这次来军训的一共有四个学校，分别是七中、二十一中、二十三中和二十八中。给我们学校军训的一共八个教官，都是解放军，并且看起来年龄都不算大。我们从下午二点开始军训，一直军训到下午四点半。我心想：“传说中的教官到底会有多厉害呢？”想着想着，只听见耳旁传来一个声音：“同学们好！我是你们的教官，我叫王海强，你们以后就叫我王教官吧！”我抬起头，看见了一个皮肤黝黑、个子不高、双眼有神的人。天哪！这难道是王宝强的弟弟吗！我们看到教官后，第一反映就是这个，军训日记《难忘的军训生活作文》。

接下来我们又学了“稍息”，在立正的基础上，左脚向左前方迈出全脚的三分之二，两脚自然伸直，上身保持直立状，将身体重心落在右脚上，然后迅速收回，完成立定姿势。

通过这一节课的学习，虽然感觉腰酸背痛腿抽筋儿，但是感觉自己的身姿变得挺拔了，真心期待再次军训时，还能遇到这么一位好教官。

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

清晨，望着上空朵朵白云，自以为在这样的好天气下，可以用轻松愉悦的心情迈进辛苦的军训生活。

刚开始，我把军训看成纸老虎，觉得它没有传说中的那么可怕。训练刚开始，教官就带领我们练习站军姿，我心想，不就是站几分钟嘛，能留多少汗，然而事实给了我狠狠一击。烈日下，暴晒下，我们像大树一样笔直地站着。汗一点一点冒出，一点一点流下，一点一点地浸湿衣服。不过5分钟，就不断有人中暑，晕倒。第一次觉得五分钟是那样漫长，简直是度秒如年。

在这几天的艰苦训练中，我们每个人都是在突破自己。军姿，我们现在能站十五分钟了呢，这意味着，我们所有人，都在变得越来越强。像一株小苗，逐渐变成理想中的参天大树。

漫漫光阴，在不知不觉中流淌，两天过去了。跟教官相处的时间，只剩下短短不到24小时，可还是有很多人不听教官的指挥。练习齐步走和齐跑，总是不能做到全体同学整齐划一。虽然我们的表现没有让教官满意，但是他还是让我们先喝水休息，放松一下再继续训练。即使太阳依旧毒辣，可大家都没有了怨言，一次练得比一次好。真的，我们又突破自己了！

训练中的我们，渴望水，渴望微风，渴望在阴凉处休息；学习中的我们，渴望教室外的大千世界。军训时，我们可以打破所有的渴望，努力认真地训练，勇于突破自己的极限；在学习中，面对各种诱惑和挑战，我们要用在军训中学到的不服输精神战胜它，突破自己！

在进入学校学习的开始，学校进行了为期7天的军训。我在我的军训生活中品尝了说他可怜的滋味，这将时我终生难忘。

我们军训了7天没有一天落下，每天除了吃饭睡觉我们都在运动场上训练，所以十分的辛苦。虽然这段时间很辛苦，但也不是没有什么成果。我学会了跨立、蹲下和三大步伐等，而这些动作，每一个都要练上几十次，甚至上百次，那种辛苦真的是无法用言语来形容表示的。无论是在微雨中，还是在烈日下，我们都在训练。雨天就在教室里站军姿，但在军训生活中，只有那么一两天是阴雨天，而其他五六天，我们每天都要顶着似火的骄阳站半小时的军姿，训练时还要站。那娇嫩的肌肤晒黑了，也不能休息；那额头上渗出斗笠大的汗珠也不能擦拭……训练一天下来，我们都成了有气无力的非洲人。现在想起来那黄连似的苦味还记忆犹新呢。

在军训检阅的前一天晚上，我们进行了最后一次的训练，可这次就像施了魔法一样居然连最简单的动作也做不好了。站军姿的时候，我们的心里脸上火辣辣的，害怕明天得不到奖，那样的话这几天的辛劳就白费了。

在军训生活中，我学会了团结，明白了要服从命令，还感受到了军人坚强的意志，这次军训生活我受益匪浅，终身难忘。
