面对考验，绝大多数同学都坚持下来了。传媒艺术系的葛以陆同学从军训第一天就开始牙疼，吃了两天止疼药以后，葛以陆在校医的建议下把坏牙拔了，老师要求他休息半天，葛以陆却坚决要求去军训场上，“我能坚持!”黑瘦的脸庞写满了坚定;由于规定只有10分钟的洗澡时间，外语系的 洗完澡从浴室出来急着赶路，没有戴眼镜的她一头撞倒墙上，额头上立刻冒出了两个大包，这个看似柔弱的女孩硬是强忍住泪水，没有拉下任何一次训练;城市科学系的 因为训练强度太大，在军训场上突然昏厥，休息了半个小时喝了点葡萄糖补充了体力后，她又主动要求归队……

这种知难而上、永不退缩的精神也影响了他们身边的人。传媒艺术系的一名学生体质较弱，两天训练下来就觉得自己坚持不下去了。在老师和同学的帮助下，他逐渐转变了观念，重新鼓起了战胜困难的勇气，一直坚持到军训的最后一刻。参加完最后的汇报表演，他说：“如果明年学校还有军训，我肯定第一个报名参加!”

在这些顺利完成军训任务的学生的背后，还有一群默默奉献着的教官和老师。教官们的嗓子喊哑了，声音却依然洪亮;白天板着脸训练，晚上却对学生嘘寒问暖。一些老师刚到部队出现水土不服，依然坚守在第一线;一有学生出现身体不适，老师总是第一时间赶来;为了让学生休息好，老师们每天晚上都会给学生送去点好的蚊香……

军训生活看似枯燥，其实却充满了乐趣。连队之间相互拉歌叫劲，休息间隙自告奋勇献歌一曲，晚上有讲座、老电影等“调味剂”，多姿的军营生活为迷彩服们增添了无穷乐趣。

军训结束，学生们终于体会到了什么叫“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”。只是，脱下迷彩服，即将离开部队，一些坚持了七天没有流泪的女孩却在最后一刻热泪盈眶，可亲可敬的教官、部队里艰辛而又快乐的七彩生活，都让他们难以割舍和忘怀。“像军人那样去生活、去学习、去迎接崭新的大学生活，这才是军训留给我们最宝贵的财富。”一个学生在军训总结中的体会也许代表了众多学生的心声。

“祝你生日快乐，祝你生日快乐……”跳动的烛光、深情的歌声，9月10日晚，xxxx部队的营房里洋溢着节日的气氛，感动了现场的每一个人。这是第23个教师节，由于身在军营，有的老师几乎已经忘记了这个属于自己的节日。但是这一天晚上，所有在军训现场的老师却意外地收到了两份特殊的礼物——学校主管学生工作的管向群副书记经过一个小时的奔波来到军营，带来了学校领导最亲切的慰问;xxxx部队的官兵为老师们定做了一个四层大蛋糕，给大家一个很大的惊喜。

当天晚上五点，管副书记准时出现在军训现场，和在场的老师、辅导员一一亲切握手。“我们今年新进来的辅导员都很辛苦，大家有什么困难，一定要跟我提，我会做好服务工作，尽量满足!”管副书记坐在操场边的小板凳上，和辅导员们拉起了家常。小到生活上的一些细节，大到国家对于辅导员队伍建设的重视，都成了大家和管副书记谈论的话题。结束以后，一位辅导员悄悄地说：“本来觉得自己是硕士生，做辅导员有点‘亏’，但是学校领导对我们如此重视，这么无微不至地关怀，我一定好好干，不会让学校失望。”

随后，管副书记观看了07级新生的军体拳表演，虽然学的时间不长，有些动作还不到位，但是负责我们学校1000多名新生的朱营长却赞不绝口：“你们的学生组织纪律性强，学习积极性高，动作学得快，特别能吃苦，连长们都说带这样的学生可以省心很多!”

晚餐时间，xxxx部队的范大队长为教师们送来了蛋糕，一些年轻的老师一下子欢呼雀跃起来：“我的第一个教师节惊喜连连，没想到会这么隆重，很意外!”点上蜡烛，唱着生日歌，闭上眼睛为自己和所有老师许下心愿，幸福在每一个老师脸上荡漾开来。现场最忙的要数负责摄影的陆洋老师，正面、侧面，俯拍、仰拍，每一个细节他都舍不得错过，全部收进了他的相机。“军民鱼水情，学校领导又和我们‘零距离’共度节日，过了这么多个教师节，今年在军营里的教师节过得特别有意义!”学校学工处处长杨薇老师感慨说。
