in China. I am not the biggest fan of WuJing(the director and leading role of

the movie), but this movie he direct really impressed me. I have watched Wolf

Warrior which I would consider as a good movie, but II is way much better. It is

the first Chinese movie that is built on the context of African country and

actually shot in South Africa, bearing the risk of suffering the disturbance on

随着科技的发展，人们可以通过一些手术来让他们的脸看起来完美，甚至看起来比实际的年龄年轻。当我们看到商业广告时，可以发现明星看起来很漂亮，嫉妒他们年轻的容颜。但是对于我来说，我觉得保持年轻的秘密不是通过外科手术，而是保持健康的生活方式。今天，年轻人的生活方式很不健康，他们喜欢熬夜，中午才起床。年轻人养成了在晚上活动，白天睡觉的习惯。这是多么糟糕啊，他们是在损害自己的身体，他们的身体比正常的速度老化得快。如果人们早睡早起，做运动，保持平衡的饮食，他们会看起来年轻。所以不要期望通过外科手术来变得年轻，那是有害的，唯有健康的生活习惯才能让你年轻。

今年暑假，我满怀期待地参加了南海实验中学的五天新生军训，开始了中学生的第一课。

第一天的军训是在没有阳光照射的空地上进行的，我们这些初一新生感到非常轻松，对军训生活的紧张感降低了许多。我们都不知道，这其实只是军训中的第一个挑战……

到了第二天，我们在教室享受着舒服的空调，聊着天，不知谁叫了一声：“教官来啦！”我们立即坐好。只见那皮肤黝黑，身着军装的教官推门进来，清清嗓子，说：“集队！”教官没有把我们带去昨天阴凉的空地，却把我们带去了操场。操场上阳光直射，弄得我们满头大汗，拼命擦汗。天上的太阳精神抖擞，用尽全力把身上不断发出的光和热甩向大地，恨不得把一切都烧焦。我很担心被这阳光晒成黑炭。

天气本来就很热，教官却又下了一个可怕的命令：“站军姿时不能擦汗、挠痒。全部人要站直，一动不动。如果真的受不了，必须喊报告。”火辣的阳光晒得我浑身湿透，汗水又粘又痒，让人非常不舒服。我好想擦擦汗，喝点水，缓解一下炎热。刚想喊“报告”，发现站在我前面的小李站得笔直，大滴的汗珠从发尖滚落到背上，衣服湿了一大半。我自言自语：“他能做到，我为什么做不到呢？”于是，我咬牙坚持了下来。

“稍息，原地休息20秒。”大家松了口气，有些同学坐下休息。“啊！”有位同学大叫了一声，“好烫啊！”原来太阳把地面烤得火热，当然很烫。无意之中，我发现我的白鞋边上变成了红色。我疑惑地看了看鞋底，不禁吓了一跳——鞋底全部变成了红色！也许是天气太热了，融化了大地，把操场上的红漆烤得掉色了。

在这样炎热的天气中，我们都能坚持，还有什么困难解决不了呢？

同样地，第三天的艰苦训练我们也坚持了下来。

第四天出现了更可怕的情形，就是我们训练时突然下起了大雨。教官不动声色，继续“呀啊衣”（口令“一二一”在教官口里成了“呀啊衣”）地喊口令指挥我们训练。我们淋得浑身湿透，却没有人吭声喊苦。我想：“如果给我们训练的是父母，他们绝对不忍心让我们淋雨。”军训结束后，我们开玩笑说，我们练出了“水火不侵”的意志。

到了最后一天，军训会操表演的时刻到了。我们昂首挺胸，步伐整齐，夺得了特等奖的好成绩，赢得家长、老师们一阵阵的掌声。后来，教官告诉我们：“其实我们班站军姿是练得最久的。”是啊，如果没有艰苦的训练，哪会有后来的收获呢？

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.
