报名之后，我先回到家里准备。等到回学校后，班主任就叫我们去领军训服。领到服装，我就按学校的安排来到宿舍，准备换上军训服。刚进宿舍时，看到那些新面孔心里难免有一些不自在。换完之后，我就立刻下操场来集合，经过老师和教官们的一通训话后，我们就进入训练了。

训练时，教官先教我们一些简单的动作。我还以为军训不会让我们的身体受折磨的，可到后来才知道军训的厉害。

又是一个睡不着觉的夜晚，我静静地躺在床上聆听这窗外蟋蟀们的叫声，仿佛是一曲轻音乐。月光斜射入窗户，窗外的星空特别好看，偶尔还有星星向我眨巴眼睛。突然一声哨声打破了安静的夜晚，这时才知道已经要集合了。我立刻翻身起床，抬头一看许多同学都已下了床，我匆匆洗漱完后就冲向操场集合。

才集合不到几分钟，跑步的音乐就突然响起。看到眼前这个场景，我联想到了将士们即将上阵杀敌的情景，空气中弥漫着严肃的味道。总教官一声令下，我们就开始围着操场跑步。刚开始跑时同学们都还跟得上脚步，跑着跑着，有些同学就开始吃不消了，队伍也开始涣散了。同学们脸上的汗珠，在晨光的照射下显得格外晶莹剔透，像一颗颗璀璨的宝石，更是努力绽放后结出的果实。

跑完之后教官和指导员带我们回到教室，开始吃早点。教官和指导员三申五令地要求我们每一位同学必须吃早点，不然会晕倒。吃完早点，休息几分钟后我们立马集合，准备开始训练，时间被安排得满满的。

刚开始教官向我们发令时的声音是洪亮的，可到后面几天就变得沙哑了。我听到这样的声音，心里还是挺难过的，挺心疼我们的教官。

吃完午餐，就开始了一天当中最难熬的环节——站军姿。这时候的太阳当空照，教官训得我们叫。当我双眼平视前方时，只觉得连空气也热得躁动起来了。就连身上的衣服都像蒸笼一样，全身似乎充满了蒸汽，影子也越变越短，这时间像被凝固了似的，每一秒对我都是考验。过了很长一段时间，有些同学快坚持不住了，一声哨响打破了我们的疲惫。安静很久的操场再次热闹起来，风声也消失不见了……

就这样终于撑到了最后一天，这也是我们最后一次和教官在一起。在道别时，教官和我们都泛红了眼圈，大家都低声呜咽说不出话来，教官左右叮嘱后离开了我们。很可惜，在我们的军训留影上没有教官的身影。

2016年9月21日，是我一生中最难忘的一天，随着“叮铃铃”的闹铃声响，我赶紧穿好迷彩服戴好军帽来到学校，开始了为期3天的军训活动。

第一天我们先从最基本的站军姿开始。一开始我们对站军姿不屑一顾，不就是立正站着嘛，没啥打不了的。没想到这里面大有学问，我们要五指并拢紧贴裤缝，脚后跟靠拢，脚尖微微张开60度。这不，我们刚站了一会儿就有两个同学晕倒了，我也站的非常累，都不能挠痒。可我一听说教官他在训练的时候经常是一站就是几个小时，就立刻掐了一下自己，让自己清醒清醒，继续坚持了下去。

接着，我们又在站军姿的基础上练习了稍息立正敬礼等多项训练内容。然而这三天中最让我印象深刻的是走正步。

“啪-啪-啪-啪-”只见教官走着标准的正步，那富有节奏的脚步声让我们都羡慕不已，迫不及待的按照教官的方法进行训练，想要踢出标准的正步。“一”！只听教官一声令下，我们立刻踢出一步，“二”！又是一声，我们又齐齐踢出。这样反复几次，大家的脚底都火辣辣的非常痛，可是痛归痛，还是要继续训练呀！大家都以超强的耐力坚持到了最后。

“一二三四，一二三四象首歌……”最后我们在嘹亮的军歌声中结束了这次军训活动。这次军训激发了我的潜能。我要好好感谢在这些日子里陪伴我的同学，老师，教官，是你们教会我什么是坚持，告诉了我只有努力才会有收获，谢谢你们！

八点整，我们坐上大巴从学校出发了，大约两个多小时，终于到达了目的地。排队领到军服后，我们即到宿舍去换衣服。首次身穿迷彩服，头戴迷彩帽，感觉特别神气，仿佛自己就像一名真正的战士。

教官的一声哨响，大家就像一群下山的小老虎，精神抖擞地开始了军训。但随着时间的推移，我心里的高兴劲儿就慢慢消失了。枯燥乏味的队列训练。在炎炎烈日下，不停地齐步走、向后转、正步走……消磨了我们的热情！汗水从我的额头上不断地流下来，浸透了我的衣服。一天下来，身体像散了架一样，趴在床上不愿起来，这种训练真让我吃不消。

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday. I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day. I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day. I sometimes went to the library to read books and surfed the internet.During the Spring Festival, i visited my grandparents, friends and relatives. We really had a great time together. 进入大学，军训便是必修的一门课，9月8号早上每个人怀着不同的心情坐上了开往汤山xxxx部队的车。

经过了两个小时的漫长旅程，我们终于抵达了目的地。进了宿舍，我的心便凉了半截，一个很小的房间里面要住八个人，而且只有一张桌子，最头疼的是蚊子飞蛾满天飞。我预感这次军训将会非常的辛苦。

果不其然，第一天便站了近四十分钟的军姿，那个太阳也很眷顾我们，用它那“温暖”的阳光“温柔”地照在我们的身上，让我们蒸发的汗液比平日里十天还要多。一天下来，怨声载道，每个人都筋疲力尽，尽管食堂的伙食很一般，可每个人都狼吞虎咽的，完全不顾平日里好不容易树立的淑女形象。到了晚上洗澡的时间本以为可以好好地舒服一下，可是连洗澡居然都只有十分钟的时间，弄得跟打仗一样。我终于明白了辅导员所说的军训就是去吃苦的真正含义。

接下来的几天更是一天比一天辛苦，我们每个人也逐渐地变成了小黑炭，可是尽管很辛苦，但是这些平日里家中的小皇帝小公主都是咬着牙坚持下来了。

到了走的那天，我的心中突然有一种莫名的不舍，回想这七天的军训，虽然很辛苦，可是我们却与这个部队有了深厚的感情，与同军训的舍友结下了深厚的友谊，不仅如此，这次军训还让我了解了每一个成功军人背后的努力和汗水以及军队严密的纪律和每一个军人都必须具备的吃苦耐劳的精神。

端午节是我们中国十分隆重的节日，它是为了纪念战国时期伟大的爱国诗人屈原，现在的中国人还在延续这一习俗，甚至还有一天的法定节日。

Dragon Boat Festival is a very grand festival in China. It is to

commemorate Qu Yuan, a great patriotic poet in the Warring States period. Now

Chinese people still continue this custom, even a legal festival.

农历五月初五就是端午节了，家家户户都要包粽子，还有有趣的划龙舟比赛呢!奶奶在家已经煮好了香喷喷的粽子，打开锅盖满屋都飘着粽子的清香，让我闻得口水直流个不停。我迫不及待地剥开粽子叶津津有味的吃了起来，真是回味无穷呀!

The Dragon Boat Festival is on the fifth day of may in the lunar calendar.

Every family needs to make zongzi. There are also interesting dragon boat races!

Grandma has cooked delicious zongzi at home. When she opened the pot cover, the

fragrance of zongzi was floating all over the house, making my mouth water

continuously. I cant wait to peel off the zongzi leaf and eat it with relish.

Its really memorable!

吃完粽子后，爸爸带我去看划龙舟比赛，这里人山人海，车水马龙的可热闹了!比赛开始了，各个队伍都蓄势待发，随着一阵枪声一条条龙舟飞快地划过水面，犹如一支支箭向前飞去。在场的观众们兴奋喊道着加油加油，在为参赛者加油鼓励，参赛者们听了心里充满了信心使劲地划桨，水花到处飞溅。各条龙舟你追我赶的，最后，落后的一号终于追上了遥遥领先的二号第一个冲过了终点，观众们不禁欢呼起来，到处都是一片欢乐的海洋。啊!这真是我最难忘的一天了。

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

还有许许多多的传统节日也是和端午节一样有趣的，我们要一起保护中国的传统节日。
