那天，我们刚来到基地，教官就叫我们如何做人工呼吸：首先把人员平放在地上，看一下他有没有心跳和呼吸，再把他的衣领解开，使他呼吸能更顺畅；接着解开他的裤腰带，一部分的水往下流；然后找到肚脐眼，向下三个手指头，双手叠在一起五指闭拢按下去，直到他嘴里的水往嘴巴两侧流时，就可以了；最后吸一口气吹到人员嘴中，一直做到醒来。晚上，教官还教我们唱军歌："战士责任重呀嘿。 "那声声的歌声仿佛唱出了军人们的心声。那声音多么洪亮！那意志多么坚定！

第二天，教官教我们踩高跷。一个男生率先玩，只见他紧缩眉头，面容紧张，但终归是男生，他鼓起了勇气，踩了上去，"1，2，3。"我们数数着。过了一会儿，他就完成了任务。紧接着，一个女生上场了，可没想到她不管怎么样他使终不敢迈出第一步，于是我们就给她加油声中，她颤颤巍巍的完成了任务。一个同学接着一个同学都完成了任务，不知不觉中到我上场了，我的心突然像揣了兔子—怦怦直跳，脑子里一片空白，所有的东西都烟消云散了！我努力地踩了上去，可又掉了下来。就这样，踩了掉，掉了踩，经过一番折腾，我终于踩稳了，小心翼翼的向前走去。不久，我慢慢适应了，步伐越来越快，越来越稳，总算完成了任务。

第三天，我们进行了火灾逃生演练。第一次进入演练室时觉得屋子很黑可因为有路标很快就完成了认任务。第二次进入演练室时，由于教官把路标关了，看不见了，所以只能在里面摸黑。不过，经过努力，我是女生中第一个完成任务的。

通过这次军训，我明白了一个道理：凡事只要笑一笑没有什么事情过不了。因此，我把这句话作为我的座右铭，并一直激励着我向成功的道路驶去！
