there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To

be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social

skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For

example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I

think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some

jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling

papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences

for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of

books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this

way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons

.When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and

comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that

晚上，我们继续玩着集体游戏，其中爱心传递这个游戏最刺激了，教官和家长们最累人了，感谢你们的爱心!教官还教我们做感恩的心的手语，虽然只有学了半个小时，但我们都很用心很认真，所以表现都很好，我想爸爸妈妈肯定会对我们刮目相看的，我们已经长大了!

在全年级12个班中，我们4班表现得不错。由于我们加强训练，同学和教官也比较配合，所以在练习“正步走”和“齐步走”的时候，都受到了教官的表扬。这说明大家的心血都没有白费。有一天下午，教官还在教室里面教大家唱军歌，同学们整齐而洪亮的声音，让我再次体会到了团结的力量!

今天下午，我们还举行了军歌比赛，我们4班还得了年级二等奖!

军训的苦，让我们这群昨日温室里的花朵，变成了今天饱经风霜、搏击长空的雄鹰。军训，也将组织和纪律观念深深地扎进了我们的脑海。军训，还磨练了我们的意志，让我们在不知不觉中逐渐的成熟。我们就是这样，在艰苦中寻找成功的喜悦!

五天，意味着什么?有可能是一场别开生面的磨砺，也有可能是用自己超乎想像的能量去面临一场特殊的挑战。而我提到的磨砺与挑战就是军训的五天。

军训第一天，天空被一朵厚厚的云彩遮住，仿佛一场恶战即将开始。我们军训的地点是在即墨南泉。那里训练场地太宽广了，地面颜色暗淡而又惨白，甚至空气中都弥漫着紧张的气息。我们是在下午正式军训的，这时太阳光像一把闪光利剑一样穿透云霄直插大地，地表温度越来越热。军训时，我们主要做的是站立之类的，难度不算大，偶尔会来几阵清风，送来阵阵凉意，使刚才的那种冷酷的天气好转了一些。

如果说第一天的训练是相当轻松的话，那么第二天的训练是180度大转变。烈日，给训练场的地面洒上一层金黄。这一天主要训练的是齐步走，齐步走看似比较简单，但要是走的十分完美，可是一个不容易的事，烈日下，我们反复在如油锅般的大地上走来走去，感觉快要被烤干了，每到解散时我都要喝大半桶水，以免身体内的水分被蒸发了。阳光由金黄变到橘子皮黄，这就意味着太阳光收敛了一点，第二天的这一场恶战告一段落。这天回到宿舍后，感觉脸都枯黄了，想想还差三天就要结束，心里便稍稍有些安慰。

第三天与第四天下了一点雨，但这场雨带来更多的则是潮湿与闷热，并且一天下来浑身湿乎乎，好像是到了热带雨林。周四晚上，累的昏沉沉的，月光柔和，希望第五天的成果展示能取得好成绩。

"宝剑峰从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来"尽管这几天的恶战很苦，但成果却是甜的。成果展示时，我们班的每一位同学都是尽了自己最大的全力去走好每一步，每一个动作，即便是最好一小步，也没有人敢疏忽。在展示结果中，我们班是走的最好的班之一。这是对我们五天来最大的回报。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls. Before the term ends in some schools, the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

星期一，是我们军训的第一天。吃过早餐，我便满怀期待的来到学校，看看同学们，好像也都等待着军训的到来。就在我们浑然不觉的时候，噩梦开始了。

打过上课铃后，我们有秩序地排好队，快速地走到操场上，开始军训的开幕式。十二名军人规范地给我们展示了各种军姿的标准动作，让我们敬佩不已；他们就是我们的教官。

我们的教官是罗教官，他的脾气很暴躁，一上来就要我们站军姿。他告诉我们站军姿的要求：脚跟靠紧，脚尖分开60度；双臂微微向后夹，大拇指贴着食指的第二关节，手贴着裤缝，手臂自然下垂；头抬平，双眼直视前方；身体微微向前倾斜。

随着太阳越升越高，地表温度也越来越高，许多人站得脸色苍白，全身是汗，可他们却仍旧一动不动，咬牙坚持。直到我们快要晕倒，罗教官才让我们休息。在我的心里，真是恨透了这位教官。

第二天，我们换了一位教官，他跟我同姓，姓蔡。蔡教官的性格很温和，可训练起来却也不含糊。

训练齐步走的时候，蔡教官让我们进行原地摆臂练习，这是最令我们痛苦的一项练习，因为练习的时候，必须把手臂抬高，坚持很久才能放下。我们必须坚持，因为只要有人动一下，就要全体加长训练时间，我们谁都不想拖累别人。五分钟后，我的手臂又酸又累，好像手上拿着万斤重的东西。终于，教官让我们放下手臂，放下时真有种说不出的感觉。

又过了两天，到了会操的日子，我们所有人都目光坚定地走向篮球场中心，标准的做完了所有动作。果然，功夫不负有心人，我们的军姿训练动作得了全校一等奖。

这次军训让我明白了：只要团结就能成功；只有坚持，才能胜利。

酸辛：虽然军训充满欢乐，但更多的是汗水。我们军训时，老天不作美。时而阳光猛烈得让人睁不开眼，时而雨下得能打湿你的衣服。可我们无论是日晒，还是雨淋，始终坚持到底。几天下来，人竟然黑了许多！

遗憾、不舍：军训结束了，会操成绩不是很理想。但一个人作一件事，只要全力以赴了，即使做得不好，也不会有遗憾了，不是吗？会操完毕，教官们要走了，我们十分依依不舍，大家都挥着手说着“再见”。

呵，多姿多味的军训生活。

n my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.

To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

It was the first day of our summer holiday.All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! 教官首先对我们进行了军事训练。训练坐和站的标准姿势。特别是站立，要昂首挺胸收腹，两脚脚跟并拢，脚尖张开45度，双手贴裤缝。说起来简单，可是如果长时间保持这个姿势不动那可不容易。我就体验了一番，前三分钟感觉还好，又过了一会儿内心开始骚动起来。肩膀和腰部微酸，突然脸上有痒痒的感觉，就想揉一下，放松一下全身。可是现实太残酷，教官凶巴巴地说：谁动一下就做50个深蹲!天哪，我还是忍忍总比做深蹲强。

午休时教官让我们整理内务。套被子、铺床单，再把被子叠起来。虽然在家没干过，可我的速度是全寝室第一哦!因为我套被子找到了一个窍门。先把被子的两角拉到被套相应的位置，然后把被芯全塞进去，捏紧两头使劲作文上下抖动就全部归位了。我想虽然不是唯一的正确方法，不过能成功我就感觉很不错了，呵呵!

每天作息时间都是有规律的。9：30睡觉，早晨6：30起床，整理内务。第一晚打雷下雨，全寝室成员差不多一夜未眠。因为两个字——亢奋。陈胖胖，为了不让我们害怕打雷，嘴里一直在喊：“我是午夜DJ燃烧我的Music。如果我是DJ你会爱我吗?你会爱我吗?”引得，我们捧腹大笑，给午夜惊雷的宿舍增添了不少欢乐。

几天后，我觉得生活有点乏味了。可教官又给我们带来了许多流行歌曲，都是我爱听的DJ音乐和抒情歌曲。瞬间我的情绪又继续高涨。

食堂的伙食也很不错，每天都是四菜一汤，非常好吃。师傅的厨艺简直可以和我妈妈的手艺媲美了。味道实在太美，以致班上有些男同学都是用盆吃的。看他们狼吞虎咽的吃相可比看好莱坞大片都精彩。

在这里集体生活久了，整个大脑都像换了一个屏，甚至淡忘在家的日子!绿色生活转瞬即逝，离开的时候我还有点舍不得呢!

Educators have known for a long time that people learn in different ways. That is why teachers present information in various forms. For example, as well as explaining a new language, language teachers often provide other learning experiences such as books, charts, videos, audio cassettes, songs, debates and group work. They have found that we can very roughly divide people into three groups — those who learn best through seeing, those who learn best through listening and those who learn best through moving, doing or touching.

Some research has identified eight distinct learning styles, and researchers have made up tests to find out which of these learning styles best suits different people. These tests show that, although most people have one dominant style of learning, they are also able to use other learning styles effectively. Some people even seem to have many different learning styles.

The advantage of knowing what kind of learner you are is that you can then study in the way that best suits your learning style.
