Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

Shanghai. My family were very happy to spend the Spring Festival with them. And

it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Years Eve，my father and my uncle talked about their work together.

My mum did some cooking with my aunt. Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV

盼望一周的军训终于到了。

乘着车看着风景，仰望天上的蓝天白云，看着碧绿而又粗壮的树木，心里就特别美滋滋。到了基地，我们每人得到了一套军装，又称为迷彩服。我们穿上迷彩服去集合，广播里正在分教练，而我们的教练是于磊，我们给他起了个外号“鱼雷”。从此以后我们说的笑话就是：给你们讲个鬼故事，“鱼雷”来了。

第一个项目就是整理床铺。我们跟着教练先把被子铺起来，再把被子折成三分之二的大小，把多余的被子叠到上面来，中间留一拳的距离，最后把被子落在一起，这就是“豆腐块”。

第二个项目就是站姿了。教练让我们先站20分钟，只要有人动就加五分钟。我们一个个在骄阳似火的天气下，个个汗流浃背，但谁也没动，没人去擦脸上的汗水，终于我们挺过来了。接着，我们开始练踏步。刚开始还好，最后我们像脱缰的野马一样，横冲直撞的。结果我们被罚了做蛙跳，做完蛙跳又罚俯卧撑趴着，直到教练的心情好一点，我们才起来。

“天下没有不散的宴席”星期五下午，我们在哭声中告别了教练。他们选择了军营，就要甘于奉献，穿上了军装，就要珍惜荣誉；走上了战场，就要冲锋陷阵。

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow.
