽很宽的大操场，旁边则是工艺室，操场的旁边则是我们的宿舍，首先，教官先带我们去参观宿舍，就因为我们在讲话，害的被教官罚了500个蹲下起立，我和同学都叫苦连天，我的腿也疼的发软，而且，特别是在教官叫我们蹲下时我的腿就犹如被一条大钢针刺下去一般。到了中午，吃饭时，只要我们一说一句话，马上起立，大约过了个十来分钟，才让我们坐下，如果在讲话，那就全体出去，不要吃了。

特别是有一天下午，教官让我们全体蹲下，双手握拳，并抬起来，还要坚持十分钟，特别是晚上是最最最难熬的时候，晚上冲凉加上整理内务只给你二十分钟，时间过后，马上到宿舍门口集合，到了晚上，我躺在床上，望着窗外的星辰，心里想着爸爸妈妈，我到底什么时候才能回去？

Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. There fore, measures of the following should be taken: pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life, reserves.

Only if we human beings take some drastic measures can wild animals be preserved.

当我在高中的时候,我不得不学习,几乎没有业余时间做我想做的事情。除此之外,我必须专注于我的课本和一次又一次的锻炼。因此,我很少有时间读杂志和小说和看电视。更糟的是,我不能玩我的朋友很多,我最不能忍受。一句话,我所做的在高学校应该考虑高考。

然而,我的大学生活是完全不同于高中的生活。我可以自由安排我的时间。我花大部分时间在图书馆看书,在那里我可以打开我的眼睛和扩大我的脑海里。在我空闲时间,我也参加一些俱乐部,在那里我可以赚很多不同专业的朋友。我的老师在大学里是如此的善良,知识渊博,他们不仅教我们知识,还如何成为一个人,如何与他人相处。此外,还有更多的机会让我提高自己。

我相信大学生活是我人生中一个重要的阶段。在大学,我可以学习如何学习,如何与他人相处,如何独立生活。大学为我提供了一个舞台,我可以展示我自己,做我自己。

生活在这个年代的我们，苦与乐的意义其实是很模糊的。每一天的生活都是如流水一般平静，几c乎没有什么大起大落的变化。在大人眼里，我们是泡在蜜罐里长大的，我们的生活是如此的幸福。但是对于这一切我又从何感受呢?

八月的天气是火辣辣的，令人烦躁。可是新学期的军训，又偏偏降临到了此时。我们有两位教官，其中一位皮肤黝黑、戏剧幽默，他总是在不经意间流露出一丝憨厚地微笑。就这样，他们带领我们走过了近六天的艰苦训练，操场毒日的煎熬，走正步，排队，站军姿……每一项训练都是对身心的考验。在这六天里，每天上午都要军训3—4个小时，即使是早晨，也热得令人透不过气来。我们最先开始练习的是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、两眼平视前方……大家头顶强烈阳光，汗水一颗一颗地往下流，许多同学的衣服都浸湿了。在“正步走”这个环节，大家可是吃尽了苦头，教官要求我们必须把脚抬到两尺，为了动作标准，我们长时间的抬起一只脚，很难掌握平衡。同学们都东倒西歪的，单腿站了很久，所以腿很酸，但是不管再苦再累，大家最终都坚持下来了!

在全年级12个班中，我们4班表现得不错。由于我们加强训练，同学和教官也比较配合，所以在练习“正步走”和“齐步走”的时候，都受到了教官的表扬。这说明大家的心血都没有白费。有一天下午，教官还在教室里面教大家唱军歌，同学们整齐而洪亮的声音，让我再次体会到了团结的力量!

今天下午，我们还举行了军歌比赛，我们4班还得了年级二等奖!

军训的苦，让我们这群昨日温室里的花朵，变成了今天饱经风霜、搏击长空的雄鹰。军训，也将组织和纪律观念深深地扎进了我们的脑海。军训，还磨练了我们的意志，让我们在不知不觉中逐渐的成熟。我们就是这样，在艰苦中寻找成功的喜悦!
