当然军训不仅教会我们如何战胜自己，发挥自己的潜能，更重要的是让我明白一个集体的重要性，让我懂得严于律己。在一个众人组成的团队中，我不再以我为中心武断的思想，而是严格的要求自己去完成一次次的训练，只有把自己做好才不会影响到团队的训练。还有，所谓“团结就是力量”，一开始训练齐步，跑步走时，大家都走不好，有的较快，有的稍慢，但是大家团结一心，稍作调整，并多训练，最终还是走出了军人的姿势。

最不幸的是我身上长出了密密麻麻的痱子，又痛又痒。自小在家娇生惯养的我从来都没吃过这种苦。躺在床上，浑身针刺的感觉让我难以入睡，心里想的是家里的舒服，爸妈的疼爱。终于我被我的眼泪征服了，满脑子只有一个字--家。我轻声哭泣了好久，忽然想到一个问题：“我为什么要军训?”对，我要学会坚强，我要振作，我可以坚持到底的。我很快擦干了眼泪，闭上眼睛，去迎接新一天的挑战。

有时候教官会教我们唱军歌，然后又跟别的分队去拉歌。那惊天动地的叫声，其实也是一曲美妙的歌声，洋溢着我们兴奋、喜悦的心情。这种情景平常不容易遇到，大家都十分珍惜，拼命地叫喊着。这时的教官也一改往日严肃的表情，神采飞扬、笑容可掬，其实他们也是同样的青春、可爱。

最疯狂的就数那最后一晚了。我们分队的真是厉害，竟把三位教官请到了我们教室，缠着他们唱歌。平时我们听教官，这会教官可不得不听我们的。我们还不准他们唱军歌。教官们都一个个求饶，罗教官哭笑不得地骂我们：“你们这帮!真是太不像话了!”但他还是逃不出去，正像一位同学说的，“他可栽在我们手里了。”

看大家一起无拘无束，闹得多开心。与教官平时的表情比较起来，简直就是两个人。教官们都把唱歌的优先权让给别人，看他们“你推我让”的样子，是那样的孩子气，我常常忍不住大笑出来。

All the civilian and military officers at court were breathless with anxiety for fear that Ji An might bring disaster upon himself because of this. After returning, Emperor Wudi said to the people around him that Ji An was a little too rude and too straightforward.

For this reason ,Ji An was never promoted again. When he was the commander in charge of the appointment and dismissal of the local officials, both Gongsun Hong and Zhang Tang were low -ranking lfficials of little importance. Later ,they were promoted continuously. Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and Zhang Tang became the imperial censor. However, JiAns post remained thesame. One day, Ji An said to Emperor Wudi that the way the emperor used his ministers was just like piling up firewood, which meant that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers. Of course, Emperor Wudi could see that Ji An was complaining. So,turning to his ministers, Emperor Wudi said, "It is true that no one can stop learning.You see, Ji An is making more and more indiscreet remarks."

This story comes from The Historical Records. Later generations use the set phrase "the latecomers surpass the old-timers " to indicate that successors can cxcel the predecessors, which is quite different from the original idea when Ji An said that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers.

从此以后，汲黯的官职再也没有提升。他当主爵都尉的时候，公孙弘、张汤都还是不起眼的小官，后来，他们一个劲儿住上升，公孙弘当上了丞相，张汤做上了御史大夫，可他汲黯还蹲在原地没动窝。有一天，汲黯对武帝说，陛下使用群臣，跟码劈柴一样，是“后来者居上”啊！汉武帝当然听得出这是发牢骚。于是，转脸对臣下们说：“人真是不能不学习啊！你们听汲黯说话，越来越离谱了！”

故事出自《史记汲郑列传》。成语“后来居上”，往往指后起的可以胜过先前的。和汲黯说这话的原意，大不相同。

烈日炎炎，骄阳似火！篮球场上，十九个教官，十九个班，南雅学子正军训。

“头要正，颈要直！”“动了，就跟我打报告！”“动作太慢，不整齐，重来！”篮球场上，响着教官们清亮严肃的声音。同学们顶着烈日，背挺得笔直，双手紧贴裤缝，衣服上早已被汗水浸染出了条条白线，在深蓝衬衫上格外惹眼。如火的强光从头顶打下来，虽惹得眼微眯，却掩不住少年坚毅的眼神。脚底火辣辣地疼，肩也有些酸痛，却仍笔挺地立着，一动不动。

今天是军训的第七天，主要复习以往的动作和学习走正步。还是腿软脚疼，还是烈日炙烤，还是反复训练……或许由于渐渐适应了这军训生活，时间过得快多了，转眼一天又过去了。我期盼着明天的到来……

几天军训我似乎明白了一条生活哲理：人应该而且能够适应环境。如此繁重的任务，如此紧张辛苦的日子，如此一个新环境，如此一种全新的生活……我适应了，证明我有极强的适应能力。我自信这一点会让我受用终生。

以前我对“服从命令是军人的天职”这句话不是很理解，直到今日，我终有所悟。我们军训时一切听教官指挥，竟没有谁敢违抗命令。这是为什么?也许是如此一个环境吧，或许是怕受惩罚，或许是我们纪律观念强。总之，我能理解服从命令的重要，我也学会了服从命令。

一个人总会有精神上的支撑与寄托，一旦没有，这个人将会崩溃，一事无成。军训时，我心里有着要锻炼身体、减轻体重的目标，有不给班级拉后腿的信念，有坚持到底不服输的意念，还有远方亲人的嘱咐与期望……我坚持下来了更新。

一眨眼为期七天的军训结束了，留给我们的是辛，酸，苦，辣和我们永恒的记忆。结束并不意味着句号，而是漫长的高中生活中的一个逗号。需要我们努力的日子还很长，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下求索。

灼热的大地，火辣辣的阳光，汗流浃背的学生，构成了一道特别的“吃苦风景线”，若大的体育场在阳光下一点一点的熔化，缩小，直到把我们吞噬。飞舞的蝇虫流淌的汗水，酸痛的四肢，我们并不在乎，在乎的是我们学到了什么，学会了什么。吃苦不是时尚，需要用汗水和毅力去交换，吃苦给我们留下无尽的财富，强壮的体魄，雷厉风行的作风，和敢于战胜困难的勇气!

i like my school life very much,it is very interesting.i usually reach school at half past seven.then we do morning exercises at eight oclock.we have eight lessons every day.the lesson begin at a quarter past eight.my favourite subject is english.i can get a lot of english knowledge from our teacher.our teacher are very good-natured.they are always kind to us.i also like our outdoor activities.when we have outdoor activities,everyone in the playground is active and lively.how happy we are in our beautiful school!i love the life in my school!

i had a joyful summer vacation. during the holidays, i traveled with my families. we went to beijing and stayed there for four days. we lived in the hotel. it is very beautiful. we visited to the tiananmen square, the imperial palace, the summer palace and the old summer palace. we also went to the great wall. the weather was very hot, but we were exciting. i like beijing very much. i hope i can go there again.
