我 口渴得嘴唇已裂开了一条条的裂纹。我是多么希望田教官能够说一声“休息”啊!可是田教官却说：“站一个半小时的军姿!”“啊!!!”同学们不约而同地发出 失望的喊声。我心想：什么?一个半小时?老天啊，这是什么教官啊?还真把我们当军人训练啊?别说一个半小时了，我可能连十分钟都站不稳啦!果不其然，在站 了大概15分钟后，大部分同学已经东倒西歪的了。我们在太阳下站了1个半小时的军姿才休息20分钟。同学们争先恐后地去拿自己的水杯。有的“咕噜咕噜”几 口竟然把一瓶水都喝完了!我拿着自己可爱的熊熊杯子喝了几口，头就开始昏昏沉沉的。“肯定是中暑了。这个田教官怎么这么狠心啊，‘欺负’我们祖国的花 朵……”我对自己喃喃道。休息的时间总是过得那么快，一不留神就流逝掉了。我极不情愿地归队，又开始了魔鬼训练……

吃过晚饭。回到寝室，我以神速洗漱完，扑到床上就开始呼呼大睡。“今天真是太累了。呼呼呼……”

这才是第一天!第一天都累得不成人样，那第二天、第三天……可怎么办啊?

次 日6：40，生活老师就叫我们起床了。我睁开蒙目龙的眼睛，伸了个懒腰洗漱完就去吃早饭了。听同学说，7:10必须到操场集合。到了操场，田教官就说： “今天我们学习稍息和踏步。稍息就是左脚左前方移动一小步，双手笔直地放在裤子侧边的裤缝隙上。踏步要先出左脚、出右手。好了，听我口令!稍息!”没想 到，这一喊就是10分钟不动。不过，我可是有经验的，比起昨天的站军姿，可谓是小菜一碟。“立正!稍息!立正!”田教官的口号声在校园里回荡。

下 午开始练习踏步。“原地踏步走!一二一、一二一、一二一，立定!你们踏得太乱了，脚步都不齐。而且走的时候排面也没标齐。走的时候后面的人看前面的人的脚 步。明白吗?”“明白!”就这样训练了一下午。虽然口头上说明白了，可就是走不齐。终于经过刻苦的训练，在最后几次踏步的时候终于走齐了。

第三天教齐步走。“齐步走也是先出左脚、出右手。立正!齐步走!一二一、一二一、一二一……踏步!立定!”之后，田教官教了我们很多齐步时需要注意的细节。

第四天还比较顺利，没有出现什么差错。

第五天，领导们进行检阅了。我们排在倒数第二个出场。很快就轮到我们了，只听见体育委员喊：“齐步走!向右看!向前看!”检阅完毕了，我们都松了一口气。为期五天的军训生活也画上了句号。

这次军训，让我越挫越勇。使我明白了在以后的学习和生活中会遇到很多、很多的拦路虎，我也会去克服它，不会退缩。

今天是个晴朗的日子，太阳公公也许是为了迎接我们的到来，欢快的露出红通通的脸蛋儿。中午吃完饭，下午我们就要进行三个小时的训练。到了下午我们都站好了队。这时教官来了，对我们说：“今天下午我们来站军姿。首先我们的教官做了一次，我们也跟着一起做。一开始同学们站得都非常好，一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……很快一个小时过去了，这时再看看同学们：一个个就像霜打的茄子一样 ，再看看一个小时前，如果比起来可真是一个天上、一个地下了。

“甜”

尝过了“酸”也该换一个口味了吧！星期四的晚上，我们班的教官教我们唱歌，歌名是《当那一天来临》那天晚上我们全校四百多人都很开心。我因此又学会了一首歌。

“苦”

星期三下午，我们学习走正步、走分列式。那天可真是够累的，晚上的时候我们的腿都不会动了，走路时左摇右摆的，不知道的还以为是南极的“企鹅”呢？

“辣”

星期五早上吃饭，由于吃得太急，没看到菜里有一块辣椒，我就把它吃了进去，给我辣得都喘不过气了。我可真倒霉！

这五天魔鬼般的训练，让几个人晕倒，让多少人连眼泪都掉下来了，可军训尽管很苦，但是我们清楚地记得，在开业哪个的那天，记得的总教官对我们说过：“我们是来受罪的，是来锻炼自己意志的。”经过了这次军训使我们明白了：在我们成长的日子里，每一个人都会遇到很多苦头，我们一定要征服他们。

8月18日，我和预备班的同学们离开了父母，背着沉甸甸地书包，伴随着烈日，开始了为期三天的军训生活。

到了军校，只见大门上几个醒目的大字“金山区少年儿童训练基地”。走进军校，只见大门的东面有一座正方形建筑，大约有两层楼那么高，这就是以前保卫我们金山的陆军站岗的地方，我仿佛看见了一名在烽火台上站的笔直的军人，他坚守着岗位，瞭望海面，观察是否有敌军来袭，一看见有敌军来袭就立即点火报警。军人们听到报警声立即从床上爬起来，丝毫没有困意，他们飞快的穿好衣服，准备战斗，想到这里，我为能在这所军校而感到光荣。来到我们的宿舍，只见这里是两座青砖瓦房，这两座平房经过岁月沧桑，已显得陈旧，然而这两座房子是我们的先辈以前住过的，我心中顿时有些自豪。

我们换下了自己的衣服穿上了迷彩服，此刻，我们不再是父母的“掌上明珠”而是一名光荣的小军人了。

8月19日，我们进行了队列训练，学习了广播操，这老天爷，真是和我们作对，我们要军训，烈日高照，天上一朵云也没有。我们一个个顶着烈日在操场上训练。

“起步，走，一、二、一！”教官的声音十分响亮，虽然在烈日下，很热，可教官似乎一点感觉不到天气的炎热，他感觉不到，可我们却热得直冒汗。最后一节是起步与立定，教官要求我们双手握拳手臂摆动有力，腿要抬高。因为许多同学的动作不到位，教官就让我们保持这个动作不动，再察看哪个同学做的不好。豆大的汗珠一颗接一颗地从脸上淌下，渐渐的，手臂举累了，麻木了，我多想把手放下！可是不行，我必须忍耐。

终于，从队伍的后方传来了教官的声音“放下”我们的手“唰”得一声落了下来。

8月20日，这是我们军训的最后一天了，我们很高兴要回家了，但心中又有一丝不舍，因为在这里，我们真正做到了“钢一样的意志铁一样的纪律山一样的威严风一样的行动”

下午，我们进行了大会操，校领导检阅了我们三天来的训练成果。虽然我们没有获得名次，但我们在军训中学到了很多。

在生活中，我们应当注意每一个细节，做好每一个细节，要对自己严格要求，要有顽强的毅力，非凡的斗志，不服输的精神。不轻易放弃每一个机会，更不能自暴自弃。因为只有绝对自信加上绝对努力才会等于绝对胜利！

在站军姿的时候，汗水流下来不准擦，脸上痒不可以挠，三天的军训生活虽然苦，但正是这个“苦”字让我们拥有了坚持不懈、永不放弃的精神。

军训的生活没什么辛苦，没什么体力活，只是站站军姿，练练踏步，不过如果没有练习好就回跑圈，不够这也不是件简单时。光是站军姿就大有文章：脚后跟并拢;，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指紧贴食指第二节，中指贴紧裤线;头要正，颈要直，口要闭，两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上……如果所有的动作做标准了，做十分钟就会背流夹汗了。

“又回到最初的起点，记忆中你青涩的脸，我们终于来到了这一天，桌垫下的老照片，无数回忆连结，今天男孩要付女孩最后的约……”在一声声歌曲中，不知不觉我们回到了学校。我永远不会忘记那个有我们无限汗水，无限回忆的地方。

9月1日,我开始八年级新学期学习的第二天。

临晨，在学校熟悉的起床铃声的不断变化音乐中，大家极不情愿地爬起来，懒洋洋的洗漱、下楼。

看到了七年级的新生都穿着迷彩服，都有些疑惑。直到看到了许多教官在训练七年级的新生，大家都在感叹这届新生真是倒霉，还要军训，一定不好过。谁知接下来，学校的通知让我们像霜打了的茄子，八年级一样也要军训！
