一听说要军训，我心里那叫一个激动。可当我参加军训时，才真正感受到什么是军训，可谓酸、甜、苦、辣，味味俱全。

参加军训是同学们接受素质教育的良好形式。它能够激发、培养和彰显我们的团队精神、集体意识和艰苦奋斗、吃苦耐劳的品质。通过军训，将使我们同学更好地领悟纪律的含义、规范的意义，领悟生活的真谛、生命的价值，使我们大家在思想认识和行为方式等方面再上一个新的台阶。因此，军训既是对我们的意志力的一次磨练，也是对我们的自信力的一次锤炼，既是对我们的生存能力的一次考验，更是对我们的身心素质乃至生命质量的一次全面的检验。可以说，军训是我们同学成长历程中一段有着非常意义的宝贵经历。

军训对同学们来说既是精彩的，同时又是艰苦的。我们的不少同学平时忙于学习而疏于体育锻炼，身体素质差，心理也很脆弱，有些同学甚至到了弱不禁风地步，军训对我们大家来说是一个严峻的考验。我们的军训计划安排一周时间，虽然不算长，但活动强度大，动作难度高，质量要求严。眼下正值高温时节，长时间站在太阳底下，更是炎热难耐，加上连续训练，劳累是可想而知的。因此，我们大家参加军训不仅要有高昂的热情，更需要有坚强的意志和顽强的毅力。同学们应该具备必要的思想认识和心理准备，要向解放军同志学习，发扬不怕苦、不怕累的精神，坚定信心，咬牙挺住，这样才能达到军训的目的，取得实在的效果。

真是时间像小马车，一转眼，六天的军训生活已完毕。时间老人不会因一个人的快乐而停下。在这短短的时间里，我总忘不掉教官的微笑，忘不掉同学们的欢笑，总忘不掉那可口的饭菜……让我们拉开序幕，看看那段开心的时光。

有悲哀的时候：由于我们班在吃饭的时候，有三个人说话，教官让我们班集体半蹲了半个钟头。

还有喜：在第四天晚上，我们一中队不但在那里面疯狂，还在那里“拆房子”！因为我们在里面开联欢晚会。一声声欢叫和疯狂的歌声久久回荡在整个基地里。直到晚上十点，我们才疲劳地回了宿舍。我一躺床上就呼呼大睡，直到第二天早上我才精神百倍。

当然还有哭。第三天晚上，我们105宿舍的人几乎全哭了。都是因为男刘昶：他已经哭两天两夜，我们宿舍的人就是被他“感染”了。宿舍只有二十来人，有15个哭了，五个人没哭。在这微乎其微的机率中，我就是没哭的五人之一。因为我想起自己是一个顶天立地的男子汉，不应该哭，我就开始忍住，忍了一会就没感觉了。这几率只有百分之五！他们整整哭了一个昼夜，怎么说也停不下来。

不仅是这样，还有感动！

不在那里虽苦，但也是为我们人生打一个地基。像在该楼房时打的地基，想在修路时的一个路基。这样才能让我们更加茁壮成长。

小学六年时光匆匆而过，转眼间，便读初中了。来到中学，迎接我们的是七天军训。

第一、二天

最开始的一两天，主要以基础训练为主。第一天，军训启动仪式结束后，我们班就和17班合并成了九连。我们的教官是个女教官，姓刘，对我们非常严格。这一天，我们的上午和下午都在练习站军姿。何为军姿，就是指：两脚跟紧靠站直，脚尖分开60°，双手贴大腿两侧，中指紧贴裤缝，挺胸收腹，两眼平视前方的站姿。在晚上，我们练习稍息、立正，跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、转体和敬礼、礼毕。晚上，大家都在刻苦训练。有个小插曲，在结束训练的时候，发生了一个让人意想不到的事情。训练结束后有一个展示，我们九连被抽到了，本来一切都很顺利，可谁知道最后一个口令时，一大部分人转错了方向。我们的教官让我们以鸭子步走操场三圈结束了当天的训练。第二天，我们练习了齐步走，但也因为不专心而被罚了鸭子步。下午我们还迟到了，被罚的十分惨。

第三、四天

第三天时教官把连队分成了男生、女生两组，男生被分到了拳术方阵，女生则被分到了手语操方阵。我们手语操方阵转移了地点到达小学操场训练。第三天，上午我们学习了《国家》这首歌的歌词，下午我们学习这首歌的手语。这四天，我们排练了队形，分别有：菱形、党车、党旗。还有“70、2014、2019”这几个数字。在这个方阵的练习中，我们也因为一些原因受罚，也吃了不少苦，受了不少累，但都坚持了下来。

第五、六天

这两天相对前几天要轻松不少。第五天，上午，我们手语操方阵彩排了好几遍。下午因为下起了小雨，我们得到通知不军训。晚上六点半，我们准时到了训练场，天还下着蒙蒙细雨，教官说如果做得好排练一遍就可以回寝室。大家欣喜若狂，拿出比平常认真百倍的劲儿来排练。第六天，我们上午下午分别完整两遍彩排；晚上，完整的排练了一遍，相对比较轻松。

第七天

这一天，家长们来到了学校。我所在的手语操方阵表演的是最后一个节目。在表演时我突然心生一种不舍，舍不得教官，虽然我们的教官平常比较严厉，但她其实也很好啊！

军训只有短短的七天，我学习了吃苦耐劳的精神，明白了团结就是力量，也认识了许多的朋友，我将带着这些收获开始初中生活，成为一个能吃苦的，有时间观念的，爱集体的人。

We met at 7 oclock at the school gate. The weather in Beijing that day was great. At around 8 oclock, we arrived at Xiangshan Park. There is a high tree on the bottom of the hill. We had a party and played games under the tree. Then we climbed to the top of Xiangshan Mountain. It was not very difficult for us to do it. Next, we had lunch at the top of the hill. It was delicious. After lunch, we saw some birds. They were friendly. And we saw a whole picture of Beijing. "What a beautiful city!" I said. At that moment, we all felt so proud. I live in Beijing now. The 2008 Olympic games was held here.

我们七点在校门口集合。那天北京的天气很好。八点左右，我们就抵达香山公园。在山脚下有一棵高高的树。我们在树下开了一个聚会，玩游戏。然后我们爬上香山的山顶。对我们来说并不是很难。接下来，我们在山顶上吃午饭。很美味。午饭后，我们看见了一些鸟。它们很友好。我们看到了北京的全貌。”真是一个美丽的城市!”我说道。在那一刻，我们都感到非常的骄傲。我现在住在北京。2008届奥运会将在这里举行。

Time, can really fast, I cant catch the fast. Twinkling of an eye, this two months of summer vacation, draw to a close, I dont know what to say.
