军训不仅仅是对我们身体的考验，更多的是对我们意志的磨练。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，人是在不断的磨练中长大的，就像一棵小树一样，只有经历过风雨的洗礼才能长成参天大树。

军训很苦也很累，但这是一种人生的体验，是战胜自我、锻炼意志的最佳良机。古人云：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋苦，饿其体肤。”军训之中，正是如此，其中有酸楚的泪水，有苦咸的汗水，有飘扬的歌声，有欢乐的笑声。

回想，在4天前，你是一个多么弱不禁风的孩子，而现在呢？你已经学会了坚强，学会了勇敢，学会了团结，学会了怎么克服困难，打败恶魔！这就是你的进步，这就是你军训4天的成果！它让你变得坚强，它让你变得有团结意识！

在军训中，你有酸甜苦辣！酸是站军姿时累酸的腰间！甜是我们在军训中感受到了我们的进步！苦是脚上磨出的泡！辣是为踢正步而踢麻的腿！军训是多么的苦大家都知道，大家也体验过！在这四天里，大家没有一个人不是精疲力竭的，但是，大家并没有说出来，我们都坚持下来了！军训也是一份考试题！每一个人，都不想在那张试卷上，画上一个大大地0！大家都希望自己的试卷是100分！满分，在这里，它有你的坚持，它有你的克苦，它有你的勤奋！不管怎样，你都是付出了很多的汗水，才能得到那个100分的考试卷子！

山没有悬崖峭壁就不再险峻，海没有惊涛骇浪就不再壮阔，河没有跌

宕起伏就不再壮美，人生没有挫折磨难就不再坚强。樱花如果没有百花争艳我先开的气魄，就不会成为美丽春天里的一枝独秀；荷花如果没有出淤泥而不染的意志，就不会成为炎炎夏日里的一位君子；梅花如果没有傲立霜雪的勇气，就不会成为残酷冬日里的一道靓丽风景；人如果没有坚持到底的毅力，就不会成为紧张军训中的一颗亮星。

军训结束了，我有时还会回想起，我们在烈日炎炎下，站军姿，有方队的情形！我现在开始怀念，军训！因为它给我们带来多少快乐啊！唱军歌，走方队······这些都使我记忆深刻！我怀念教官那一声声1.2.11.2.1它是多么的嘹亮啊！教官就算是破音了，也要大声的喊！就算嗓子哑了，也要喊！

训练中，在烈日下，教官们的皮肤黝黑，两腮通红。很难想象他们曾经经历了多少严酷的训练。当了解到教官的年龄时，人生中最美好的青春时光。让人突然间感觉很不是滋味。我想到张雨生的出名曲《我的未来不是梦》，既然现在我们有优越的条件，为何不认真地过每一分钟呢？

经过这次短暂、艰苦而又难忘的军训，我们少了份娇气，多了份坚强；少了份依赖，多了份自强；少了份怨天尤人，多了份勇往直前；同时也懂得了自制、自爱、自理和自强

Todays society is a highly developed technological society. However, the

shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide,

and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide

problem.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified

economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting,

polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to

rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few

years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the

environmental impact of carbon dioxide.

For example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from

our own, to promote low-carbon living.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a

book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve

always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to

be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap

a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

一些人说“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”我不知道谁写了这些话，但是我一直很喜欢它，因为它提醒了我，我们能够创造我们想要的未来。我们都是农夫。如果我们播下好的种子，我们将会丰收。如果我们的种子很差，有很多草籽，收割的将是无用的庄稼。如果我们什么也不播种，什么收获也没有。

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To

answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth

is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks,

red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the

deep spring of life.

我们是年轻的。“怎样度过青春?”这是个有意义的问题。为了去回答它，我首先要问“从‘青春’这个词中你能理解到什么?”青春不是人生的一个时期，而是精神的一种状态。青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志，。青春是生命的深泉在涌流。

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild

flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several

days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like

to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines

that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What

about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s

make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell

me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the

past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that

we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t

mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.

Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the

first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing

we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we

give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the

owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”
