在军训的日子里，我最开心的是孩子们随教官出操训练以后，我可以独自拥有大把大把的阅读时光，真是惬意极了！

I put five big watermelons on the bucket, and I lifted the bucket and pulled it back. I was full of sweat when I came home, but "the emperor has no man to do", and my mother gave me an ice watermelon to reward me. Its nice!

But, those are memories, and the new semester is the one that needs to be faced.

As a middle school student, I learn many subjects, I study so hard every day. When I get home, I will do my homework and then go over the book. But when holiday comes, I feel a little confused, because I don’t want to study and do something new. Then I don’t know what to do, my mind get blank. I decide to develop my interest. Some day, I happened to see a tennis match and I couldn’t stop watching, then I fell in love with tennis. So I started to learn playing tennis, I felt so happy. Now tennis is my favorite sport, I find a way to relax myself.

作为一个中学生,我学许多科目,我每天那么努力学习。当我回家时,我会做作业,然后复习书本。但当假期来临的时候,我感到有点困惑,因为我不想学习，想做一些新的事情。我就不知道要做什么,我的头脑一片空白。我决定培养我的兴趣。有一天,我碰巧看到一场网球比赛,我无法停止下来看,然后我爱上了网球。因此我开始学习打网球,我感到很高兴。现在网球是我最喜欢的运动,我找到一个方法来放松自己。

2010年11月22日，我怀着无比好奇的心情，踏上我的第一次军训旅程。

在开往军营的大巴上，大家高兴的议论着将要发生的军训是干什么。到达训练营，第一眼看到许多名人的相片，每张相片都有一个战争的故事，他们都是为了革命而牺牲自己。他们的精神真让我感动。接着看见一架战斗机模型，让我好激动，真想上去坐坐，更兴奋的是一架火箭炮出现在我面前，我想象它发射的威力该有多么强大。然后，我们跟着教官到宿舍放下行礼，换上迷彩服，准备第一天军训的开始。

在军营操场上，我们的第一任务是学习军姿，光是学习立正就半个钟头，要求很严格，要做到纹丝不动。在操练时，我就被蚊子咬了四个包，头上有一只黄蜂飞来飞去，让我既受惊又不敢动，真是汗流满面。后来，还是教官高抬贵手，赶走了黄蜂。

每天早上六点二十分起床、洗漱、整理内务、吃饭，八点钟又开始了新一天的军训，每天军训下来，我的腿又酸又软，浑身没劲。看着教官一天到晚，精神饱满，不知疲倦，我才明白“钢铁是怎么样炼成的”呀！

每天夜里，我躲在被窝里想着家，想着爸爸妈妈，想着我温暖的床铺和香甜可口的饭菜，想着，想着，我就睡着了。

终于盼到了军训结束联欢晚会，庆祝完，大家就可以回家了，所以在联欢晚会上，同学们的精彩表演，大家唤着嘹亮的口号，掌声如雷，欢声，笑声汇集在一起。

军训结束返校汇演，我看着妈妈拍的相片，相片上的我们穿着一身身迷彩服，戴着一顶顶军帽，腰间挂着一条条腰带，整齐有序，昂头挺胸的气魄，这就是我们军训的成果。我自豪地为自己喝彩！我为大家喝彩！

I like to read books, because a good book, contains a wealth of knowledge

and good feelings. Reading a good book is across time and space, dialogue with

wisdom and noble people.

Reading makes me rich knowledge, purify the soul. Book is the ocean of

knowledge, it is gradually broadened my horizons, improve my ability. I have

benefited a lot from reading this is self-evident.

Reading is a golden key for me open the door to knowledge, reading is like

the sun light up bright future for me.

我喜欢读书，因为一本好书，蕴含着丰富的知识和美好的情感。阅读一本好书就是跨越时间和空间，同睿智而高尚的人对话。

读书使我丰富了知识，净化了灵魂。书是知识的海洋，它在潜移默化之中开拓了我的.眼界，提高了我的才干。读书使我受益匪浅这是不言而喻的。

读书是一把金钥匙为我打开知识宝库的大门，读书就像太阳为我照亮美好的前程。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people

come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result,

traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out.

What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for

people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.
