最开始的一两天，主要以基础训练为主。第一天，军训启动仪式结束后，我们班就和17班合并成了九连。我们的教官是个女教官，姓刘，对我们非常严格。这一天，我们的上午和下午都在练习站军姿。何为军姿，就是指：两脚跟紧靠站直，脚尖分开60°，双手贴大腿两侧，中指紧贴裤缝，挺胸收腹，两眼平视前方的站姿。在晚上，我们练习稍息、立正，跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、转体和敬礼、礼毕。晚上，大家都在刻苦训练。有个小插曲，在结束训练的时候，发生了一个让人意想不到的事情。训练结束后有一个展示，我们九连被抽到了，本来一切都很顺利，可谁知道最后一个口令时，一大部分人转错了方向。我们的教官让我们以鸭子步走操场三圈结束了当天的训练。第二天，我们练习了齐步走，但也因为不专心而被罚了鸭子步。下午我们还迟到了，被罚的十分惨。

第三、四天

第三天时教官把连队分成了男生、女生两组，男生被分到了拳术方阵，女生则被分到了手语操方阵。我们手语操方阵转移了地点到达小学操场训练。第三天，上午我们学习了《国家》这首歌的歌词，下午我们学习这首歌的手语。这四天，我们排练了队形，分别有：菱形、党车、党旗。还有“70、2014、2019”这几个数字。在这个方阵的练习中，我们也因为一些原因受罚，也吃了不少苦，受了不少累，但都坚持了下来。

第五、六天

这两天相对前几天要轻松不少。第五天，上午，我们手语操方阵彩排了好几遍。下午因为下起了小雨，我们得到通知不军训。晚上六点半，我们准时到了训练场，天还下着蒙蒙细雨，教官说如果做得好排练一遍就可以回寝室。大家欣喜若狂，拿出比平常认真百倍的劲儿来排练。第六天，我们上午下午分别完整两遍彩排；晚上，完整的排练了一遍，相对比较轻松。

第七天

这一天，家长们来到了学校。我所在的手语操方阵表演的是最后一个节目。在表演时我突然心生一种不舍，舍不得教官，虽然我们的教官平常比较严厉，但她其实也很好啊！

军训只有短短的七天，我学习了吃苦耐劳的精神，明白了团结就是力量，也认识了许多的朋友，我将带着这些收获开始初中生活，成为一个能吃苦的，有时间观念的，爱集体的人。

往事如烟，时间如流水一般一去不复返4天半的军训生活过去了，可是这一次军训生或像挣扎在我心上，令我终身难忘。

记得那是一个风和日丽的下午，我们在操场上等待教官的到来。

一年有四个季节，我最喜欢的季节是夏天，因为可以去海边游泳，还可以在沙滩上享受日光浴。我可以穿漂亮的裙子，去商店买冰淇淋。打电话约朋友去外面游玩，夏天是一个有趣的季节，我非常喜欢夏天。

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

I like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "Knowledge is power." and "Keep silence!" after class every day. Because I know that we must learn every day. I think the life in university of Education is full of freedom, but I never waste time. Life is not easy

for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on. So I never give up learning even go to the college.

Sometimes I also want to own more free time to do my own things. But we have too many classes. So I think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

Most people has a sweet home, so have I. I think my home is sweet because

it is my best place to have rest or have fun with my friends or my parents.

许多人拥有一个甜蜜的家，我也有。我认为我的家是甜蜜的，因为它是我休息、与父母、朋友一起玩乐的地方。

I can remember clearly. Once I came back home late because my teacher

didnt want me leave until I finished my homework. At that time, the weather

became colder and the wind became stronger. I was so hungry and cold at that

time! I felt I cant take it any more, so I ran to my home quickly. When I got

my home, I felt much more warmer and happiness than ever before!

我可以清楚地记着。有一次，直到我完成作业，老师才肯放我回家，所以我就回来晚了。那时候，天气更冷了，风也变得更大了。在那时，我又冷又饿。我觉得自己无法承受了，所以我迅速地跑回家。当我到家的时候，我感到从未有过的温暖和幸福。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

weather was rainy.The rain was raining heavily in the sky.And there was much

dirty water on the ground.

今天可真无聊。我哪儿也没去，就呆在家里，因为今天是雨天。天空中下着倾盆大雨,而且地上汇集着许多污水。

I watched TV,but all the shows were long and long soap operas.I didnt like

them!Then I read a book,but they were too difficult for me.So I couldnt get

it!Computer games were also difficult and boring...

我看了电视，但是所有的节目都是长长的电视连续剧，我不喜欢它们!然后我读了一本书，但是它对我来说太深奥了，我无法理解!电脑游戏也很困难而且无聊……

In short,the day was boring.I flet so bad!

总而言之，今天真无聊。我感觉太差了!

First I often listen to music ,then I take a showerahd have a breakfast,then I do my homework and have dinner.After I can taking a nap on 2 oclock.At 4 oclock ,I can play the computer and football.Last I have lunch and sleep.

On New Years Eve,all the family people get together to have a big dinner in the resturant.It make our family people get toghther.We enjoy ourselves and in the new year we all strive hard.

首先我经常听音乐，我先洗澡然后去吃早饭，后来我做作业吃午饭，之后我可以在2-4点睡一小会，我可以玩电脑踢足球，最后我吃晚饭睡觉。

在除夕夜的时候，我的家人坐在一起在饭店吃团圆饭。这是我的家人团聚。我们很享受并且在新年我们都将你努力奋斗。

Our military training will last 11 days from Aug. 15th to Aug. 25th. It will take place in the school playground. The training time is from 7:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. Everyone must attend the military training on time. Nobody is allowed to be absent from the training or be late for it. Ask the drillmaster for leave if necessary. Furthermore, we must be in military uniforms, wear strong sports shoes and bring our own cups. Finally, I have to stress that everyone should work hard during the training so that we will perform perfectly in the final test!

Spring Festival is the most important festival for Chinese people. The Spring Festival is very exciting, especially on the eve of the Spring Festival.

春节对于中国人来说是最重要的节日。在每年的春节都让人兴高采烈，尤其是大年三十那晚，更是达到了高潮。

The Spring Festival lasts for 15 days, there would be starting on the first day, to the end of the January 15 Lantern Festival.it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many of them travel back home and meet friends over dinner and drinks. The celebrations include decorating the house and setting off fireworks.But we are talking about a tradition that seems to be fading.

春节一共有15天，从大年初一开始，到元月十五元宵节这一天结束。在这段比较长的时间是中国人最忙的时候，他们为家庭聚会作安排，采购年货，准备丰盛的食物，以至于整个春节假期都忙忙碌碌的。许多人在春季期间都要回老家过年，跟朋友碰碰头，聚个餐。庆祝春节也包括大扫除和放烟火。但是我们现在要谈的是越来越淡的年味。

Spring Festival， as it is celebrated today， has undergone many changes， thanks to the country‘s economic development and globalization.

现在的春节已经因为我国经济的发展和全球化的影响而改变了很多。

Yet no Spring Festival is complete without food. People could not get good food whenever they desired in earlier times， something that does not apply to society today. More often than not， people faced the risk of famine. The best time for people to celebrate was when food was available in plenty， and that was possible in spring， or the beginning of the lunar new year. That was the main reason why Spring Festival acquired such great importance among Chinese people.

但是没有哪个春节是完全离得开“吃”的。从前，不论人们提前多久想要买年货，总是不能如愿，而现在早已今非昔比。过去常常还要闹饥荒。人们最好的庆祝时间就是他们能得到食物丰盛的时候，也就是春天或是元月初的那段时间。那也是为什么春节对于中国人如此重要的主要原因。

But three decades of economic growth has ensured that people in China， except for those who are still poor， can enjoy a good meal whenever they want. Such has been the change in people‘s fortune that some have to be treated for obesity and other health problems associated with excessive eating.

但是三十年来的经济发展已经让中国人，除了那些仍然穷苦的人以外，随时都能享受美食。这得益于人民财富的增长，但是后者也导致一些人吃得太多而受到肥胖威胁和健康问题。

In the past， celebrations were limited to events like song-and-dance duets in North China， dragon/lion dances in South China and fireworks， which required the joint efforts of the entire community. But economic development and urbanization seems to have weakened the social links among people. Many， especially those living in cities， are not interested in celebrating the festival with people they hardly know.

在过去，庆祝春节还只停留在北方的二人转和南方的舞龙舞狮等形式。那些庆祝活动往往需要许多人合力才能办得起来。但是经济的发展和国际化程度的提升似乎已经将这种社会联系弱化了。许多人，特别是城市居民，不太愿意与不相识的人一起共度春节。

Many customs associated with Spring Festival have changed， too. In the past， people used to visit relatives and friends with gifts and lots of good wishes. Today， many people， especially the youth， use their cell phones or the Internet to send their good wishes and even "gifts" to their relatives and friends. Some may say this a sign that people have become less caring about their near and dear ones， but we should see this development as a time- and energy-saving exercise granted by the information age.

与春节相关的许多习俗也被改变了。在过去，人们常常会带着礼物走亲访友，互道祝福。今天许多人，特别是年轻人，用手机或是网络向亲朋好友发去“礼物”和祝福。有些人或许会说，这说明人们已经没有那么关心至爱亲朋了，但是我们应该把这种变化看作信息化时代省钱省力的好办法。

In recent times， many people have started praying for a career promotion or more money instead of invoking God or the Buddha for a healthy and long life and the welfare of their family. But the number of such people is decreasing now， which shows that people are becoming more reasonable.

最近几年，许多人开始祈祷事业高升，财源滚滚，而不是求神拜佛，他们身体健康，长命百岁，家庭美满。但是这样的人数现在正在减少，说明人们开始变得更加理性。

刚进高中，还没好好的看校园的景色，就听到了要军训的消息，军训，这对我们这些高一新生是那么的陌生，可高二的学长却对我说起了军训的可怕之处，难道军训真的那么可怕吗?我半信半疑。 As soon as I entered high school, I heard the news of military training and military training, which was so strange to us in the high school.But the senior of the senior high school talked to me about the terrible features of military training. 过了一天，我和同学们依旧站在操场，动作行云流水，整齐，心中不免有些得意，想到这些天这么辛苦的训练，终于有点收获，心中不免有些感慨，可就在我得意忘形，高兴的找不到北时，教官的一句话把我从白云之上，扔到了地面上，原来，在摆臂时，后臂没有摆开，教官说：你后臂怎么没摆开呀?这一排就你一个人没摆开。唉，人不能得意忘形啊。

离军训结束还有一天了，同学们都使足了劲，以争取做得，得到教官的表扬，可表扬的少，受批评的占大多数。看来，兵不是那么好当的。这几天，我很佩服教官，他陪我们一起在太阳底下晒，一起训练，却依旧那么精神，神采奕奕。反观我们，却一个个不停的在发牢，一个个累得坐在草地上，唉，真是人比人，气死人。不过，经过这次天的努力，和前几天的经脸和教训，我也取得了不小的进步，虽然，没有受过表扬，却也没有再受过批评了。自我感觉良好。

军训终于结束了，我们在太阳下暴晒的苦日子到头啦。通过这几天的军训生活，我终于知道钢铁是怎样炼成的了。终于明白了吃得苦中苦，方为人上人的真谛。军训真得使我爱益非浅。
