今天我们踏入了初中，迎接了第一个挑战—军训。

第一天，我们早早地起了床，洗漱完毕后就下去集合了。我们站成两列纵队，向操场走去。我们听从教官的指挥，跟着学站军姿：“后跟靠拢，两肩后张腰背挺直，膝盖向后顶。”这句话我们熟记于心，做也做得不错。在军姿的要领上，我们认真地完成了每一个动作，可是到了晚上的汇报表演时，我们却做得一团糟，惹得其他连队哄堂大笑，教官恼怒不已，罚我们走鸭子步，做俯卧撑。我们的手已被石头磕出了深深的红痕，此时此刻我十分憎恶教官，眼匡中也饱含了委屈的泪水……

到了最后一天，场上所有人都精神百倍。分列式第一个上场，他们的正步走得十分整齐，一个个昂首挺胸，从侧面来看，仿佛只有一个人在走；第二个上场的是拳术连，待音乐播放之时，他们以雷鸣比还响亮的声音，向全场大喝道：“杀……”随后便以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度向正前方跑去，而它们一个个都带有杀气，眼神如寒冰一般冷酷。动作更是不用说，简直就像一个个活生生的武神赵子龙。最后终于轮到我们出场，我们的每一个动作都做得十分认真，歌也唱得很响亮，我们的动作做得十分整齐，歌声娓娓动听，得到了老师们和教官们的一致好评。

1。刻苦的训练

来到军校，我们换上了迷彩服、戴上了墨绿的军帽，俨然成了一位小军人。然而，迎接我们的将是刻苦的“魔鬼式训练”。先是站军姿，我心想：站军姿就是立正，很容易啊。但是在军校，我们这种站姿在教官眼里却不是最好的，站军姿有很多规矩，讲究身姿挺拔，一动不动。刚站立一会儿，我就已经腰酸背疼了，不过很幸运，教官转过身去了，我心中暗喜，马上就活动了一下四肢。突然，教官就像和我们玩游戏似的，飞快地转过身来，盯着我们，那“恐怖”的眼神吓得我们一身冷汗，我们赶紧挺直了身子……一直咬牙坚持了好久，教官才肯放我们一马，我正想跑一跑，活动一下，但是我的手和脚已经麻木地动不了了……

3。美味的烧烤

今天早上，我大概在三、四点钟就醒来了，但我看其他同学还在“呼呼大睡”便又躺了下去，突然有人把我摇醒了，一看是王晓侦站在我的床边，我马上坐了起来，陈老师推开门说：“起来了！”大家马上掀开了被子，我的眼前冒出了一片片绿色，原来大家醒来后在被子里把衣服、裤子都穿好了。我们起床后还没有五分钟哨子就响了起来。有的.还没有叠完被子，有的还没有刷牙洗脸，但是大家都顾不得那么多了，迅速派好队伍在男生营房前排好队伍听候教官的命令。教官让我们在餐厅站了一会儿，老师让我们回营房洗漱好，把内务整理好便让我们回去了。

教官今天教我们怎样敬礼。大家肯定会说：“这么简单的敬礼还需要学吗？”那你就错了！难道你们以为是那种超过头的敬礼吗？错！是中指要挨着帽檐的那种。还教了我们如何蹲下，蹲是左脚呈直角，右脚下弯脚尖点地，脚后跟离地，两手放在膝盖上。为了练这个蹲我们花了差不多半个小时呢！

今天的中饭非常丰富，有汤还有水果呢！汤里面混进了早餐的榨菜，梅干菜扣肉闻起来虽然很香但味道却让我们为之一震。叶子还说：“闻起来那么香吃起来却那么难吃！”“是不是没有泡发呀？”严思思疑惑的问我们。“不知道啊。”一个人答道。早餐是一个馒头、鸡蛋和稀饭。严思思狼吞虎咽的吃完后便去洗碗了，熙熙攘攘的人群把这里踩成了“斑马路”了。我们经过“艰苦的奋斗”终于把“敌人”全部消灭了。消灭这些“敌人”可费了我们好大的劲呢！我们得要好好休息、闭目养神了，不然就无法将它们真真正正的消灭。因为王昊他们一群男生过来闹了一会儿，严思思把门开了一半王昊用力一推，严思思的手就被夹在了门与墙之间，然后他们就跑了，黄琪琦看见严思思哭了便冲到男生营房中把王昊拖了过来并让他向严思思道歉……陈老师了解情况后把女生全部叫了出来，还让在男生营房外看热闹和进过男生营房的女生出列让她们蹲了15分钟并说：“还有15分钟先给你们扣下，下次再这样就继续蹲。

刚进入初中，我们就迎来了军训生活。

那天早上我们身穿校服，犹如一棵棵挺拔的小白杨，一个个精神饱满地等待着教官的到来。教官到来后，首先教我们站军姿，然后我们又练习了踏步走、向右转等。练到一半时，天空中下起了毛毛细雨，指导员看到，就拿着话筒说:“各位教官整理队伍，带队员回班军训。”回到班里，教官先让我们练了五分钟坐姿，然后教我们唱《团结就是力量》。陆教官问：“有没有会唱的，给大家起个头。”全班一片寂静。“那我教你们，我唱几句，你们就唱几句。”教官说。“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。唱！”“团结就是力量，团结就是力量，这力量是铁......”同学们一下子唱完了。“你们这不是会唱吗！”教官说。又练习了几遍，同学们就唱得非常不错了。同学们悠扬的歌声回荡在班里，回荡在走廊上，这动人的旋律和激动人心的歌声传递在校园的每一个角落。后来我们又学了拉歌......

下午，太阳从乌云后面懒懒地露出来，我们和教官站在操场上，练习军姿，学习齐步走。教官说：“齐步走不像踏步走那样要抬高腿，自然一点，就像平常走路那样。”我走累了，告诉自己要坚持，坚持就是胜利。休息时我们就拉歌，这一天虽然很辛苦，但是大家都很快乐。

经过军训的磨练，我们的意志更加坚强。如果说，我们现在是小白杨，那么将来我们就是参天大树，风雨将不再是我们的对手！

时光荏苒，一转眼，我们告别了小学的懵懂，带着求知的欲望和未来的憧憬，迈入了初中的殿堂，为期三天的军训活动成了我们入学的第一课。

军训这个字眼大家并不陌生，我们都听说过，见识过，却从来未体验过。本以为只有高一的学生会有这种体验，没想到我们竟能提前感受。想想军训那天会穿上酷酷的军装，心里就美滋滋的，所有同学都一样期待，兴奋，又加上一点点的胆怯。

军训活动如期而至的那天，我意气风发地来到学校。还没开始训练呢，就听到有些同学在抱怨：“这军训很苦的，军训完我肯定要黑一圈，我希望这几天都下雨，这样都不用训练啦。“教室里一片嘈杂的声音。有些女生还在议论新来教官的，猜测他们长成什么样。上课铃打过以后，一位瘦瘦高高的教官走了进来，他做了番自我介绍，威严地告诫我们：“军训这几天要好好听话，要不然有你好果子吃！”

第一次体验军训，一个字就是累。早上大约十点多钟，我们就快站不住了。那时的太阳，叫一个毒！热辣辣的日光不断在蔓延、蔓延，太阳慷慨的把所有的能量都贡献出来了。此时我们已经是叫苦连天，大汗淋漓。有些体力好的同学一直在那儿坚持，但最后也会偷会懒。我们在教官的带领下，学会了如何站军姿等等一系列的动作。下午是在教室内进行的活动，在教练的指挥下我们用吸管搭建物体，比创意，比智慧。我们组决定做个风车，这也并不是很简单。我手忙脚乱的搭着，好像并没有帮上什么忙……

军训的第二天，脚痛、腿酸等各种毛病都向我们扑来。军训对我们来说真是一项巨大的挑战啊，但我却不得不接受，只有克服它，战胜它！下午阳光普照，汗水顺着脸颊不停滑落。教官领着我们不断地练习，不服从的还要接受惩罚。一想到明天还要坚持一天，我的全身上下都充满了一百个不愿意。枯燥、无味、劳累，但却不得不坚持。因为我知道这两天来，我们学到的不仅仅是站姿，走正步，练队形，而是一种意识，一种吃苦的意识，一种坚持就是胜利的意识，一种遵守纪律的意识。

其实这些已经太多太多，足已我们享用一生。

军训最后一天了，训练场上不但有我们那整齐的步伐，响亮的口号，更有那嘹亮的军歌。而这些努力成果，都让我深深地体会到团结的力量，合作的力量及团队精神的重要性。这三天的军训生活，给我们带来的不仅仅是这些感悟，还有那些不经意间触人心灵的感动。同学们无意的一个动作，老师的一句问候和教官的一句话，总能让我们心里荡起一丝涟漪，久久不能平静。

我相信我们的青春会因为有了这段军训生活而变得激昂奋发，我们的人生会因为有了这段军训生活而更加绚丽多彩。

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

当我回到家，这是非常黑暗。为什么呢?没有电。每年在北京，还有就是缺少电力供应。因为有很多工厂。这是非常寒冷的冬天。因此，政府决定：供应电对居民和工厂必须停止工作。我的房子是在生产区。我是不幸的。这是非常寒冷。所以，我的父亲用途电制造的机器使电。哦!什么是倒霉的冬天!

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid. I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals. Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution. "All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest. Many animals were caught. The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest. Many old trees were felled. And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying. I woke up at midnight. It was only a dream.
