刚来基地的路上，孩子们一路高歌，兴致勃勃的坐着公交车，来到焦作阳光少年军校，先安排学生的宿舍，12个人一个屋子，双层床，我们的孩子大多是第一次过集体生活，对于睡在上铺有些恐惧，我们安慰他们好半天才算安顿好。熄灯号响过半天了，学生们还是特别兴奋，在宿舍里闲谈，有的在屋里走来走去，教官劝说多次，才算慢慢安静下来。晚上二三点，忽听楼上咚一声，我们几个老师几乎同时被惊醒：不好，谁从床上掉下来了！我们赶忙跑上去。幸好是下铺的孩子，没有受伤，我们才松了口气。

以后的几天里，我们都会在学生睡前查人数，半夜去查房，确保孩子们的安全。

到了第三天，就有孩子叫苦了，嫌累了。有的吵吵要回家；有的因为适应能力差，生病了；有的发生了矛盾打起来了；……·有那么多我们没有想到的突发事件，破坏了对军训的美好向往。尤其是发病的孩子，大多数都是头疼，恶心。大多数并不是累病的，是家长准备的零食太多，太杂，导致到饭点儿了却不饿，半晌了又饥了，我们领了这个看完病，又领那个看。……好烦人！

终于可以回家了！把孩子们交到他们父母手里，我们就可以安心的睡一觉了！

又是一年暑假，又到了军训的日子。

今年的军训与往年的不同，第一是教官由两个变成了一个——部队管理变严，第二是训练的科目变多，毕竟升了一个年级。

第一天，由于我个人的原因，我没有去。到了第二天站队时才发现“吃了亏”，因为我站在了后面。

言归正传，这次给我们训练的全是武警，就是武装警察部队，通俗来说就是扛枪杆子的。这让我不免有些紧张，毕竟是武警，可能训练起来会更严格。当我见到他时我才发现，他好像没那么严肃，好像反而我们使他更紧张。

这次的训练内容也升级了。从简单的队列走到加入跑操，格斗术从简单的四个动作变成了一套组合拳。当然标准也随之升高：队列要更齐，口号要更响，动作要更劲。

半天过后（我第一天没来）我们开始了展示表演初步的彩排，后面的两天也是以排练为主。

第一次走过程时，站在上面指挥的宋排长一次一次的喊，让我们不要动（站军姿），经过了几天的训练，我觉得这次的军训比上次的要严格得多。排长的鹰眼扫视着我们这群不成“样”的士兵，谁动了就出来。于是我赶紧站好，不敢怠慢。

在排练过程中给我印象最深的是21——30班的队长，他组织唱军歌时基本是吼出来的，因为排练了很多次，每次我都特别留意听这个声音，每个人都尽自己所能，这种状态也感染了我，我自觉的站的更直了。

短短的三天很快就过去了，转眼来到了汇报演出的日子，上午又是以往的排练，但到中午时有个惊喜，排长让一个班长给我们唱了首歌，他唱的挺好，至少听不出跑调，没想到军队中也有能歌善舞的豪杰。言归正传，我们下午的演出顺利进行，很成功，期间排长说了些很有“意思”的话，让家长们和我们互动，气氛一下就起来了。

这三天的升级教育军训，虽然时间很短，但让我终身难忘，难忘的不仅是学到的技能，还有那种精神……

为期五天的军训生活终于结束了。在此期间，感受甚深。同学们在军训基地个个都坚持着，努力着，不怕困难不怕苦，走过了五天炼狱般的生活。

军训，顾名思义就是作为一名军人接受训练，即使再苦再累也要坚持。我也曾接受过军训，在小学与初中的军训中，可以说受的苦头多了，也长了记性。但当我来到高中进行高中的军训以后，才发现差别极大。

来到军训基地的第一天，沉重的训练就强压在我们身上，因为许久不曾锻炼，所以还没有完全适应的我们当然有着离开这的欲望。高中军训和初中军训相比，高中的更加艰苦。高中的训练要求与程度远远比初中高，训练项目也有所不同。经过了漫长又痛苦的第一天后，我们渐渐的适应了这的生活，体质也有所增强。

在军训基地学习的军体拳，虽初中已学过，但也早已忘却，如今又学起来，也发现了它的不同之处。要求更加严格了，出拳要有气势有力度，姿势要更好，马步要更稳，腰部要直等。这还算简单，但正步走却不一样。正步走可以说是在所有训练项目中最困难的一项，起初我觉的容易，因为我达到了教官所要求的标准，腿伸的且直又高，步伐也稳，所以我很不解教官所说的难在哪。经过一段时间的训练，原来它真的很难，难在于配合。集体的配合和团结才是关键。一个人走的再好，而不配和于集体，那仍旧是散乱的。所以说军训不仅增强了我们的体质还使我们集体更加团结统一了。

在军训基地除了训练之外还参观了三大城场馆并开展了水上活动。去了科技馆，了解了许多有趣的科学现象，如光可以弯曲传播、力的传播等，充实了我们的生活；来到国防教育馆，如亲临历史场景，了解了深远的历史；参观蝴蝶馆，开阔了我们的视野。水上活动的开展也让我们感受到第一次划船的乐趣和刺激。

军训期间让我感触最深的还是总教官所说的几句话，原话已忘却，但其内容大概如此：如果军训五天都坚持不了，那么高中三年该怎么过？总教官的话很有道理，这令我想起初中毕业后和一名同学约定过要考上同一所大学，虽然各奔东西，但我知道我们共同努力就能实现。总教官的话激励了我，从此更加坚定了自己的目标，如果连这五天的军训都坚持不住，那更何谈及这高中三年呢！

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center
