炎热的夏日，骄阳似火，连续几个小时的操练，让我们吃尽了苦头。单调乏味的军训日复一日，头顶上的烈日记录着我们的汗水。军姿、蹲起、行进……一系列的动作不停地重复，直到教官满意的点点头，我们才算“过关”。我们就是这样，一步一步苦练过来的。

最终一天，我们来到大操场开始阅兵和领奖。领奖的时候我们班只拿到了两个奖，我觉得之所以我们没拿到更多的奖状，是因为我们没有团结好和没有休息好。军训完了一天后我觉得很累，第二天起床也没有精神，脚还很痛。

真是一次难以忘怀的军训，它让我深深地盛触那句话：一份耕耘，一份收获。你只要付出了，就必须会有相应的收获，你付出的越多，收获的也就越多。人生往往是这样。虽然，这五天来的军训是前所未有过的艰苦，但它也是我这一生中最完美的回忆。

七天的军训生活在同学们的欢歌笑语中，在教官嘹亮的口号声中，在老师的关心照顾下，终于圆满地拉下了帷幕。在这七天里，我们学到了许多人生中的道理，现在回味起来，感慨万千！

还记得刚接到军训通知时的样子，我兴奋不已，终于要离开父母的怀抱，和同学们一起住在学校了，一起军训，一起睡觉……盼望着，这一天终于来到了

军训生活的艰苦是我所未曾料到的。一天中大部分时间都在训练。操场上似乎也永远只有嘹亮的口号，整齐的步伐和挥洒的汗水。一次又一次的重复演练，让我们充分地感受到了“十年磨一剑”的辛酸。然而，我们不会抱怨，更不会放弃。在锻炼中我们认识了很多，从而走向了坚强。

军训第一天，教官首先叫我们站军姿十分钟。十分钟，在平常是一个很短的时间，可现在，烈日当头，十分钟在我们眼里简直是漫长的冬季。炎热的太阳火辣辣的炙烤着大地，脚后跟并拢，双脚成60度，挺胸收腹，双眼平视前方，大家都像电线杆似的直挺挺地耸在地上。汗水像一泻千里的洪水，从每一个毛孔中争先恐后地喷涌出来。时间一分一秒地过去，我真希望时间走得快一点，或者下一点雨刮些凉风。但这些都是幻想，有时我实在忍不住想动了，就会在心里默默地念：“坚持就是胜利……”

7天的军训生活结束了。我早已疲惫不堪。刚学立正是，我就疑惑了：为什么体育课中经常做的动作，早已会的动作，教官为什么要如此仔细地讲解，为什么一个左转，一个右转要我们如此煞费苦心地练习。5天的军训让我明白了：站军姿，是为了体现炎黄子孙不屈不饶的精神，体现了龙的传人的毅力；练转身，体现了人类敏捷的思维。我相信，军训生活将使我终身受益。

在开学初我们开始了难忘的军训生活。早上的太阳还是那么温柔，小草上还挂着明珠似的露水。就在这样舒适的环境中，我们开始了一天的军训。“各班注意开始军训，30分钟军姿。”教官在台上宣布着。在前10分钟的时候所有的一切都很容易。拇指贴于十指的第二节，双手贴紧裤线，背直头正，所有动作都做得非常标准。阳光透过树叶的缝隙变成了一缕缕金丝照在身上是格外的温暖。可是军姿绝对不会在轻松时刻结束。慢慢的我感到腿变得很僵，汗打湿了衣服，一滴滴豆大的汗珠掉进眼里，眼睛感到很刺痛很想用手揉。可是我看见身旁的同学和我一样，但站的依然很挺拔。

为什么他们可以我却不行，坚持住没有什么不可以的。我自己暗暗地说着。十点钟的太阳变得如此刺眼。在这时，一缕阳光射中我，它就像一把利剑给了我继续坚持的力量。操场上初二初三的哥哥姐姐们一直在坚持着。“同学们坚持住，还有十分钟，你们是最棒“教官在一旁提醒着我们。十分钟并不短，在暴晒的太阳下我靠着毅力坚持了下来。突然，在我的眼前出现了一个熟悉的身影，是他教官。教官和我们一起站军姿，他站的是那样标准。同样在太阳下我却放松了，绝不行，我心中暗自打气。时间就像汗水一样慢慢的一点点的流过。在最后的两分钟时我感觉自己变得如此高大，感觉自己已经成为一名优秀的军人了，一名具有顽强毅力的巨人。军训是我开学两个月中最难忘的事。它教会我坚持，就像老师曾经说过的话，别人放弃他前行，一次次跌倒在爬起来，坚持就是胜利。军训生活，成为我记忆中的珍宝之一，让我永远忘不了。

仪式结束后就到了我们住宿的地方，我们是8个人一个寝室，通过这几天的训练，我们几个人已经成为了要好的朋友，我们寝室的同学们都很有组织，有纪律。我们8个人都非常团结，因为我的床距离门口最近，所以寝室的同学们选举我成为我们1218寝室的寝室长。我敢说，这几天我没有辜负同学们和教官的期望，也对得起我这个寝室长的称号，我把我的工作做的很努力。

军训结束到了吃饭的时候我们都是先站在楼下，一路一路的同学往食堂跑去。还必须得拐直角，到了食堂，必须军姿站好，站在饭桌边上。等到教官说坐，才可以坐下，教官再说开饭才可以动筷子。其实在这几天我没一顿吃饱饭的，我挑食，那些菜都不爱吃，不过，我回家之后可不再那么挑食拉，我知道了饿的感觉，是那样的不好受哇！

几天军训生活中最累的就是训练了，真的是魔鬼般的啊，每个动作都要做到位，一停下来就要军姿站好，不可以随便乱晃。我们的教官给我们立了一个班规，就是“蹲姿”！每当我们听到这个词的时候心里都微微一颤，突然间充满力量，不敢懈怠。教官一遍一遍喊着口号，我们一遍一遍训练着，真的好累。有一次我们去看电影《唐山大地震》结束的时候，我们到外面站排，我抬头望见天空很美很美，真有种星空的感觉，我还看到了北斗七星呐！我们都很兴奋，叫着喊着，很怕别人看不到这美景。回到寝室楼下，我们的教官很生气，让我们在楼下站了足足快有一个点，我坚持了好久，终于，流出了眼泪。我实在受不了了，身体都很酸。但是我还是一动没动，心里默念，并期待着可以回到寝室的床上。

我们每天都起的特别的早，每天4：00就得起来，不然5：20吹起床哨再起来，洗漱的时间就不够了……我们真的是“睡的比平时早，起得比鸡早啊”！

我们这几天的努力都是为了最后一天的会操和分列式，到了最后一天我们都精神饱满的迎接军训闭幕式，和军训表演，当我们走向主席台的那一刻，我看到领导、老师、和教官们满意的眼神与微笑，我们明白，我们这几天的努力都没有白费。我们在这次军训中成长了自己，同时也锻炼了自己能吃苦耐劳的精神，让我们在今后走向社会，走向未来的实践中获得锻炼。这就是我们来此的真正目的。

虽然很辛苦，但是教官和老师更辛苦，可以听见，每一位教官的嗓子都是沙哑的。老师则是陪伴在我们训练的时候，要是谁驼背了，老师给直；谁生病了，老师嘘寒问暖；谁晕倒了，老师去扶；谁胃疼，老师给接热水。原来我本以为，教官就是爱折腾我们，可是经过这几天的本文来自相处，我知道，这只是教官的工作，他们只想让我们知道什么叫做军事化，什么叫做部队。

虽然短短六天的训练时间不能改变我们什么，不能让我们在生活中也像在那里的时候那样做，但能够让我们明白什么是集体的力量，什么是自力更生，让我们从中成长起来。让我们明白“风雨之后，彩虹依旧”！

天空没有残翅留下的痕迹，当我们悄然飞过时，蓦然回首，才发现原来最美的我们已经经过！

车厢里洋溢着我们的万千感慨，那是一种说不尽的兴奋与惆怅，望着车窗外不断后退的海警高专，多么希望时间可以在这一刻静止。六天，哪是一句“再见”所能割舍？车轮飞快，正如来时那样，但坐着的却是不一样的我们……

记得六天前，我们脸上的还略带几分稚气，手提着沉重的行李，刚下车就看见了操场上正刻苦训练的军官们，那是多么挺拔的军姿，多么响亮的口号啊，我的眼里流露着几许崇敬与向往。

当我们被带到宿舍时，整个宿舍已被打扫得干干净净，整齐地摆放着五张木制的高低床。宿舍的前后各有一扇窗户，放下行李，我迫不及待地走到了窗边，眺望远方，无限风光尽收眼底，那江水一浪接着一浪，不断冲击着停靠着的舰艇。再远处便是美丽的招宝山了，山上的高塔是那样的引人注目。仰望天空，天是那样的蓝，惟有那炙热的太阳在骄傲地燃烧，提醒着我天气的炎热，但是，我决不退缩，决不妥协，我的军训生活就将从这里开始了！

一声响亮而短促的哨声响起，我们慌忙地跑下楼去，排好队伍随即我们便被带到了大礼堂。一句句慑人心弦话语映入我们的心头，掌声雷动，我们的心也随之一起澎湃，正如教官所说“即将展开的军训定会取得圆满的成功”！

火球似的太阳高悬空中，炙烤着大地，地上热浪腾腾，灼面而来。但是，这点困难又怎能难得倒我们，昂首挺胸，向着太阳，向着困难，我们无所畏惧。几天里，我们的张教官先后教了我们学习立正、稍息、正步走、齐步走……耳听着他的嗓音逐渐沙哑，心中充满了愧疚，而这也更加重了我们前进的动力。头顶着火辣辣的太阳，汗水不断地从额头上，鼻尖上冒出来，顺着脸颊往下流，我咬牙坚持着，我要学着像军人那样站如松，完全服从指挥！接下来的几天，暴雨来袭，驱走了几分炎热，但逆风而行，在风雨中，我们同时也领悟了坚持的真谛！

军训生活不但有苦，同样也充满着乐趣。休息的时候，丰富而有趣的课外活动使我们领略了教官的多才多艺，诙谐幽默；使我们了解了同学的活泼开朗，真诚大方；使我们熔炼了班级体的团结合作，齐心协力。笑声中，大家无不忘却了训练中的辛苦；掌声中，大家抖擞了精神，更为接下来的训练补充了能量。每当开饭前，我们的军歌响彻了整个操场，没有流行歌曲的前卫，但这歌声却充满着军人的昂扬斗志，铿锵有力！“团结就是力量”这不单单是我们所唱的，也正是我们的信仰！

我们还参观了海军的舰艇，硕大的舰艇停靠在江边，给以人一种威严庄重的感觉。我站在艇上，一种莫名的感触涌上心头，那是一种自豪，一种对海军日夜守护边防的敬畏与感激，一种能有幸与海军融为一体的满足！

宿舍楼里，一声声震耳的“教官好”、“老师好”此起彼伏，每每喊完，我们总能看到教官或是老师脸上那浅浅的微笑，而这时，我们的心也是无比的舒畅，原来尊重他人，赢得微笑自己也会感到快乐。

六天的时光悄然过去，最激动人心的是离开前的阅兵式。在三次紧张的彩排后，阅兵式正式开始了。伴随着激昂的进行曲，和着教官那有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，喊着响亮的方号，一个个昂首挺胸，目光闪烁着从未有过的坚定。依旧是阳光灿烂，然而这次在阳光下，我们的心中却有着别样的感动，我们长大了。在领导们的发言结束后，依旧是掌声雷动，这掌声是献给领导们的，更是献给我们自己的！在这六天里，也许有过因训练强度过大而产生的埋怨，也许有过因想念家人而彻夜未眠，也许有过因饭菜不和胃口而咽不下饭，但我们从未轻言放弃，我们学会了一种名叫坚持的东西，这一刻我们完全有理由骄傲地为自己欢呼喝彩，在这场艰苦的战役中我们是真正的胜利者！

再见了，教官们！再见了，海警高专！车轮飞快，将载着我们离开，但那份美好的回忆将永驻我们心中。感谢这次军训所带给我们的一切光荣与感动，幸福与友情，磨练与自信！我们将会带这一切走好未来的路！
